Solved

Look, there are much more important things going on in the world but this whole practice of Adobe Fonts euphemistically “retiring” entire libraries of fonts is absolutely ridiculous. This practice destroys whatever implied reliability this service may have had. The Font Bureau library specifically added a ton of value and removing it severely undermines this. I totally get that relationships and contracts with third parties can change, but Adobe should not make the customers suffer for their inability to support the platforms they create. I don't know what the answer is here, but I know the current arrangement ain’t it.

We use data merge frequently, using the same Excel files and InDesign templates over and over. Over the past week or so, our merges have stopped working, and we get this attached error message. We have removed any placeholders in both InDesign and Excel that are not being used. We have tried creating various .csv files from Excel. What could we be doing wrong, our workflow has not changed. Thank you!

"I am using a generic/departmental email address that was previously managed by a former employee. I have access to the email, but the Adobe account is still linked to the old user's personal info and security settings. I need to 'hard reset' this specific Adobe ID so I can start fresh with the same email address, as if it were the very first time logging in, and then re-add it to our Admin Console. What is the best procedure to completely purge the old user's metadata and security info from this email?

Hello,Lightroom Classic 15.2.1 (on macOS 26.4 in my case) does not correctly reproduce Nikon Zf in-camera presets (my test is on custom presets). In the Library module, the image matches the in-camera look because Lightroom is showing the embedded RAW preview. But in the Develop module, Lightroom switches to its own rendering and applies Camera Flexible Color, which produces colors that are clearly off compared with the Nikon rendering. So although Lightroom appears to support this feature in principle, the current implementation is not accurate enough to be useful. The user is then left trying to reverse-engineer and manually correct the many settings changed by Camera Flexible Color. As it stands, this feature is effectively broken/useless for Nikon Zf files. Here is a side by side view of what is expected and shown correctly in the Library module (left), and what Lightroom’s Develop renders (right). Thanks in advance for considering this bug report.

Select all photos and batch run the straighten horizon - this would help so much for large batches of photos where the horizon is slightly off and could just focus on editing the photo without straightening horizon

Hello Adobe TeamIn order to manage and see folders with more clarity and sense of order, I use long folder names. It would be nice to have a wider folder pane in Lr too, to reflect the same sense of order.Sometimes I use colours to mark both files and folders. Please add more colour tags in Lr, at least to reflect those in Finder, and mirror them in finder as well. Also, please add an option to colour the folder itself in Lr, in place of the vertical bar at the end of the folder name line.Thank you.Marco

Creating different proxies didn't help, and moving the data to another SSD didn't help either. The interface is very slow, and the program has a lot of trouble recognizing files from the Sony Alpha 7S III camera. Resetting the settings and clearing the cache didn't help. Who should I contact? Which developers should I reach out to? The problem is specifically with this one camera! It feels like I'm working on some really old hardware from the 2000s. In other programs, these files run very quickly without using proxy files.

Hi, when I open photos from Lightroom into Photoshop or just export as JPEG to my desktop, the images are very diffrent. Can anyone help me fix this please. The images show what I’m struggling with. Please help if you can, I’m matching sRGB in Lightroom & PS and it doesnt make a diffrence. This is exported from LR to desktop and produces the same result…. :-/

I have Adobe Acrobat Pro - I highlighted a PDF document using the drawing tool.  I would create a rectangle around the language I wanted to highlight, and a tool bar would appear above that had the change color tool and I selected fill, color, and used the opacity meter.  My question is - when I went to highlight another section, the change color tool disappeared.  I eventually decided to just close Drawing Tool and then re-open it again and the change color tool was there again.  I was wondering if there was easier way to do this vs opening / closing the drawing app over and over again.  Thank you

Hello I bought the Microsoft Surface Pro 11 with Snapdragon X Elite, but I was only able to work on Adobe Illustrator as web-based app, you can't download it as an app. When will you launch Illustrator for Snapdragon X Elite?

Merci de me confirmer également si m

Really annoying and frustrating problem. One of the most basic functions > "Export > Export for screens" > Saving as PNG > is not working as it shouldI have a file with 10 artboards and when I export for screens as png, some of the files get exported as .tmp Its almost like illustrator is choking with a png export function. Is there a fix for this? Was it because of one of those "infamous" adobe updates?

For more than a week, InDesign has been stuck on startup, either on “Calling Late Initializers” or, at other times, “Starting Panels.” I have to force quit every time. I'm on the latest version, 20.4.1, running on a MacBook M3 Pro with macOS Sequoia 15.5.I’ve tried everything I could find online:Resetting preferences at startupResetting all fonts, removing fonts, removing any Adobe fontClean installs, older installs, reinstalling Creative Cloud, even using Adobe Cleaner to remove everythingStarting up in root user, starting up in another Mac user account, startup in safe modeEmptying every cache I could think ofRunning First Aid via Disk UtilityTried talking to adobe support 'We look forward to helping you during our open hours.'How is it possible that software essential to so many graphic designers simply stops working?I run a graphic design business, this has a huge impact on client work. I have print and magazine files that I can’t even open, let alone edit or render out. At the ver

In 2022 I began paying for a photoshop account. I recall making something in photoshop, but i don’t remember signing up for a paid subscription and there’s no email chain from adobe about my subscription, no confirmation email or thank you email. Just a verification code from around that time I’m assuming that was to link the account to my email originally when it was made. Then for 4 years month by month adobe has silently charged me 37$ now accumulating to about 1700$ for a subscription I didn’t want and didn’t use. How much of Adobe’s money comes from things like this? Is this by design? I’m pretty upset, this is a large sum of money over a long period of time.

I recently updated to the latest version of Adobe Acrobat on my Samsung tablet. In the attached screenshot, the editing bar that appears on the left used to appear on the bottom of the screen. Is there an option to move that editing toolbar that appears on the left side of the page back to the bottom?

Hello everyone. How do I turn a photo into black and white whilst retaining one colour?

When the track is playing, the contrast increases, but during a pause, it returns to normal. Why is that?

I e signed a very important document. I saved the document then went to upload it and it gave me an error.

Hey, I hope there is someone to reply to me.  As I have a business account on Adobe, and I am certain of it because I have been using it for a year under my school and work. I might have accidentally pressed Personal account once login again, and now I can't change it back, I've tried sign in and out but it doesn't work.  I even tried to find automatic profile selection, but it's not there, I've tried so many steps to change It back. Is there any solution? Or my administration could personally help me change back to business/company account?
