Despite this prompt section:CAMERA: ABSOLUTELY STATIC. The camera is physically locked to a fixed tripod position. The camera must remain completely stationary for the entire 8-second video. NO camera movement whatsoever. NO pan, NO tilt, NO dolly, NO truck, NO pedestal, NO orbit, NO crane movement, NO zoom, NO push-in, NO pull-out, NO camera rotation, NO lens movement, NO parallax movement, NO handheld movement, NO cinematic camera drift. The framing, perspective, focal length, camera height and viewing angle remain 100% identical from frame 1 through frame 8. Every architectural edge and foreground object remains in exactly the same screen position throughout the video. This is a static architectural photograph brought to life only through subtle environmental motion.whenever I generate a new video in the new version of Adobe Firefly, I am getting only videos with camera movement only!Serious ignoracne of the prompt, makes the videos useless!

Two of my 600 credit generations have failed and I'm still being charged. The first one failed immediately after starting. The next is stuck in a loading loop. These are both Veo 3.1 videos. If possible may I have my credits refunded?

I’m working on a website for a Borderless solutions company and need professional visuals for services such as CCTV installation, security alarms, access control, intercom systems, and smart home security. What are the best Firefly prompts or workflows for creating realistic images that look suitable for a professional business website rather than generic stock photos?I’d also like to keep the visuals consistent across different service pages. Any tips from experienced Firefly users would be appreciated.

Photoshop. It used to work like this:I’d type some text (copyright) in the bottom-left corner of the image. Using the cursor, I could then drag it into another open Photoshop project, and it would be placed in the exact same spot—without having to hold down Shift, Ctrl, etc.Now it’s different: When I release the text in the other project, it gets dropped where the cursor is.Why? Why has Adobe been continuously working for the past 4–6 years to make Photoshop WORSE?EDIT: I tried figuring it out for 10mins now. it did not work! Also when moving entire layers that fill the entire canvas - PS messes is up!PS gets less and less reliable for professional jobs :(

I have been able to move back and forth from 1 image to another by using the > and < keys, but this no longer seems to work.  I have also used Fn + > without effect.  Any suggestions?

I have the latest Indesign version. However I don't have the option Open PDF to convert PDFs into Indd files... How is it possible?

Current computer is ~1 year old. No issues until 2 weeks ago. I will open several images, change the size of the one selected, save it, then close that file to go to the next one. Now, when I close the file, the screen blinks off and on twice before opening the next file.I have reset all tools. Running latest version of everything. Intel graphics card.PS works okay but the blinking is an aggravation.

Renderer is grayed out and only shows “Mercury Playback Engine Software Only.” I have an Intel Arc B570, but Premiere Pro isn’t using it as the renderer. I just installed Premiere Pro today. Please help 🙏

Hi all, so I’ve got a scaling issue that doesn’t seem to be answered by any of the questions asked previously and the solutions they came up with haven’t worked. Basically, the UI looks like shit and is difficult to use. The icons are huge, but if I click on Fill and Sign, the letters are tiny. I’ve tried changing my General settings and page layout settings, but it just stays mixed and garbage looking. Is there any fix to just make this go back to the older version like they had previously? Or are we stuck with this poorly coded mess?  Window sizes crop if I’m using my system settings so I can’t hit “ok” or cancel. Can’t use my scroll wheel on right side of preferences window, only the left sideAny fixes for these? Thanks for the community and I appreciate all of your help on previous issues!

I applied a Lumetri color effect to a clip in my comp and it caused the image to stretch (as if I had distorted the horizontal size of the image). I toggled the effect on and off and the stretching disappears when toggled off. I removed the effect and reapplied, nothing. Restarted After Effects, nothing. Tried another clip from the shoot, no problems. I've had this, and other small bugs, appear randomly when using the Lumetri Color effect. Is there something that I'm missing or is this a known bug with After Effects CC 2017?

Hi Adobe Support,I recently cancelled my AI Assistant for Acrobat subscription, and I was charged RM71.77 as an early cancellation fee.I understand that this fee may apply under the subscription terms. However, I would really appreciate it if you could review my case and consider refunding or waiving the RM71.77 cancellation fee as a one-time goodwill exception. My subscription has already been cancelled, and I do not intend to continue using the paid service.Could you please check if a refund of the RM71.77 cancellation fee is possible?Thank you.

I prefer to use keyframes for my audio fade ins and fade outs much of the time and with the new layout, the little boxes at the front and end of clips makes it difficult to add the keyframes because they get in the way. I looked through the preferences to see if there was a way to turn them off or hide them but didn't see anything. Does anyone know if that's an option?

Hello,I had canceled my Adobe Acrobat subscription in April through my iPhone, and the subscription was successfully canceled. However, I have now been charged for the subscription again in August.Since I had already canceled my subscription, I would like to know why I was charged again. This charge appears to have been made incorrectly. Please investigate this issue, refund the amount that was charged, and confirm that my subscription is completely canceled so that I will not be charged again in the future. and refund my amountThank you.

I'm using a standalone Adobe Standard 2020, upgrading from an Adobe Standard 9.  Under "9", I used to be able to alter font and size of text in a textbox by going into the "properties" of the text box, but under "2020" the "properties" menu is limited to "delete".  So, I then go to "edit .pdf" and then highlight the text in the textbox I created within an existing .pdf file, but the sidebar (on the right of the screen in the app) is grayed out and won't let me change text or text size.  I have tried all kinds of ways, and the only thing I came up with is to (yes, believe it or not!) create a Microsoft Word file, type in what I want, pick the text size, then copy and paste that into the text box.  There must be a better way, and I would very much appreciate it if someone could provide instructions on "how do I change font and text size withing a textbox".  Thanks.

In our enterprise, few users (60+) are facing an issue while launching  the shortcut Adobe acrobat reader DC, "Invalid Plugin detected. Adobe Acrobat Reader DC will quit".   As mentioned in the Adobe technical forum, downloaded the latest patches from vendor site and installed the same. issue was still persist.   later we had used the Adobe utility removal to cleanup the corrupted installation files. Rebooted. Installed the latest version. issue was still persist.   Finally just renamed the plugin folder from this location, C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat Reader DC\Reader\plug_ins and launched the shortcut. it is working as expected.   After successfull launch, changed the folder from plug_ins_rename to plug_ins. launched agian, no issue persist.   Could you please help me to understand why the exisitng plugin files (before deletion) were not working. how do we fix this for large number of users. is there any automated fix for wider dep

Hello everyone, I’m working in Adobe Acrobat Pro 2026 Enterprise Edition and I’m struggling with basic image manipulation in the new interface. After inserting an image, I need to resize, crop, and reposition it, but the tools seem very limited. Here are the issues I’m running into: Resizing: The corner handles are difficult to use because the Quick Actions popup keeps appearing, and nearby text boxes interfere with the selection. Cropping: The popup also makes cropping difficult, and the crop handles are hard to grab. Adjust Objects panel: Sometimes the “Adjust Objects” section doesn’t appear at all when I select the image. Quick Actions: I know I can disable “Show Quick Actions on text selection,” but I rely on that feature for text editing, so I prefer not to turn it off. Layering: Bringing the image to the front doesn’t always solve the problem when trying to move, resize & crop the image. Is there a recommended workflow in Acrobat Pro 2026 for handling images? It seems like this normally works but lately when I use 'Replace With Clip > From Bin" with the new clip highlighted in the bin, it replaces it, but does not respect the In/Out points - it just places the new clip there at its start.

I have tried Incognito, refreshing, restarting my pc, a different browser nothing works. I’m just stuck here
