I have accidently purchase adobe subscription I already cancelled the subscription how can I get the refund?

Hi, I have a legitimate Adobe Photoshop CS6 perpetual license that's currently showing as activated on two devices, and I'm hoping someone can help me get the activation count reset? One of those two devices was an older computer that I wiped and sold, not realizing at the time that I needed to deactivate Photoshop first. I no longer have access to that machine. The other device is a laptop I still own and use CS6 on. Its own Deactivate option is greyed out in the Help menu, and I've already ruled out the usual causes — connectivity is to internet is confirmed, the system clock is correct, and the GlobalSign Root CA certificate is present and trusted. So deactivating it on my laptop isn't an option either. I understand a reset would clear both activation slots rather than just one, which is fine — I do not need CS6 on my laptop anymore, and would only like to use it on my iMac desktop (likely via offline activation, since online activation doesn't work for me either).Could someone help m

I had signed up for the free trial, during the course of the free trial period I was dealing with my grandmother falling ill and ultimately the day before the trial had ended, my grandmother had passed. I had never even signed back on to use the free trial. The day that I was notified my card was charged 99$, I called adobe and asked them to cancel the subscription and to refund the $99. My request for refund I was denied. And from the renew subscription email I just received, I guess my cancellation request was denied as well.Until today, I had forgotten about being denied my refund request. So I am back now to escalate that request. During the year of this active subscription I have not once even signed on to any of adobe services. How do I go about getting my money back for this unused subscription?

Recently got “upgraded” to Adobe Acrobat Classic 2024; is there any way to make the user interface look like previous versions of Adobe? This new interface has drastically reduced usability.

Hello, I have a webform that receives many submissions daily, and I am looking for a way to automatically name (or rename) completed files using the data entered in a particular field. Manually renaming these files has become quite a task. Due to the completed documents being Adobe signature certified, I am not able to use Adobe Acrobat scripts to rename the file.I would like the files to be renamed in the format "[employee ID]_Release," where the employee ID is one of the fields. Is there a way to do this automatically in Adobe, or is it only possible with other apps/software? I've been looking into Microsoft's Power Automate to automatically add completed forms to a Teams channel. There is a way to rename the file in this step, but I'm having trouble extracting the "employee ID" field. The "parse CSV" steps seem to require an API, which I do not have access to. I appreciate any help or guidance on this topic.

hi I forgot to cancel my subscription before the free trial ended. Can I please get a refund on the month that I got charged for.

Outlines like this are around every area I click. I’m on my windows pc and I don’t remember this before.

"An error has occurred. Please try again.""Access token provided is invalid or has expired." I have reinstalled, rebooted, even unsubscribed and resubscribed... to no avail. I have had to subscribe to DocuSign to get things done. Please Adobe, it shouldn't be this difficult!

How can I create this effect?

I tried cancelling and it would not accept my password. When I tried to apply for a new password it would not function by letting me click on it.

Hi Experts,I am currently evaluating the Compare Files feature in Adobe Acrobat (for a POC), and I’ve encountered an issue that I’m not able to understand clearly.During comparison, Adobe is flagging certain content as both “Text Inserted” and “Text Deleted”, even though the text appears to be exactly the same in both versions of the document.Example (from comparison report): Text Inserted:"V000001 JANE DOE016200010 DO NOT MAIL MONTREAL-OUEST QC H4X 1N4" Text Deleted:"V000001 JANE DOE016200010 DO NOT MAIL MONTREAL-OUEST QC H4X 1N4" As shown above, both strings are identical, yet the tool is treating them as changes.Observation:No visible difference in text content However, other changes like font (ArialMT → Arial), font size (11 → 10), and color changes are also present in the comparison This behavior is being reported alongside actual formatting changesQuestions:How does Adobe Acrobat internally validate text differences in Compare Files? Are there known limitations or settings that

After Effects 2023 crashes when rendering with adjustment-layer effects enabled Hi Adobe community,I'm having a serious rendering problem in After Effects 2023 and I can't figure out what's causing it.My project is a 1080×1080, 60 FPS edit. When I render normally, After Effects eventually gets stuck/crashes around a specific frame. I also experienced RAM-preview glitches where some footage would flicker/warp or display incorrectly.I tested the project by disabling the effects on my adjustment layers, and the exact same frame renders successfully when the effects are disabled. So I've confirmed that one or more effects on my adjustment layers are causing the rendering problem. However, these effects are an important part of the edit, so simply turning them off isn't a solution. My PC has: After Effects 2023 Windows 10/11 8 GB RAM NVIDIA GPU 60 FPS composition 1080×1080 resolution I've already tried: Restarting After Effects Clearing/purging the cache Rendering the problemati

Hi.I was filling in a form pdf, its nearly finished and one of the lines needs my "signature".I inserted one using the "insert of draw a signature" function (mines a different language so I'm translating it the best I can), but then I reaslied a typo in previous response. But then I realised after "signing" the whole pdf it "locks" and I can't edit anything, and now I have to do the whole form all over again. Why would you have this stupid design? I searched all over the web and all I get is electronic signatures, which doesn't apply to my case.

I have 500 firefly credits per month, but firefly keeps bringing up an error saying I do not have access to firefly. But I have 485 credits remaining and I'm trying to generate audio/sfx.

I went to the Adobe Exchange looking for a color wheel. I previously purchased Coolorus and installed it. I see it in the Scripts folder of Photoshop, but I can’t find it when I launch Photoshop 2026. I thought maybe it was not compatible. So, I went to the Adobe Exchange and purchased “MagicPicker”. I installed that. I see it in the scripts folder. Again, when I launch Photoshop 2026, I can’t find it!!!I open the Plugins Panel and it’s NOT there! I clicked on the Windows menu and it’s not there either. I searched for help online and all the videos, articles, etc. Say to copy it to the Plugins Folder of Photoshop. Did that and relaunched Photoshop 2026 and I still cannot find it! Where is it?! How do I access my plugins I purchased?! This is extremely frustrating. Why does Adobe make this so hard?!

I have had creative cloud pro since 2024. I went into acrobat pro to edit a pdf today and it said I needed to “reactivate my subscription,” but I never deactivated my subscription. It then says I need to upgrade now and when I click upgrade now, it says I need to pay for acrobat pro + AI assistant or acrobat standard. If I click the “reactivate subscription” button, a pop up comes up telling me that I am trying to purchase an incompatible subscription, Acrobat pro is included in my creative cloud pro subscription and I am paying $69.99 a month already. Why did it remove my full access to Acrobat Pro? How do I get my access back?

Please stop charging me for something I canceled in nov 2025. I want a refund for all charges. I didn’t sign up for this.

Hi all,I'm hoping someone from Adobe staff or the community can point me in the right direction. I have a Creative Cloud subscription billed to my personal credit card, but tied to a work email address I no longer have access to (I've since left that company). Because I can't log in to the account, I'm stuck:The chatbot and "type AGENT" trick both dead-end at a login wall requiring account access I don't have. Phone support hasn't been able to get me past account verification either. What I need:To cancel the subscription so it stops billing my personal card. A billing history / receipts for the subscription, needed for expense reimbursement purposes from my former employer.Since I can't access the account email, I'm hoping to verify another way — for example, via the payment method on file. Is there a path for this, or can a moderator help escalate?Happy to provide whatever verification is needed (last 4 digits of the card, name on account, etc.) via a more secure channel if that helps

I understand what they're there for, but Its really distracting when Im trying to layout a page. I know I can hide them when I hide my guides - but I need my guides to work with. Thank you.

Acrobat Pro stopped being able to remove anything from a page either using delete or cut yesterday. It does not give any error message, the object just doesn’t go away; when deleting (either with keyboard key or with right-click menu) it acts as if you never gave the command, and when cutting (either with ctrl-X or with right-click menu) it copies the object to the clipboard but doesn’t remove the original. This is only for trying to delete objects, the delete pages function is still working fine. I noticed this starting yesterday afternoon, and a Reddit thread was started this morning where five other users (at the time of my writing this post) are complaining of having the same issue today.https://www.reddit.com/r/Acrobat/comments/1vztnqq/unable_to_delete_objects_using_edit/I use the edit function of Acrobat Pro nearly everyday at work and have done so for many years, this is a brand new problem as of yesterday afternoon. I am running Acrobat Pro version 2026.001.21789 | 64-bit on a
