My college has an Adobe Creative Cloud enterprise educational license that comes with at least 1000 generative AI credits per month according to your FAQ (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/apps/generative-ai/generative-credits-faq.html). Previously account holders on our license could seem their generative AI balances from their account menu. Currently, we see a vague warning that there are daily AI generation limits, with a call to upgrade that links to this FAQ. Our users are justifiably confused -- what are these daily limitations? How can users view their balances?

I cannot figure out how to cancel my trial offer with subsequent billing. I can't get into my account. Does anyone have a direct email contact and/or a phone number? Very upsetting. TIA

When sampling an area with the clone stamp tool, upon clicking where you want to paint with the cursor, it automatically creates a paint line between sample and cursor. Sometimes the link isn’t even logical it’s just crazy and random and all over the place. Reset app, updated photoshop, reset clone stamp tool, reset preferences. I got a “scratch disk full” message once when opening so I deleted a bunch of stuff and it still has the issue.

Where did the Home tab go in Creative Cloud? I can’t find it anymore. Has it been removed or moved somewhere else, and how can I get it back?

I have been a leading Adobe consultant in the European fashion industry for over 22 years. In recent years, European countries and companies have been rapidly shifting toward open-source operating systems like Linux. The reason is simple: the U.S. is no longer seen as a reliable partner. While Adobe continues to expand its web-based applications, and yes, there are many open-source alternatives to various Adobe products, desktop applications like Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign remain indispensable for professional users.Europe’s digital infrastructure is transforming at an unprecedented pace. It won’t be long before Linux’s market share grows significantly. Adobe, too, is a U.S.-based software company, but its products are not as critical as the operating system itself for Europeans considering a switch to Linux. In my opinion, Adobe could survive Europe’s movement away from U.S. services if it opens up to a Linux port soon. For European countries and businesses, the focus isn’t on

Several users in my office are having the same issue in Acrobat as this user question here: Component Files opened from a Portfolio show as blank when opened. Closing and reopening the same file shows the document properly. | Community HOWEVER, for us, closing and reopening the file does not properly show the file and instead shows the same blank page. Below are example screenshots.Component file in a PDF PortfolioThe blank tab page shown after clicking “Open File” in a PDF Portfolio We found that deselecting the “Open documents as new tabs in the same window” option under Preferences > General fixed the issue, however, this is not a practical solution for us as it prevents us from opening multiple PDF files as tabs in the same window of Acrobat. Re-selecting that preference caused the PDF Portfolio issue to come back.I first encountered the problem roughly 2 weeks ago. The Acrobat application is up to date and being run on Windows 11 Enterprise operating system.

Wide monitors (as docking stations) is the new thing now. As I don’t think this is possible as of today in InDesign, is it possible to increase number of spreads sideways on a monitor? For a standard magazine, pages on a spread shows like this:   | 12 | 34 | 5etc.So I am wondering if it’s possible to go to:   | 1     2 | 34 | 5     6 | 7etc.Or is this a feature you don’t recommend?

My Mac’s hard drive is maxed out - so much so that I can’t do the latest OS update. I’ve already deleted old LR Classic libraries and am looking around to see what I can free up. I don’t use LR on the web or mobile/iPad - can I delete the 1gb’s worth of Mobile Downloads.lrdata without mucking anything else up? Any other suggestions how to free up LR or Adobe-related space? I’ve already deleted Photoshop as I rarely use it and can re-install it if I need it.Thanks in advance

I am experiencing a resolution/output issue with GPT Image 2 in Adobe Firefly. When I generate images using GPT Image 2 with the High quality setting selected, Firefly charges me 80 generative credits per generation. However, after downloading the generated images, I found that the actual output dimensions were only around 1K.For example, one of the affected images was only:1246 × 848 pxExample generation link:https://firefly.adobe.com/open/urn:aaid:sc:EU:d7d6b07c-6edd-42ae-8b7d-6a4ddc6b2383I spent approximately 1,440 credits on these affected generations before noticing the issue.I would like Adobe to refund or restore the credits used for these generations, since I paid the highest credit rate but did not receive the expected output.

Adobe Acrobat 26.001.21771 consistently crashes on Mac OS Tahoe 26.5.2 despite trashing prefs, restarting (multiple times), uninstalling and reinstalling Acrobat. This all started today from simply opening an existing PDF, selecting one page, and trying to print. When doing so, I got the spinning wheel of death. So I force-quit, tried the same process again, and got the same result: spinning wheel of death.I force-quit again, restarted my Mac, tried the same process again, and got the same result: spinning wheel of death.I force-quit again, did a hard shutdown and startup of my Mac, and this time, tried opening a different PDF to select one page to print, and got the same result: spinning wheel of death.I force-quit again, did a hard shutdown and startup of my Mac, and this time, tried opening Acrobat. Hi,I'm on a free trial of Adobe Firefly and have been using the Kling 3.0 Omni model to generate video for an ongoing project. It was working normally yesterday until the evening, when every generation attempt started failing with:"Something went wrong. Please try again later."Details:Model affected: Kling 3.0 Omni (video generation)Standard Firefly model: not tested since, but based on other reports this may still work normallyStarted: yesterday evening, no changes made on my end (same browser, same account, same type of prompts/reference images I'd been using successfully all day)Tried: refreshing, logging out and back in, closing and relaunching the browserCredits: I still have generative credits available and an active subscription planThis appears to match other reports on the Adobe community forums of partner models failing with this same generic error over the past several weeks.I've attached a HAR file capturing the error as requested in your generation-error logging guide.Give

Every time I try to select subject Lightroom either says it can't be found or does something very weird with the mask, screenshot included. The red lines across are what it has done to select that subject. I have never had this issue before so I assume it's a bug.

The Film Impact effect Motion Tween results in black areas around the footage, even though there is still plenty of visible areas in the footage. Attached is a screenshot of the issue and my settings. The sample is a screen recording made with QuickTime, but this also happens with any other types of footage. Happens both in the edit and in the exported version. This is just a simple position change, but for some reason, Motion Tween can’t show what’s outside of the initial frame, but instead just adds black to the edges. This is also just a though edit, so nothing has been removed from the video footage.Premiere version: 26.3.0Apple MacBook Pro M1 Pro 16GBFootage on the internal SSD (nowhere near being full)Mac OS Tahoe 26.6.2Any solutions?

I’ve got so used to my exports just defaulting to sequence in/out as I set them to, now they’ve just started doing this. For some strange reason there’s no option to have “sequence in/out” set as one of your preferences for exports. Why does Adobe make certain things like this so difficult when the solution should be so simple? It means that I’ve got used to sequence in/out and so I go into automatic pilot not checking it, next thing I know my export is taking one hour and I don’t know why and then I remember it’s set to work area. I almost never want the whole work area exported.

I've been hitting, for the last 6 months or so, nonstop playback failure with long HEVC files and I've narrowed it down to clip duration being the only variable. Posting the full comparison in case it's useful, and to ask whether there's a fix short of transcoding:System- MacBook Pro, M4 Max, 128 GB unified memory- macOS Tahoe 26.6.2- Premiere 26.3.2- Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration (Metal)- Hardware accelerated decoding enabled- Media on internal SSDThe symptom:On a 95-minute HEVC file, pressing play gives me audio only — no picture at all, in both the Source Monitor and the timeline. Playback takes about a second to start. If I pause, the Program Monitor immediately renders the correct frame, so the decoder is clearly capable of producing images; it just can't sustain continuous playback. Two clips from the same shoot, same settings, both Fujifilm:WORKS — Fujifilm X-H2S- 6240 x 4160, HEVC 10-bit 4:2:0, 24.00p progressive- 11.69 GB / 16:51 duration = ~94.7 Mbps- Plays perfectl

I have a MKV file with all audios in different channels. The problem is that it’s too big (40 GB) is it possible to decrease it’s size but keep all audio channels separately?I processed it from MKV to MP4 but on the MP4 file, all audios are fused in 1 channel. Another idea I was thinking is to export it in a file without video and keep all audios in different channels. And then import the MP4 and then import the audios into Premiere.I’m using Premiere v26.3
