Solved

I have found a bug in Premiere Pro. The new masking tool in the tool bar will disappear after being used. It is under the rectangle tool one minute and then gone the next. When I restart the program, it is back. I would like to suggest not removing the old system until the new one works correctly.

How comes that my “old”/previously edited photo is still present in my lightroom? When I have imported my new photos I can still see my previous photos. Thats very annoying. How do I deselect this option?

HelloFor some reason my page 1 in indesign file is not looking like the master page. I also could not use Remove Local Overrides as it is greyed out. Also applying master page to page 1 is not working.I face this problem frequently. Temporarily I create a new file and redo everything to clear out. But this is taking lot of time. How can I correct this in the current file. I have attached indd file. Thanks

Hello,I am experiencing an "Activation Limit Reached" error with my Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 (perpetual license).Recently, the motherboard on my computer burned out and had to be replaced. Because of this hardware failure, I was unable to open Acrobat and manually deactivate the software before the repair. Now, after reinstalling the software on the same computer (with the new motherboard), the Adobe activation server flags it as a new device and states that the serial number is already in use by the maximum allowed number of computers. I only use this software on this single machine.Since my online Adobe Account profile does not list legacy perpetual activations under "Activated devices", I cannot deactivate the old hardware signature myself.Could an Adobe staff member please contact me via Direct Message so I can provide my serial number and account details to have the activation counter reset?Thank you in advance for your assistance.

My keyboard shortcuts are not working in Photoshop at all.Regular typing works normally inside text fields, but none of the shortcuts respond (for example: V, B, Ctrl+T, Ctrl+C, Ctrl+Z, etc.).I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps: Reset Photoshop preferences using Ctrl + Alt + Shift on launch Verified that Keyboard Shortcuts are set to Default Switched keyboard language to English Restarted Photoshop and the computer multiple times Checked that I am not inside a text layer Reset tools inside Photoshop Disabled background applications that may interfere with shortcuts Updated Photoshop to the latest version Despite all of this, the keyboard shortcuts still do not work only inside Photoshop. The keyboard works perfectly in other applications. Is there any deeper fix related to system conflicts, drivers, or Photoshop configuration files that I may be missing?

Adobe no longer provide the installer for LR6. Please assist.

Hello,I am working in Illustrator and downloaded an icon set (#2083553118) from Adobe Stock. When prompted to download it as a JPG or EPS/SVG vector file for Illustrator, I chose the vector file. However, when I open the file in Illustrator, the icon set is an image, not an editable vector file. I don’t want to trace the image, as the results are often not as good as the original. Is this normal? If not, how can I fix it?Thanks.

I have two active plans: I currently pay for Adobe Acrobat Pro @ $19.99 a month. I also have a subscription for Adobe Standard @ $12.99 a month. In your opinion: Is this necessary to have both of these plans?PS I was also subscribed for Adobe AI Assistant @ $4.99 a month which I just terminated because I found it annoying.

I was charged $116,000 COP for a subscription that I did not authorize or recognize. My sister has already canceled the subscription to prevent any future charges. I am requesting a refund of the $116,000 COP that was already charged. Please let me know how I can receive the refund and how long the process will take..

I’m trying to get the white background removed from this image of the American flag image. But, obviously, I want to keep the white in the stripes. Is there a quick and easy way to to that? I have been trying different tools, but I can’t seem to isolate the background without also selecting the stripes.

I am using Lightroom Classic on my Mac Studio on Tahoe 26.5.2. I select all photos in the album, turn on Auto Sync at the bottom of the Develop tab on the right, then select Auto. It applies to all the photos that I can see in the tray at the bottom but no more. I have to scroll over to reveal more at the bottom and then it will apply to those now showing, I can see them changing in the thumbnail, which takes several seconds, then I repeat. Since I can only show 18 photos at a time in the tray, I have to do this a ton times. This works totally fine for other manual adjustments like color balance or contrast, if I change any other setting with auto sync on, it applies to every photo selected. I’ve tried auto on all and just leaving the computer without doing anything else and it still does nothing, only applies to the photos I can see ion the tray. I left it overnight, came back and it still had not applied to them all, I scrolled over and it was now applying to those I revealed in the

Hi Adobe Community,I recently signed up for the 7-day free trial of Adobe Acrobat Pro and provided my card details during the trial. However, I am now seeing billing issues related to ₹1,596.54/month and ₹398.84/month plans, which I did not intend to continue after the free trial. When I try to manage or cancel the plans, I encounter a message saying:"You must resolve an issue with your payment details before making any changes to your plan. If you take no action, your plan will be suspended."I’ve attached a screenshot for reference:I do not wish to update my payment details or make any payments. My goal is to cancel these plans and ensure no charges are made to my card.Could someone guide me on how to resolve this issue and cancel the subscriptions?Thank you,Aarthi

I use Lightroom classic and Photoshop.Whilst I pay for the monthly subscription to them I have never previously used any online features such as cloud, etc. Today I watched a video showing me how to easily remove and adjust a photo (direct from Lightroom) using Firefly. After logging in, my profile reckoned I had 15/100 credits left. So my question is how on earth have I managed to use the other 85?Is there anywhere I can click on to see how that has been used?

Hello allI would like the image dimensions in the Links panel to be listed in mm.Is this possible?I have changed the ruler settings to mm and checked that the Units and Increments are set to mm.But still the links panel listed as pixels.

When I open an empty W9 in acrobat and choose “fill & sign” look at how its typing out the fonts. They look wild. They look mismatched. its never done this before. so I went to preferences and changed fonts to arial but it didnt fix the issue. Side note: when i’m filling out this bug report theres a dropdown that says “Category” and i dont see acrobat listed in order for me to choose that option.

I edit/process a photo (LRc 15.5) which includes several masks with mask refinement settings of edge and feather. After reviewing the edits I decide to start over and select the RESET button which then resets all sliders/setters to 0 or other baseline values. All values verified in Develop Module as reset I start editing the photo again with new edits and masks A sky mask (or other previously used mask which has mask refinement capabilities) is placed on the photo Mask Refinement feather - edge values, 10 - 3 seen in prior editing session still seen in the placement of the new mask just applied Photo again reset to baseline values. Photo verified at baseline values and no masks applied Sky mask applied to photo Mask refinement edge/feather values at 10 - 3 as seen in prior ediitng session. This process was repeated several time on several differenct photos with the same results. Mask refinement values can be reset manually or by hitting the mask refinement RESET button.

Hello, I’m asking about a refund for my “free” trail Subscription to Adobe Lightroom. I purchased a trial and then a few days after I purchase the trial. I got charged and nowhere. When I purchased the trial week didn’t say that I would get charged for that and so I tried to put in a refund request a few months ago and they said that they couldn’t process it until it went through to my bank account, but it did go through to my bank account and I have been charged. So I’m still waiting for that refund that I never got it.

I had the "cannot update" error in the Creative Cloud desktop app for over a year. I tried everything I could find: full uninstall and reinstall several times, the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool, Adobe support, and a long list of fixes from other forum posts and Windows troubleshooting guides. None of it worked, so eventually I gave up and just lived with it.I finally found the real cause by accident, while debugging a completely unrelated problem on my PC. It has nothing to do with Adobe's installer or your account — it is a Windows setting. The fix takes one minute.Posting it in case someone else is stuck on the same thing.Short version: if Windows is set to install new apps to a drive other than C:, the AdobeNotificationClient package cannot finish installing, and Creative Cloud fails to update. It also causes a memory leak in Windows that gets worse every day your PC stays on.Note for moderators / Community Experts: I believe this is a bug in how the Adobe notification package handle
