When using the screen reader NVDA, there is an option in the settings called Visual Highlight that adds a coloured outline around the current focus item, this is very useful to see where you are currently located in the PDF.  Unfortunately, lately there is an Acrobat bug where turning on Visual Highlight when using Acrobat to read a PDF results in Acrobat crashing.  Can this please be fixed in Acrobat?This seems to happen most often when moving by keyboard to a link, but may happen for other tagged items as well. I emailed the NVDA company who confirmed the issue is not with NVDA but with Acrobat.The Visual Highlight option is also very useful for QA and creating educational screenshots about using NVDA for accessible PDF testing, I would consider this a High Priority ticket!

I think a few others are having this issue, but I'm yet to see any response and/or fix from Adobe.  Retype has successfully identified the font in an image, but there is no 'apply' button (only an exit button) so no way to convert into editable text.  Retype add-ons are already activated in CC App.   Anyone found a solution ?

After organising my PDFs and splitting the PDFs into multiple files, when I select all files and click download, the download error in the screenshot pops up. I have been able to do this all the time before this error started popping up last week so I’m unsure what has changed. I have to now manually download all the PDFs one by one.

When you have several layers selected, and some of them are vector layers, and you try to do a scale transformation on all of them at once, only the vector layers get transformed; the raster layers remain unchanged. You have to deselect all the vector shapes in the Paths palette before it will work. This is stupid and annoying. If I wanted to scale only the vector layers, I would have selected only the vector layers. Also, as you can see in the video, the last vector element (the bottom form field) didn't get selected or scaled with the others, even though its layer was selected. So the whole thing is jacked up and doesn't work in any intelligent or intuitive way. 

I’m using Adobe Acrobat Pro Continuous Release Version 2026.001.21691 (Enterprise) on Windows 11, and I’m running into an issue when trying to edit text.I select text on the page, then choose Edit Text from the popup menu. This opens the Edit Tools pane, but the pane only shows Modify Page, Add Content, and More.When I click Text under Add Content to display the Format Text options, the text I originally selected becomes deselected. The highlight disappears, and Acrobat no longer shows that the text is active or ready for editing.I also tried holding Ctrl to select the entire page and then clicking Edit Text, but the text still becomes deselected as soon as the Format Text category opens.I tested this on multiple PDF files (including files I created myself), and the exact same behavior occurs, so it doesn’t appear to be file‑specific.Is this normal behavior? Hi, I cancelled my subscription months ago, but am still being charged every month for it. When I go to play store there is nothing on there for Adobe! How can it still be taking my money?   

Two things to first get off my chest:Firstly, your product managers should be embarrassed at adding this much confusion and complexity into the billing process.Secondly, people on your team should try to use the product themselves and note that the "free 7 day trial" immediately results in a charge appearing against a real bank account/card. Can someone tell me an easy way to make several objects to be of equal size/ or equal width / or equal height. I haven't been able to find such a command in Illustrator.

I still use Save for Web (Legacy). I save images for the web every day, and this tool is still better than Save a Copy. Save for Web (Legacy) lets me specify the dimensions of the file being saved. It gives me an approximate file size prediction. I have been using it since it was on Imageready a million years ago, and I will keep using it for as long as I can. Is there any earthly way I can save a WebP in there? Because the file size projection and being able to specify the resolution isn't in Save a Copy and that would come in incredibly handy.

Hello, I need some help please.I can't import photos into Lightroom Classic. When I try to locate the folder, the thumbnails appear gray with no preview. When I try to quit the software, it crashes. I've tried everything: updates, creating another library, uninstalling and reinstalling Lightroom Classic, restarting—nothing works. Thanks

Beim Start von Illustrator erscheint immer eine Fehlermeldung: „Illustrator möchte auf Daten von anderen Apps zugreifen.” Every time I launch Illustrator, an error message appears: “Illustrator wants to access data from other apps.” Hallo Adobe,es wäre wünschenswert, wenn ihr diese nervige Meldung, wie im Anhang zu sehen, ebenfalls verschwinden lassen könntet. In InDesign habt ihr das ja auch geschafft. Bei Bridge ist es das gleiche Theater wie in Illustrator. Danke für eure Bemühungen.It would be great if you could also make this annoying message—as shown in the attachment—disappear. You’ve already managed to do that in InDesign. When I “join path” with a path that looks good (but obviously isn't) It creates paths with self intersecting lines… (paths that loop back around) How can I prevent this?  With a plug in, I can see open paths but can’t see a way for illustrator to show where the break in the path actually is…?

I purchased a subscription for my Android phone, the year long one. I thought this would include use on my laptop as well. It does not. I would like to cancel my mobile subscription to purchase a full regular subscription on my laptop that will include mobile. Can I do this?
