I'm bitten yet again by Lightroom Classic's inability to move image files to my system trash.  I've gone through all the solutions I could find:Turned off Full Disk Access for Lightroom, restarted, turned Full Disk Access back on.Created an empty folder on the affected disk and trashed it.Created a Trash folder on the affected disk.I've run Disk First Aid on the disk. I still cannot move image files to my Mac's trash. I'm only allowed to permanently delete them. Are there any new solutions? Thanks for any help. MacOS Sonoma 14.4.1Mac Studio with Apple M2 Max

I’ve PDF’d an accessible front cover design from InDesign but when checking the accessibility checker in Acrobat it flags items that aren’t in the PDF.The PDF has a cover image, heading, logo and two coloured boxes.But the accessibility checker flags:Tagged content Tab order Alt text for figures, nester alt text, associated with content, hides annotation, other elements Table issues including rows, TH and TD, headers and regularity Lists for list items and Lbl and Lbody Headings, appropriate nestingI’m not sure if this is an Acrobat or InDesign issue - opening older Acrobat files seems to be okay.

In the Color Picker tool, Photoshop presents the Lab values of colors if you type in the RGB or HSB values. I doubt Adobe goes to one of the color conversion websites to get the Lab values. Does anybody know the formula they use to calculate it? Scott

My old laptop was set up to use OneDrive for the photos and catalog.  However, I want to set up my new laptop to use an external drive for the photos, put the catalog on the laptop SSD and let OneDrive hold the backups.After several attempts to make this happen, I am at a standstill.  I have copied the photos from OneDrive to the external drive, I have placed the catalog and backups as noted above.  However, Lightroom still goes to OneDrive.How do I get it to get the photos from the external drive and ignore OneDrive?

Hi, I cancelled my subscription, but they are trying to charge me anyway; it says they’ve already made a third attempt to collect payment.

User affected current issue - sign panel disappear - so removed and installed program again. although the user has assigned standard license, the license shows blank and overall functions looks like adobe reader on the desktop app. When I checked his account on adobe site, it seems the license assigned correctly. rebooted desktop, login and out tried but still same. anything I could try more? 

Adobe Acrobat had offered me a free trial, but when I accepted it, 478.80 TL was charged from my card. It is very unpleasant that the user interface misleads customers in this way. Even so, I let it go this time and did not reach out to you. Now I want to cancel so that it won’t renew again, but it says that an early cancellation fee of 2,633.40 TL will be charged for the annual commitment. When I go to the “Manage Commitment” section, it says Annual Plan, Prepaid. I did not select any of these myself; all I wanted was to accept the free trial offer, and even then, the money was withdrawn immediately. Because the system misleads the user, I should not be forced to pay this money or be obliged to use this application for a year. Please resolve this grievance. I request that the subscription on my account, be terminated free of charge.

My Adobe account connected to my Gmail account but now I can’t login with Gmail because my Gmail has been locked recently.Can I get help to log in to my Adobe account to change the email? I can provide bank transaction to confirm my purchases of Adobe products. 

I cannot get a transparent png file into my Ai document. They come in with a black background.I have never had this issue before-till this week. I used to work with these all the time! Is there some setting that i may have inadvertently checked off?  the png was saved correctly out of photoshop, and I can see the transparency in bridge. Importing photoshop files with transparency is still working fine. it's only PNGs that are the problem.anyone? thanks!

 Hi, to fix certain issues with in PDFs, my work has us export the PDF file into a Postscript file before using Distiller to create a new PDF from that postscript file. One of my team ran into an issue where the new PDF file is never created, the log just says: %%[ Error: undefined; OffendingCommand: þ± ]%%%%[ Flushing: rest of job (to end-of-file) will be ignored ]%%%%[ Warning: PostScript error. No PDF file produced. ] %% I’ve attempted to the exact same file with the same process, and succeeded. Is there some setting that we could be missing that causes it?

HelloI am investigating if it is possible to automate the batch unnesting of trimmed nested clipped in timeline, creating new video channels for the “exposed” clips?
