Solved

I was trying to connect Adobe to Claude and I got this error “Your organization does not allow access to third party applications.” then I checked my account, I found that someone has put my email in their organization. I revoked this and made sure my account is a personnal account here. but the error still is showing up. some internet investigations directed me to the issue that it might be stalled from the Adobe server side. I need someone from Adobe to help me clear this from that side so I can connect Adobe and Claude from my end. the email i’m trying to connect is [Moderator: removing personal information]. Basically, this one. Thanks, AH

Hi, does anyone know of a secure way to convert an SRT file to VTT for captions? I am working with proprietary information on a video and I don't see a way to export a VTT file in premier. Using a VTT file is required on the sharing platform, an SRT will not work. Thanks!

What should be the value to get an exact cube?

I am working on making the digital version of our document accessible. The math equations were placed into the InDesign (v 21.3) document using the Math Expressions (MathML) panel. After exporting the document to PDF with the “Create Tagged PDF” option enabled and running an accessibility check, the equations were flagged for alt‑text issues. There are more than 200 equations in our document, so I am looking for an alternative to creating alt-text for each of them. What is the most efficient way to resolve this accessibility problem?

Looking to edit my video with clips playing in reverse. I looked under the speed tab and there's no option. I'm using the adobe premiere pro app on apple devive.

Just discovered an issue that I found someone else had last year on Reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/indesign/comments/1k0i25a/old_style_figures_not_consistently_applied_in/I have page numbers automatically added to the foot of each page set in Garamond Premier Pro Caption using OpenType Old Style figures. All fine until I reach pages 100+. The last digit reverts to Lining, not Old Style. Illustrated is the automatic page number, with the same digits entered into a separate text box (reversed as selected when I screen-grabbed).This is not a charater style or Drop Cap paragraph style. Something related to the “Current Page Number” special character (⌘3). If I add another Current Page Number to the page, the same error occurs…Any ideas?

I have an interactive PDF with ToC so the reader can click on the title and go to it. But, they can't come back unless they scroll back. How can I create a hyperlink or button on each page or at each title that takes them back to ToC?  The PDF is created from InDesign so I need to be able to do this in InDesign. Thanks.

I am on a corporate account. Can I get on a Beta Waitlist for the new Firefly Studio features? The JOIN WAITLIST button just takes me to Firefly.

Wenn ich aus Adobe versuche, einen export nach MS Word zu machen, zeigt das Progarmm zwar “Konvertierung” an, es bleibt jedoch in dieser Schleife hängen und konvertiert nicht.

With the release of the Mac Studio with M5 Ultra, and Apple’s eye-watering RAM pricing, I’m trying to work out the best upgrade route for overall performance.I currently have a Mac Studio with the top-spec M2 Ultra and 192GB of unified memory. The comparable upgrade would be the top-spec M5 Ultra, but with only 96GB of memory. The jump to 256GB adds roughly £4,000, which simply isn’t viable.Would cutting my memory from 192GB to 96GB undermine the performance gains of the M5 Ultra? Would having only 96GB alongside the maxed-out CPU and GPU create a bottleneck, or does that only become an issue if my workloads actually exceed the available memory?Alternatively, would I be better off choosing the top-spec M5 Max with 128GB of unified memory? It would have less CPU and GPU power than the M5 Ultra, but gives me more memory at a much more reasonable price. My main work is motion graphics, primarily After Effects, alongside Cinema 4D and other Adobe applications. Which configuration is likely

Help. I need to export some promos for broadcast and they require stereo audio on tracks 1&2 and mono audio on tracks 3&4. My timeline consists of two stereo tracks, voices on 1 and music & sfx on 2.This seems like it should be easier then it is. What am I missing? Thanks!

When I save an Adobe Photoshop Elements picture as a psd, BMP, GIF, JPEG etc, it will not open in a word document setting at all.  It comes up as a large box with Image 1 at the top.  What am I doing in saving the picture document that will not open in a document format?

80% of the way through a project requiring 70 images, Firefly 4 began to give the ‘Something went wrong. Please try again later.’ Error message with the sad puppy dog eyes.I’ve now tested all the Firefly models and they all have the same issue. I simplified my reference jpg to contain only the number ‘1’ on a white background. As of last week (Aug.19th 2026), it suddenly stopped working. Before that over I had generated 36 images using a number in the reference field. I’ve tried using all the partner models but results aren’t consistent with the 58 images I’ve already produced. Also, my credits didn’t reset on Aug 22nd as they were supposed to, which I had counted on when doing extensive testing on the 21st.I allowed tech support remote control of my computer Aug. 20th to test and retrieve a HAR file. I was told I would receive an email but am still waiting (Aug. 23rd). I will attach the HAR file again here.

Hello everyone,I am a new Adobe Stock contributor, and this is my first upload. My assets were approved about two days ago and appear in my Contributor portfolio. However, when I click on any approved asset, I get a "Page not found" (404) error. The assets are approved, but they are still not publicly visible or searchable on Adobe Stock. Asset IDs:2124761694 2124779307

I’m asking if i can sell my Mahjong sets thru Etsy, Amazon and other Mahjong companies with a stand license subscription. Most of the images I downloaded were vector images.

I upgraded to Firefly PRO and my 4,000 credits are not appearing when I click on the account icon. All I see is 0/2,000

I have an Adobe Stock monthly subscription that includes 10 paid downloads per month (Standard licenses).I recently designed and typeset a book for a client. The book is not for commercial sale. I downloaded around 20 images from Adobe Stock for use in the book. Some of the images are from the Free Collection, but most of them are paid Standard assets. Now the client would like to obtain the rights to use the same collection of images in the future, for example on their website, social media, and other communications/marketing materials. In other words, they would like to pay me for the time and cost involved in finding and licensing these images, and then continue using the images themselves.I understand that Adobe's terms allow a Stock asset to be licensed on behalf of a client, but I am not completely sure how this works in practice when the images have already been licensed through my own subscription.Has anyone had a similar situation? What would be the correct way to handle this? Do you have any plans for ever porting more apps to ARM-based systems (or at least allowing emulation)? Dreamweaver in particular. It’s been over two years since Premiere has been ported and no real news since then even with the apps currently in beta

I swear that I have followed all of the different methods, tutorials, videos, and threads.  Yet, every time that I delete a photo from Lightroom Classic, it remains on my Hard Drive.  Sometimes, even when it specifically asks me if I want to delete it from the disk, it is still there.  This ends up with me doing a tedious cross referencing to figure out which photos need to be deleted from my Hard Drive, and which ones need to stay. Please, if someone knows exactly how to make Lightroom delete photos from all parts of Lightroom, and my hard drive, please explain it to me as if I have no intelligence at all.  I appreciate your help.  Thank you.

Hello Adobe Team,We are a corporate user holding a legal, purchased retail license of Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design Standard.Recently, when we tried to activate the software on a new company computer, it prompted the error: "The serial number has been used on 2 computers."Since the original activation servers for CS6 are discontinued or we cannot deactivate the old machines online, we are currently locked out and unable to use our legitimate software.Could an Adobe staff member or moderator please help us reset/clear the activation count for this serial number from the backend? Here is our serial number (please let me know a secure way to provide it privately if needed, or please check via moderator support).Thank you for your assistance.

Hi everyone!I hope I didn’t miss any already existing bug / issue posts for this issue. Here’s the short version again:After upgrading to Lightroom Classic 15.2, I experience an increase in repeatable and reproducable freezes with following crashes. These occur always when zooming into an image and are instantanous. The resulting CrashLog from the error report tool is attatched as well as the Lightroom System Info sheet.  System spec overview: Windows Desktop PC (custom)OS: Windows 11 25H2 Build 26200CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 7950x3D (+ integrated iGPU)GPU: NVIDIA RTX 4070ti (12GB GDDR6 VRAM) [591.74 - Driver info see below]RAM: 64GB DDR5 6000MTs CL30DISK: LRc installed on M.2 Gen.4 SSD; Library on same drive; Media on 7200RPM HDDVER.: Adobe Lightroom v15.2First observations:Since version 14.1, I have encountered random issues, from increased stuttering to freezing.
