Issue: When making a custom effects preset which includes multiple effects and their settings, the effects are applied but their settings are not. Steps to Reproduce: In my case, I’m working with an audio only file/ track. I’m trying to put a dynamics effect and a parametric equalizer effect with custom settings for each into one effects preset. so I’ll apply both effects to an audio track and adjust their settings to my needs. I’ll then ctrl click the root level of each effect in the effect controls panel and follow that with a right click and save preset. I’ll leave at default type of ‘scale’ and click ok. When dragging the effect preset onto another audio only track, the effects apply but their settings don’t. they are just default and empty. Expected Result: The effects should apply AND retain their custom settings. Actual Result: effects apply with default/ empty settings Premiere Version: premiere pro 26.3.2 build 2 Operating System: win 11 pro, 10.026200 build 26200 GPU Driver (

Let me be absolutely clear. I have ZERO interest in using generative AI tools in Photoshop or anywhere else. And yet, every time I open Photoshop I am assaulted with pop up windows trying to get me to use these tools that I do not want. The features and buttons are displayed prominently in many different windows, it is virtually impossible to ignore or avoid. It creates a very negative user experience having these things shoved down my throat all the time. Going forward, Adobe should give users a simple checkbox option to indicate whether we want these tools or not. For those who don't, they should be disabled completely. No pop ups, no reminders, no prompts, nothing. I like to use Photoshop to jump back and forth between my Mac desktop and iPad. Despite some bugs and issues, the experience has mostly been good until AI started taking over. I don't want to switch, but at this point, I am already considering alternatives. Please take note of this user feedback and take it seriously. I c

Just bought a Xiaomi Pad Pro 2 and signed for Adobe Reader Plus version. All works fine except I can't rearrenge bookmarks, only edit, delete or add. Do I need another version of Adobe Reader?

It says I need an Adobe for pc or Mac . But I was able to open and fill out this form in March 2026

Hi everyone,I run a local trade service business here in Boise, and we are currently trying to streamline our digital paperwork workflow for our field technicians.Right now, we create service estimates and agreements, save them as PDFs, and need a reliable way for customers to review and sign them on mobile devices before we start any repair work.I know Acrobat has form creation and signing tools, but I am running into a few bottlenecks with layout consistency when technicians open them on different tablets in the field. Does anyone have a recommended setup or best practice for keeping fillable PDF forms stable across iOS and Android devices? For context on how our current setup is laid out digitally, you can check out our service framework on our Boise plumber service page to see what kind of layout templates we are working with.Any tips or standard workflows from other field service folks using Acrobat would be greatly appreciated!

Hi everyone,I would like to discuss how people choose toner cartridges for their printers. For home offices and small businesses, printing costs can quickly add up. Many users are looking for affordable alternatives while still maintaining good print quality and reliable performance. When choosing a toner cartridge, what factors do you consider most important?- Print quality and consistency- Page yield and cartridge lifespan- Compatibility with your printer model- Overall printing costCompatible toner cartridges have become a popular option for many users who want to reduce printing expenses without sacrificing everyday printing needs.I have been researching different printer supply solutions, including compatible toner cartridges for brands like HP, Brother, Canon, and Epson. A reliable supplier such as YB TONER provides various replacement toner options for home and business users. What is your experience with compatible toner cartridges? Do you prefer original cartridges or compatible

I'm wondering if there's a way to correctly replace seceral clips of footage in the timeline using the same timecodes in the replacement media as the current media in the timeline. Here's my scenario: I have an intro animation.  I have chopped little sections of this animation up and sped those sections up so that that key points in the animation hit the beat of the music correctly.  Probably 20 little sections total between normally timed, and sped up sections, and now the animation lines up with the music.  Great! I have the exact same animation file, except it's in Spanish and I need to replace all the English animation clips with the Spanish ones, but keep all the timing adjustments.  Right clicking the animation and selecting "Replace with" bin or source clip doesn't work as it just replaces each section with the clip starting over at the beginning and "match frame" would be what I expect to work, but it usually gives me an error about not enough medi

Can anyone tell me how permanently keep crop control unlocked in lightroom mobile . I never need it to be locked Thanks

There are almost daily instances where I need to join two 'open ended' paths in Photoshop, but I need to do it without physically 'drawing' a line segment between the two open anchor points with the pen tool.In other words, I need to join them as I would in Adobe Illustrator, which is to move the open path so that an open 'anchor point' is atop another open path anchor point.... and then simply merge the two points into one.I have been 'dummy-ing' it along for years, drawing between the points; although that is almost never the best solution in my mind....Can Photoshop merge two open ended 'anchor points' together like Illustrator?EXAMPLE:  Say I have a vector path in the shape of a half circle, containing 3 anchor points - open on the right, and the half circle facing the left. Then, I have a second 'open path' object which is a half circle, containing 3 anchor points - open on the LEFT and the half circle path facing the RIGHT.  I move them both together so that the upper a

Ich benutze LR Vers. 15.1. Leider kann ich die Farbmarkierung von Bildern nicht mehr dazu nutzen, um Fotos zu filtern. Egal welche Farbmarkierung ich wähle, die entsprechend markierten Bilder werden nicht selektiert. Was kann ich tun?

For days, I’ve been getting this popup every time I try to use the web version of Acrobat (Adobe Acrobat Home). I’ve logged out, cleared the cache, nothing seems to work. I’m not trying to use any particular feature. It’s every single time I go to the website.

Hi, experiencing this problem for a while:When i import an image into InDesign and open it in Photoshop, make some changes, and change the canvas size to a larger state; even after applying all the changes, the InDesign frame still displays the image’s canvas size at its old size. Other changes appear as it is but canvas size change remains unchanged. When I open it again in Photoshop for check, the canvas size appears at its true size, but the InDesign image remains unchanged, stuck in its old state. No matter what I do, InDesign doesn't forget the image's original canvas size and stubbornly remains in that size in the frame and looks like cropped.Has anyone experienced this problem or knows how to solve it?Thanks and regards to the community...

Hi everyone,I'm experiencing a very specific issue with Photoshop Generative Fill (Firefly Image 5). It constantly throws the error "The service is not responding" whenever I try to use it.This issue started immediately after my Wi-Fi was repaired.Important Detail / Behavior: Whenever I perform any troubleshooting step (like flushing DNS or signing out/in), Generative Fill will work ONCE for the very first prompt, but on the second attempt, it fails again with "The service is not responding".Here is what I have already tried so far: Flushed DNS cache (ipconfig /flushdns) Signed out and signed back in via Creative Cloud Desktop App Checked and temporarily disabled Firewall/Antivirus Ensured Photoshop and Creative Cloud Desktop are fully updated Inspected the hosts file to ensure no Adobe endpoints are blocked Switched to Google Public DNS (8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4) It seems like the initial handshake/token validation succeeds, but subsequent requests or response streams get dropped o

My Acrobat Pro must've just updated, and I am no longer able to choose to open documents in seperate windows.  This option appears to have disappeared from the preferences.  Does anyone know how this can be switched back on?  I cannot stand having to view docs in tabs within the same window.  the version is 2023.001.20143 for MAC.

I just know somehow that if this was a real thing I could save a week's worth of time every month.  I produce a 40 page newsletter 12 times a year and it always takes about 5 days to complete a new issue.  The format is generally consistent from month to month, but bringing in new stories is such a brutally manual process!

Hello folks, Does anyone know why Adobe Acrobat Reader is so *incredibly* slow & keeps hanging please?I keep getting the 'not responding' message; have to close it down & try again.Documents load *really* slowly, if at all!I have a fast PC with 16GB of memory, so that shouldn't be the problem... Any ideas on speeding it up please?Maybe Adobe you coudl do so?!

Hello, how do I get rid of this message? It has been appearing since 21.2.“Adobe InDesign 2026” wants to access data from other apps.Thank you for your help and feedback.

I'm looking for more functionality from the Behringer X-Touch control surface and hope it is possible to bind inputs from the control surface encoder knobs at the top of the fader bank to x, y, and z values for a selected property in the effects control panel. It is easy enough to map a single encoder to change a selected value, but I'd like to, for example, press the EQ button under Encoder Assign (red box, upper right), which will pre-select the first property in the Premiere Pro Effects Panel, unless a property is already selected; also, set the first three encoders on the X-Touch (8 encoders, yellow box) are bound to the x, (y, and z if there) values, and the fourth encoder is set up to navigate up and down the effects panel, choosing properties with x,y,z numeric values or a selection list. For fields with a selection list, if the x value encoder doesn't work, then the fifth encoder could be employed, leaving 6, 7 and 8 for future use.   If other Encoder A

Is there any way to remove the GenAI creation fields from Illustrator’s home screen? It’s just in the way. It’s frustrating to now have to scroll past a massive AI box plus featured ads before I can properly see my recent files list. Either give me an option to hide AI and featured items or at least put them below my recents. They shouldn’t be taking up the screen like this.

I produce podcasts and have multiple speakers with separate audio tracks. I want to use the Transcript panel especially now with the additional capabilities with the text based editor but I’m still having an issue where I can only see the transcript for one track at a time. Basically the top unmuted track. I know this has been an issue for a while and there have been workarounds and threads that are similar but I still haven’t seen a solution to this. I feel like there must be a checkbox or something that I’m missing.I do know that if I generate a static transcription I can see multiple tracks transcribed but then I won’t get the features that come with a dynamic transcript panel
