Solved

I'm having a very frustrating problem where text inside my text boxes disappears or becomes overset text when I move them around on the page. Keep in mind that I'm not scaling the text boxes- I just move them up or down and they become overset. I'm also having a sister issue where the vertical margins on text boxes keep shifting when I move them to where I see double text. Regardless of the double text, the vertical margin keeps shifting when I move the text box. I believe that there must be something that I'm not accounting for on the page that is causing these things to shift.

Import Keywords — Do Not Export flag not applying to existing keyword namesI'm importing a plain text keyword file via Metadata > Import Keywords (tab-indented, [bracketed names] for Include on Export = off, {curly brace} synonyms). It works fine for brand-new keyword names, but when the imported name matches a keyword that already exists elsewhere in the catalog, the bracket is ignored — after import, the existing keyword's Include on Export checkbox stays exactly as it was before, checked or not.Is this expected behavior (import merges into an existing same-name keyword and won't touch its Include on Export flag from the file), or am I missing correct syntax/an option to force it? Is there any way to set Include on Export via the import file for a keyword name that already exists in the catalog, or is manually toggling it in the Keyword List panel after import the only route?Lightroom Classic, imported via a plain .txt file (also tried .csv, same result). Thanks for any pointers.

I looked at my Firefly generation history today and it seems that some of my past generations have dropped off my page. Looking at the Firefly help page (below), there isn’t anything about when this functionality began (so how far in the past you can expect to see) and if there are any limitations (maximum amount of content available).https://helpx.adobe.com/au/firefly/web/access-your-files/view-generation-history.htmlWith my history page, I am wondering if there is a problem on my side or if it is a Firefly history limitation. On a side but related thing, in the early days of Firefly, you could create a shareable link to your generated images. I did this and saved those URLs, Now if I go to those URLs, the pages are no longer available with a ‘Page does not exist, Check the URL and try again’ message. An example is:https://firefly.adobe.com/shared/texttoimage?id=urn%3Aaaid%3Asc%3AAP%3Ada0cb0b0-0ef2-4d89-a6a7-ddb606ff96c4So to confirm my questions:Is the generation history supposed to b

Hello Adobe Support,I noticed that my Adobe subscription was automatically renewed today, and I was charged approximately 742,62 TRY from my card.I did not intend to renew my subscription and would like to cancel the renewed subscription and request a full refund of the amount charged. The subscription is currently valid until September 26, but I would like the renewal to be canceled and the full payment refunded to my original payment method.I would appreciate it if you could process the refund as soon as possible.Thank you for your assistance.

THe subfolders appeared in the folder panel in LRC but separately and not in the parent folder.  When I tried again to import the same, the images were greyed out, indicating they were already imported.  The parent folder is on the disc but does not appear in the folder panel in LRC.  I want the subfolders under the parent folder to keep things organized. I tried  to create a new parent folder but it did not appear on the disc or in LRC.  How can I collect the subfolders under a parent folder?

The name of the 3D object is Briefcase with Money.obj.  I want to create an effect where the camera moves upwards and the effects move downwards. However, when I add the camera, the 3D object disappears. What can be done to resolve this? Thank you very much for your attention.

Hello,  This is my 2nd day this week posting a very frustrating bug on InDesign and I consider this one far worse. In trying to figure out a bug with workspaces on Monday, I exported my current settings, reset InDesign preferences, and imported my settings back in.  I did not check the settings. I should have. The generate AI Alt-text box had been rechecked, and I had NEVER manually done that. I have recreated this issue more than 5+ in a row by: Resetting my InDesign preferences to the default and restarting. Reopening InDesign, checking off both Generative AI boxes in preferences Export those settings, reset preferences back to default on reset, and reopen InDesign When you reopen InDesign and import your preferences (they should be default with both Gen-AI boxes UNCHECKED), the “Auto-generate Alt Text when placing images” WILL BE TURNED ON EVERY TIME WITHOUT FAIL.I have a screen recording of this process working and showing that the boxes WILL check themselves upon importing setting

MacBook Pro M2 Max Chip 64GB memory, Sonoma, INDD v20.4.1Packaging files stops. The status indicator keeps circling and packaging process does not seem to finish. This began yesterday and has happened when attempting to package different files. The “Saving the Document” status bar is at ~10%. When I look at the background tasks it indicates the exporting the file is at 90 or 95% and exporting the PDF is queued. When I go to “Force Quit” applications sometimes InDesign looks fine, other times it is “not responding. Cancelling doesn’t work. I get impatient after a few minutes and end up force quitting INDD.When I look to see where I put the packaged folder. It’s there and everything is in the folder with the exception of the IDML file, sometimes the PDF isn’t there either. I've tried many times in the last 18 hours.OK – so then I try packaging without the IDML file and INDD locks up. Package Document status bar at the ~20% – status indicator (blue circle thingy) not visible in tool bar.

On Aug 23, I redeemed a new one-month code the same day expecting a fresh 4,000-credit cycle. Instead, credits are still tied to an old billing anchor date and won't reset for another week, meaning I'll only get ~3 reset cycles instead of 4 over this subscription month. Looking for clarification on why new codes don't reset the credit cycle, and whether this can be corrected. So far 2 Adobe agents failed to help me every time login off. Seriously?

Genuinely, I am baffled. How Adobe can charge over $100 per month for software like Premiere Pro; that can’t handle simple things like title generations or MOGRT properties - yet Da Vinci Resolve is FREE and handles animation beautifully. I want to stay loyal as an Adobe user of over 15 years, but at this point we’re all being screwed over. I can’t pretend it’s alright anymore. I’ve stopped recommending Adobe, and as of next month we will be removing all Adobe subscriptions from our offices and moving onto better options. We are expecting to double our speed of workflow, purely by abandoning Adobe products. We’re paying premium prices for half-par software, that is WORSE than FREE amateur created softwares. It’s time everybody woke up to this blatant rip-off called Adobe.

I've recently noticed an issue with the adobe acrobat apps for both android and ios where when typing into a fillable field, overlapping letters are appearing -see attached photo.  The error resolves itself when you click out of the field and into another.  But when you're entering a lot of text into the field, it makes it very difficult to see and keep track of what you're typing.  This issue started recently and I saw that there was an app update on Feb. 18th kind of leading me to think this might be a bug.  Anyone else experiencing this and are there any known fixes?

In Lightroom Classic, one is able to see file attributes via the Loupe overlay but this functionality appears to me absent in Lightroom for Mac. Any workaround other than having to use the pane? I’d prefer to see the overlay when viewing images full screen.

I bought new pc, I tried to make new installation of Adobe Design Standard CS 5.5. During installation i type serial number, which is accepted and click next. After a moment it asks me to log in into my adobe account, It cannot communicate with server, and informs me about "network error", I skip this step and installing. After installation and launching any program I get message that key is incorrect. Program was deactivated on previous machine. What to do?

Hi, I was wondering if someone could show me how to disable OCR in Acrobat 2025. I've tried doing what people said to do in other posts, but the versions they were using were older. Thank you in advance!

On my iphone i get options to change hair color, facial features, do makeup etc. On my computer I cannot find any of these options. I have re downloaded the app on my computer and it’s still the same. It’s like it is a completely different app. I am using Windows 11computer and Iphone 16

I have basic InDesign skills but nothing advanced. I'm creating a document and whenever I type an apostrophe (') InDesign displays it as a tiny greater than symbol. It does this no matter what font I'm using. I can type the same text in Illustrator and it looks fine. If I then paste it into InDesign it is correct. But if I type it directly into InDesign it never displays as an apostrophe. I've tried checking my character and paragraph settings and tried multiple fonts to no avail. Any guidance would be much appreciated!

When I publish online, the images in the document all turn dull in colour and contrast, even though the graphics remain the correct colour. All my images are sRGB, I’m publishing in JPEG format, I’ve tried adding a transparent rectangle on each page as someone suggested. Colour settings below. What else can I do to fix this?

Hello! So, there have been a couple posts on how Lumetri color effects are not exporting out of Premiere Pro correctly, but none of the answers given have corrected my export quality yet so I'm hoping I can get some new answers now especially with CC 2019. Anyways, my footage is color corrected/graded very simply. I have each clip color graded with the Lumetri effect individually and I also have an adjustment layer with the Lumetri effect on a specific sequence of the footage. It seems as though none of my Lumetri effects are being exported as much footage is dull and looks similar to the raw footage. I was orginally exporting H.264 with Match Source for bit rate but now I've tried a very of settings (I've tried MPEG, etc). My max bit rate is on in sequence settings. I've also copied and pasted my Lumetri folders into Adobe Media Encoder folder but still nothing. First image is what I have in Premiere after color grading and the second photo is what shows up on Quicktime. Please help!!
