Hi,I tried to download the free acrobat reader initially, it would not install or launch. I got the page which states ‘Thank you for downloading Acrobat Reader’ and guiding me to signup for a free trial. I signed up for a free trial, I got this: I have tried all the Troubleshooting tips. Many Thanks

After the update, my user presets disappeared. Is there any way to get them back?

Hey vector contributors, Getting mass rejections for "raster in vector" and "low res JPG preview" even though my EPS is 100% vector and my JPG preview is 10k x 10k px, quality 12. Same settings as my approved files. Is Adobe's AI reviewer broken this week or did something change? Any fix?

Hello Adobe Support Team, I am writing to request assistance with a persistent phone verification failure on my account, which is preventing me from completing setup as an Adobe Stock Contributor. This issue has continued for over 5 days. When attempting to add and verify my Bangladesh mobile number under account security settings, the UI displays the error:"An error occurred while performing this action. Please try again later." Upon inspecting the browser Developer Tools console, the request fails with the following specific API errors:  GET /userdocs/account-management (404 Not Found) POST /credential/securityProfile/mfaFactor/enrollFactor (429 Too Many Requests) Because this HTTP 429 rate limit / SMS gateway routing failure on the enrollFactor endpoint has not cleared automatically after several days, there appears to be a backend lockout or carrier SMS routing issue for the +880 country code. Could you please investigate this issue on my account backend or assist in resetting/ov

I have AE 22. When i play the preview/playback in a composition that isn’t 15 fps, the program starts lagging and slowing down. It happens both if i add media and if i don’t, does anyone know what the problem might be and how to fix it? I wanna use 18 fps or more but even then it gives me problems and doesn’t load as it should

I've been having multiple issues generating video and it hasn't generated the video as requested and I'm out thousands of crdits...is there any way to get them back?

Using Huion H1060P, works on every art program such as Krita and PhotoShop. My problem is that it only sort of works on Adobe Acrobat Reader DC when using the Comment tool to draw on PDFs. The stylus only draws when the line is large. How can I have it so that lines appear no matter how small they are? It's hard to draw the number "2" in a small size because it won't turn out properly.  This problem doesn't occur when using the mouse - with the mouse, I can draw small lines all the time, whenever I want. That's why I'm assuming this is a Graphics Tablet problem.  I've attached a video to showcase this a little better. At first I'm trying to draw "2=2.9" and then I go on to draw "5=5". As you can see, sometimes the numbers don't turn out properly when using the stylus to draw small.

what are the quality issues you all would identify ?

(MacOS) I'm about to lose my Adobe subscription (graduation) and mostly want to make sure that I don't lose my 15,000 photo library that I have in Lightroom. I have the storage to move it to either a cloud or an external hard drive, but I'm struggling to know the best way to go about it. What would be the best way to make sure I have a backup somewhere? Both catalog but also the actual photos. I'm also confused about where I can find my Lightroom library. I'm using Lightroom CC, and can't find my photo library in the Creative Cloud application. On the home page, under "recents" some photos show up, but I can't find the rest of them in the app. I thought I was supposed to be able to since the photos aren't being stored anywhere else on my computer?Sorry for the rambly post, two seperate questions/issues really. Thanks for your help.

Is there a way to time-stretch a comp, but keep audio clip pitch and duration? I know that it's possible to "un-stretch" the audio to compensate, but I’m looking for an easier workflow.

I would like to cancel and it is not easy to do. No disclosure or transparency about this. I am very upset, and disappointed.

I want to know whether, if a vector file is rejected due to a quality issue, intellectual property, or similar content, I can modify the file—for example, by deleting some parts or adding something new—and then upload the revised version again.

HELP!!!In Premiere, the Dynamic Link option appears grayed out—both when I right-click a clip and in the top "File" menu. I can't even click on it. The programs are the same version. How I can fix it?

I have Mac OS Sequioa 15.4.1. and Illustrator v29. I do not have a Wacom table of any type, nor do I have any Wacom software. However, upon launch Illustrator says there is a problem with the Wacom driver. To fix this, I have tried:- searching entire hard drive and removing anything named Wacom.- trashing all preference files.Illustrator still defaults to thinkng thiere is a Wacom drive, in preferences. Disabling it and restarting does not fix this. How do I make Illustrator stop whining about Wacom?

I’m at a loss as to why these photos were not accepted. I have a well-established portfolio of travel photography, and similar images have been accepted on other stock sites without any issues.Adobe’s rejection reason was simply “Quality Issues.” The photo below is a typical travel illustrative content, shot on mirrorless full frame, minimal post-processing:  Carved pātaka storehouse and palisade, Te Parapara Garden, New ZealandOk, this photo was processed as HDR to bring back the shadows. There is a bit of grain going on in the rocky part of the mountain, but I wouldn’t think this to be a reason for rejection: Car approaching Mount Ngāuruhoe on the Desert Road at dusk, New ZealandThese mountain parrots are quite rare, so I was very happy to get this shot in the wild. The bird’s eye and feathers look sharp to me. The background blur cannot be avoided: Kea close-up on rocky summit near Mount Luxmore, Kepler Track, New Zealand I am open to constructive critique. Does Enterprise Acrobat Studio include password protection and how does one use it? Is there documentation posted somewhere?

It's no wonder there have been a few threads here about printing from macOS Sequoia.   I'm not an early adopter, meaning my main Mac is still on macOS Ventura and, mainly, PS24, so I've not experienced this printing issue.. But, today I experienced the Sequoia/Photoshop 25 print pipeline issue we've been hearing about here. I wonder about macOS Sonoma too now.    In Photoshop's print process, I prefer to use Photoshop Manages Color and select the ICC profile myself - meaning that, now, I just need to go to the Print Settings (which opens the Epson or Canon etc. print driver), and, there, under Printer Options/Print Settings I select the media type and also check that in the Color Matching section the options are greyed out - with Colorsync selected [here, as below, the options should be greyed, because selecting Photoshop Manages Color tells the driver to disable color management].      What's the issue with printing?Selected options within
