Hi Adobe Stock Contributors,Adobe’s current vector technical requirements now state that the minimum artboard resolution for AI, EPS, and SVG vectors is 15 MP, with a maximum of 65 MP.However, I’ve noticed that the Adobe Stock Contributor portal still appears to allow 4 MP vector files to be uploaded without an immediate technical error.I would like to clarify a few things:Is 15 MP now a strict technical requirement for AI/EPS/SVG vector submissions, or is it only a recommended artboard size? If a vector has an artboard of 4 MP and the Contributor portal accepts the upload, can it still pass Adobe Stock’s technical and quality review? If Adobe accepts a 4 MP vector, does the smaller artboard/resolution have any negative effect on the asset’s search ranking, visibility, impressions, or chances of receiving downloads compared with an otherwise identical 15–16 MP vector? Does Adobe Stock’s search algorithm take the vector’s artboard resolution into account when determining ranking or sear

I was working on a project, all went good up to 2 min of creation, after that while dragging the clips only video is present on the timeline, do not show any audio fie, but working fine on source panel.

Can't download the beta for the version of Adobe premiere for Android

Photoshop is suddenly now forcing Content Credentials on ALL my exports, regardless or whether or not any AI was used, and regardless of whether or not Content Credentials (Beta) is enabled. See attached screenshots. Additionally, it’s saying the export used Adobe Firefly specifically. Not any other AI model. So it’s basically branding every export with Adobe Firefly, regardless of reality.

Hello,I have a legitimate perpetual license for Adobe Acrobat XI Pro, and I am having a problem activating it after replacing my computer.I have used this same license on different computers over the years, and each time I changed computers I used Help → Deactivate before uninstalling Acrobat or resetting the computer. The sequence was: Acrobat XI Pro was originally installed and activated on an older PC. Before performing a factory reset of that computer, I used Help → Deactivate. I then installed Acrobat XI Pro on my next laptop. I recently replaced that laptop. Again, before uninstalling Acrobat XI Pro, I used Help → Deactivate. After deactivation, I uninstalled Acrobat from that laptop. I then installed Acrobat XI Pro on my new computer using my original serial number. On the new computer, Acrobat accepts the serial number but displays the following message:“The serial number is already in use by the maximum allowed computers. You need to deactivate another computer within 27 da

I’m stuck on this screen. I’ve used adobe on this computer before but it was acting strange so I uninstalled. I was receiving errors on the traditional uninstall saying “class not registered” so I used the uninstaller application.  Anyway, I’m not seeing any prompt to input a password. This is the admin account and there are no other users on the computer.

My free trail ended a couple of days ago and I was charged around $45 for a month of service. I cancelled my account today and received an email stating that my services would also end today. However, I’ve already been charged, so I would either like my services for the next 30 days or a refund. Please assist. Thank you!

Yes, I looked in the previous questions and there is no workaround provided even though Adobe marked the question as answered. I need to fill out the W-9 and the date section is not fillable. When I sign all it adds is my signature without a date and there does not seem to be any "Type" tool that will allow me to add a date to the date section. So how do I get a date on there? This is ridiculous. Ive now spent 30 minutes trying to add a date to the damn form supplied by the IRS. WHY? WHY? WHY? Can someone at least suggest some other software that will allow me to fill, sign and DATE the forms supplied by IRS?

I used to be able to right click on an image in Adobe Stock to download a comp image which had the image number in the filename. Now, I am unable to even click and download a comp image. How can we do this with the new AI Studio window that comes up when I click on an image now?

I have not had luck at all lately with my work IT solving this issue. I'm just going to take this matter into my own hands. All of my assests for my file are on my internal E drive, and any time i click stop. it just goes to save it like normal. this pop up occasionally freezes my Ai.  I just want this fixed. Below are just screenshots of what has happened

Hello, Ive received a few email about consolidating our two individual licenses to one teams plan license. His email, links appear to be legit but there is something strange about our email conversation. He is not answering my questions im asking and is not providing me with the documentation im asking for. He just asks if I want to proceed. Which makes me believe something is not quite right.   His footer has Amit Sharma Customer Success Account Manager in it with the Adobe logo, San Jose Address etc. Is this a phishing email or just a bad sales rep? [personal information removed by moderator]

Dear Adobe Support Team,I lost my phone last year and am trying to get back files scanned by Adobe Scan. Somehow they are all lost and I could not find them anymore. I suppose they should be stored on Adobe cloudI have been using Adobe Scan since 2023 and there were a lot of files scanned, but I only see recent files now.  1. Please help check if they are still on Adobe Cloud for files from 2023 - 2025, they are really important to me.2. Please also check the creation date of my account. I could not find it.Thank you. I have a file of 50+pages that I want to copy some whole pages from this file to a new blank file. Do not suggest extract, because I may require copying and pasting from multiple files into a blank file. I have the option to copy, but no option to paste. Is this feature not included in my version of Acrobat Pro?

I’m working on a before-and-after image for a website and want both images to look clean, balanced, and visually professional. I’d like to keep the original photos natural while making the comparison easy to understand.Would you recommend using a split layout, slider-style effect, or another technique? And are there any Photoshop tools or workflow tips you’d suggest for getting the best result?

Did you know you can use After Effects expressions to dynamically rewrite your mask shapes on the fly? In this tutorial, I'll show you a cool experssion (createPath) which lets you use code (and maths) to draw masks and paths! This means we can set a starting point, give it a length and AE will create a line for us.I came up with this because I was tired of trying to move or adjust path points. This way, I just use a point control and a slider and I'm done. But then, thanks to laziness, I also added code to have the line draw based on the layer's in-point, so I don't even have to add keyframes. All bundled up into a preset.

Hi,when I launch Adobe Acrobat Standard, the application opens and is responsive for a few seconds. It then freezes completely and remains unresponsive for approximately 3-4 minutes, after which it unfreezes on its own and works normally for the rest of the session. How can I resolve this issue? The problem occurs both when I simply open the program without any specific PDF and when I open a random PDF, the behavior is always the same.Thank youAndrea

Hi @Tarun Saini @Rose DV @Amitej S I am facing an issue while trying to claim the LinkedIn 3-month free trial benefit provided through Adobe membership benefits. I am an Adobe Express Member.  When I try to redeem it, I get the following error message:“You are not eligible for this promotion. This promotion is limited to eligible LinkedIn users and is available only in select regions.” The thing is, I have never used LinkedIn Premium before since creating my account, so I'm confused about why I'm being marked as ineligible.  To help troubleshoot, I can confirm the following details:  Creative Cloud / Express Plan: I am an Adobe Express Premium Member.Prior LinkedIn Trials: I have never previously redeemed any free LinkedIn Premium trial.  Prior Paid Premium Status: I have never been a paid LinkedIn Premium member.  Troubleshooting Already Done: I have already tried clearing my browser cache/cookies, trying different web browsers, and using a completely fresh Incognito window, but the
