I got charged on my credit card and I don’t have any active subscription how can I get refund and understand how to stop the payment?

Hi,try the free trial before but I forgot to cancel it, then I need to pay but I didn’t have money to. I can’t even cancel the plan. Once I have money it’s directly deduct from my bank. Once I pay, it can be cancelled, but need to pay cancellation fee. It’s all started with me accidentally forget to cancel free trial, why can’t I just cancel the plan? (If the issue is I need to pay because already start the plan, then just at least let me cancel and then pay that month bill only.

I upgraded my private license to a commercial license via the custumer support. Now I‘m being charged for both and the contact at Adobe does‘t respond. What‘s wrong?

I have an Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription. I expect to be charged $31.99 for that. I however, see another deduction for $14.29. Is it possible that Adobe treat me as two different people, and recognise that I am the same person that they are billing twice? The lower rate may be from when I was a student. Please assist?

I've had the Behance Pro Annual Subscription for 1 year and want to cancel but when i try to cancel on the Adobe website it keeps giving me an error message.. How do I cancel?

I took the 7 day free subscription and cancelled on the following day. After 7 days, there was a deduction of R388 on my account even though I cancelled the subscription on time. What could be the problem and when will I get back my money?

I created a library and I am trying to share it with my team. When my team clicks the link or if I try to view my library on the web, it leads me to a page that says "Error 404: Asset not found." How do I get this library to show up and be sharable? The same issue happens when I try this using Ps, Id, and Ai.

I am porting a document from MS Word 13 into a PDF. I converted it to PDF from Word and am running Acrobat Pro. I need the document to be 508 compliant but when I run "Full Check" on the "Accessibility" panel, it flags the document with a "Color Contrast" error. The document is only one page, using 11 point Arial solid black text (r,g,b = 0,0,0) on a plain white background with no graphics. I tried correcting the issues by playing with the settings under "Edit > Preferences > Document Colors Options". The error still will not clear. Any suggestions?

Hi Adobe Team,As someone with years of experience using Photoshop and Illustrator, I find it frustrating that InDesign lacks certain standard mouse features found in these programs. This inconsistency creates unnecessary friction and makes the workflow less intuitive.Zooming with the Scroll Wheel: In InDesign, zooming requires holding the Alt (Windows) or Option (Mac) key while scrolling. This extra step is not required in other Adobe programs and adds an unnecessary layer to memorization and workflow. Direct zooming with the scroll wheel would align InDesign with industry standards and significantly improve usability.Middle Mouse Button for the Hand Tool: Many design programs allow users to pan by clicking and holding the middle mouse button (scroll wheel). In InDesign, this functionality is missing, forcing reliance on the Spacebar. Adding support for the middle mouse button to pan would make navigation faster and more intuitive. These features are essential for a seamless user experi

Hey Everyone, I am reaching out to you with a question regarding data privacy concerns related to the use of the transcription tool in Adobe Premiere Pro. We utilize Adobe Premiere Pro in our university hospital to edit recorded (audio) interviews with educators. These interviews contain sensitive patient data as well as instructional information that must not, under any circumstances, be stored on external servers. Therefore, we want to ensure that the transcriptions created with Adobe Premiere Pro are exclusively stored locally on our computers and not transmitted over the internet. Can you confirm for us that Adobe Premiere Pro's transcription tool does not send transcription data over the internet or store it on external servers unless explicitly enabled by the user? We place great importance on safeguarding sensitive information and aim to ensure compliance with all data privacy regulations while utilizing your products. We appreciate your assistance and feedback on

Hello I was about to post, and thanks to chat gpt I've had a working solution. Just posting so users can find the solution for themselves later on Script is on second post 🙂 Cheers pals! This script will rename the artboards in the active document by using the name of the document and adding a suffix number. The suffix number will have a fixed width of 2 digits and be zero-padded if necessary. For example, if the document name is "Myfilename.ai", the first artboard will be renamed to "Myfilename 01", the second artboard to "Myfilename 02", and so on.

I subscribed to Firefly Pro (approx. €22) a few months ago; back then, it was possible to use Firefly models to create images that closely matched the description (keywords) entered in the prompt—for example, an image of St. Stephen's Cathedral. Now, however, when I enter keywords like "St. Stephen's Cathedral at St. Stephen's Square, view of the entire cathedral." The Firefly models display churches that do not actually correspond to St. Stephen's Cathedral. The Gemini 3.1 (Nano Banana 2) model renders a more realistic depiction of St. Stephen's Cathedral. Why is that so? That must be a mistake in the Firefly models. Please help me.

Hi, when clicking on the Envelope icon in Acrobat, there used to be a window offering two options: as an attachment via my standard mail-app, or as link to a cloud version. Since yesterday that window is shown all blanc for less than a second, then after some moments of hesitation (no chance to chose anything, thus) an eMail with a link is generated without further confirmation. How can I get „Send as attachment“ back? (btw, as mentioned by others before: I’d love to be able to set this behaviour once forever, and not having to confirm every single time again.)Acrobat 2023.001.20143 on Mac OS 10.15.7, standard mail app: Apple Mail
