how to get clips from a 7 min video on adobe premiere pro without losing the video that is imported to make a min reel

I'm trying to follow the 'Top 10 Skills Editors Want to Master in After Effects' course, but the download for the project files don't work. I've tried to download them many times and in many different ways, but the download keeps getting corrupted. Only I read that multiple people have this problem.Does anyone have a different link for the project files or can the download please be updated?

I’m working in Premiere 2026.3.2 and (for my job) 2026.0.2.Create Text with the Text Tool.Select the Text Box in the sequence.Go up to the “Graphics and Titles” pull-down menu.Select “Upgrade to Source Graphic”. A “Graphic” element is now in your Bin.Drag the Graphic element to the sequence and edit it. All good, Drag another and you can’t edit that one. The clip selection jumps back to the first instance you used to create the Source Graphic.I understand this if you are using the Source Graphic multiple times in a sequence for a Lower Third. If you need a different Source Graphic to ID another person, you can duplicate the one in the bin, bring it into the sequence and update that without affecting the others. Here is where it gets a little weird for me.Delete the first instance in the sequence and the second instance becomes editable. Drag the Source Graphic to the sequence again and it is not editable. Clip selection jumps back to the second instance and so on. This seems very counte

Does anyone know how to record a teams meeting without it picking your outside audio? I am on the phone with them but we are seemingly just going in circles. I will share an update if there is one. I just want it to record the audio from the meeting, not me (I am a producer).

Hi,I’m a bit confused about wether or not there’s a new feature enabling Cloud-Rendering via frame.io.There’s already some information on helpx.adobe.com:https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere/desktop/collaborate-with-others/share-for-review-using-frame-io/cloud-rendering-with-frameio.htmlhttps://helpx.adobe.com/premiere/desktop/collaborate-with-others/share-for-review-using-frame-io/set-up-cloud-rendering.htmlOn the second link the site states that you just need to use the beta version of premiere, but there’s no valid feature unlock code provided for me to be able to unlock the feature?I don’t get it, is the feature yet to come and the help-site treats it as already done? Thanks!

Hey guys! I am a real estate media company owner, and I have some questions. For stacking photos, is there a plugin or anything I can do to make the stacking feature better? I need to only stack 5 photos (As I do 5 bracketed photos) and turn them to HDR. The issue with capture time and auto stack both is it always creates groups of 4 or up to 10, and then blurs or doesn’t give me full HDR range. As you can see in my screenshot it also leaves the brightest exposure(which I need) out sometimes

Dear Adobe Support,I never expected I would have to resort to a public messaging board just to reach someone capable of resolving this issue. At the beginning of 2026, I cancelled my Photoshop subscription. Somehow, I was then enrolled in and charged €36/month for an AI Assistant service that I NEVER requested, approved, or used. To make matters worse, I later discovered charges totaling €145 had been taken from my account over several months WITHOUT any billing notification or warning emails. Frankly, this level of billing transparency is unacceptable.I am a student, and losing hundreds of euros over a service I never signed up for is extremely frustrating. I would like a full refund for all unauthorized charges.I look forward to a prompt resolution.Regards

Hi there, I udated recently my mac to Tahoe 26.5, and had issues with premier. I had to delete all the apps and instal them again. Still, when I opened one of my projects, one of the images ‘ image strip with extension tiff’, does not show on the timeline, instead I have a red bar. I already rendered in and out and deleted the files, but it did not solve the issue. Any tip? Many thanks

I recently had an update to Acrobat Reader through the automated update program.  Without my knowledge, permission, or warning, the update installed the Microsoft Bing Rewards extension into my Chrome browser. Why was this part of an automated update? If I wanted to use Bing search on my computer, I would use Edge instead of Chrome.  Personally, I have a real problem with this because this software is supposedly trustworthy and it pulled a stunt like this.  Remember folks, this is MY computer and I will have the final say of what runs and does not run on it.

I've spun up an AUSST server on an Intel Mac.How are ya'll scheduling your incremental runs? I am getting clobbered with scheduling the incremental runs. I can use the AdobeUpdateServerSetupTool tool successfully day in and day out with fresh and incremental runs manually executed with Terminal.app. It just works. Clients update against it perfectly too.However, I am running into a problem when trying to schedule the incremental runs with a LaunchDaemon, crontab or Lingon. I get the following error:7/29/26 21:36:18:766 | [INFO] | | AAMEE | Utilities | AUSST | | | 1087475 | 0 | ************************* START Adobe Update Server Setup *************************07/29/26 21:36:18:766 | [INFO] | | AAMEE | Utilities | AUSST | | | 1087475 | 0 | Adobe Update Server Setup Version: 6.3.0.107/29/26 21:36:18:766 | [INFO] | | AAMEE | Utilities | AUSST | | | 1087475 | 0 | Rootpath = /Volumes/MAMP-Sites/ausst.pretendco/AUSST07/29/26 21:36:18:766 | [INFO] | | AAMEE | Utilities | AUSST | |

Espero que resolvam, pois cancelei antes do prazo de 7 dias e estão me cobrando no cartão.

Hi everyone,I came across a website selling Adobe Acrobat Pro with a so-called lifetime license for just €39.99. As far as I know, Adobe only offers Acrobat Pro through a subscription model, so this seems highly suspicious. Here’s a screenshot of the listing: (Attach the image you uploaded)And here’s the link to the product page: https://softkeyss.it/products/adobe-acrobat-pro-2022/The website looks professional, and many people have already purchased from it, leaving positive reviews. However, I also found reviews stating that after some time, the product needs to be reactivated, which suggests it might not be a legitimate license. Can anyone confirm whether this is a scam? If Adobe only sells Acrobat Pro via subscription, then this website is misleading customers by claiming to offer a perpetual license when it doesn’t exist. Thanks!

I’m having trouble moving the mask to the original photo it’s supposed to be on. I’m using my iPhone and I have two layers: the original photo and the edited photo I used to create the mask. I need to move the mask from the edited photo layer to the original photo layer so I can mask the original instead. I’ve done it before, but I can’t remember how I did it.

I need to cancel my free trial for FIREFLY. Please help

I have the Abode PDF pack and I have a file that I want to insert or delete pages. I have a 35 page document and when I go to Organize on the tool menu, all of the pages are not visible.  I’ve zoomed out as much as possible but it only shows three rows of pages.  There is no scroll bar and I can’t find anyway to navigate to the pages that I can’t see.

Hello, I've been using the smooth tool quick key ALT(OPTION)+N since the tool came out. I got a new computer with the same version of Illustrator as my other computer and now the quick key I was using is to make a straight line for the pencil. Is there any way to fix this??? I tried updating the shortcode but it says Option/alt can't be used as a shortcode. Thanks for your helpFelicia

FrameMaker 2022I’m applying two conditional text tags to step 1 in a list of 5 steps. If I include the paragraph tag at the end of the step, then steps 2-5 turn into steps 10-13 (because the previous page ended with step 9 for a different set of steps/procedure). If I do not include the paragraph tag, then the text disappears but the #1 remains. What am I doing wrong?

I am trying to create a sheet of faux postage (a/k/a postoids) using Photoshop. Each row of stamps will feature a different image (which I am doing using Smart Objects). Currently there are two sets of text on each stamp; I’d like to make three eventually. The text will be the same across the entire sheet of stamps. It will change from time to time. In the attached example, it says Holiday Post, and 45 cents. I would like to be able to change that to, say, Autumn Post, and $1.   What is the simplest way I can set this up so that when I change the text on one stamp, it will change on all the stamps? I’ve been trying different ways and haven’t come up with anything that really works yet.  Open to suggestions!  I’ve just started to use Smart Objects (thought I should mention that). Thank you!

When using the recolor tool, regardless of which swatch group I choose, it is not finding a close match, it is changing the colors to greyscale.  The document is CMYK color mode. This started doing this after the most recent update.

auf meinen Konto (info@bpr23.ch) sehe ich die Lieznze aber keinen aktivierten Geräte, bitte sende sie mir eine neue Seriennummer, die die Prüfung nicht mehr macht.

i've recently migrated from an Intel mac to an M3. I'm running LrC version 13.1; Sonoma 14.1.1Photoshop, Bridge, Indesign all work perfectly. LrC crashes immediately on startup - the splash screen appears for a moment then it vanishes. i've read through some older threads and here's what I've tried so far:- uninstalled and reinstalled LrC multiple times (including older versions) and rebooted- checked read/write permissions for Adobe log file (fine)- deleted LrC preferences (option/shift when starting the application)- disabled literally ALL login items and restarted - makes no difference- deleted all of LRC's library filesHowever ... I've also created a new user and tried starting LrC from that account - and it starts up just fine. clearly there's an issue with my account, but i'm at a loss as to what it might be. i've sent error reports to Adobe, so there should be some logged somewhere under my email address tia 🙂Genie

I sent a lot of documents yesterday via Adobe Sign web version, then it just stopped working. “Sorry, something went wrong.”Same error message this morning. I tried the desktop version of Acrobat to send for signature and got this message: “you have reached the limit on the number agreements you can send at this time. Please try again in 32 minutes.”I’ve been using Adobe Sign for years. This is the first time I’ve ever reached a limit. How can we bypass this issue?

If a new user did not receive an email to setup their Acrobat Pro DC subscription account, can we re-send it to them? I don't see that as an option. Or is there a link they can go to and set it up without the email?
