I created a new subscription and my account got falsely flagged for fraud (no reason given, I just got an email that my subscription has been cancelled 3 days after I created it). I received the following email:---“We are reaching out to notify you that our fraud prevention specialists detected fraudulent behavior concerning your Creative Cloud Pro subscription. As a result, your subscription has been cancelled and you will no longer be able to access the included Adobe apps and services. For more information, please contact our dedicated customer support line at 866-493-4991.Sincerely,The Adobe Genuine Team”--- When I called the number it simply says “We’re looking for your information” and then promptly, “Thank you for using Adobe, goodbye.”I’ve re-subscribed because I need to work, but now I’ve paid twice for the subscription fee and I’m not sure if I’m just going to get locked out in a few days! I have no idea why my subscription got flagged for fraud in the first place, and want a

Please reply to my question

Please describe the exact preference in Adobe Acrobat Pro that permanently disables the Home Screen feature. Please don't send a pointless link to directions that don't solve my problem. Tell me exactly how to disable this pointless and annoying feature.

Trying to generate “3D wool” images from original photographs. Once in Firefly and “Cartoonize” selected, the loading page changes from one session to the next. Most of the time, the “Generate” text prompt is present. At other times, there are simple style buttons shown (without showing the text prompt that is used to generate the style). I would prefer to use the style buttons. What do i need to do differently to get them every time?

FF rejected my prompt saying “"Including artist names in your prompt does not meet our user guidelines". Why?

I’ve noticed that occasionally Firefly fails while generating an image, but the generative credits still seem to be deducted. It’s a little frustrating when nothing is actually generated.Has anyone else noticed this recently? If a generation fails because of an error, do the credits normally get restored automatically, or do you need to contact Adobe support?Just wondering how this is supposed to work.

Every time we use credits to generate any content, where can we see the list of history of usage of credits, so that we can have idea and look up.

I have a client asking me to replicate this effect done via capcut:https://www.seetiktok.com/@marinamoraescontent/video/7330741758122380549 Premiere Pro already does this for internal UI functionality which I love: But I want to know if there's a way now to finally do this, instead of using AE or expensive tools. EDIT: Between paid tools Submachine and Captioneer, Captioneer seems to work best

I'm asking because I want to use a change to one line of subtitles for the caption.

On macOS Tahoe 26.6.1, Premiere Pro 26.3.2 pauses for around one second every time it regains focus after switching to another app or window. The macOS spinning beachball appears, then Premiere works normally. This also occurs in the Project Browser without an active project. Hardware: 14-inch MacBook Pro, M3 Pro.Screen Recording

I am using Captioneer in Premiere Pro. When I go to package the file and then I open the packaged project, I get greeted with “The project could not be loaded, it may be damaged or contain outdated elements.”How do I fix this? Thanks

Hi everyone, I’ve run into an issue with my workflow and would appreciate some advice.I created proxies from my original footage in Premiere using H.264 encoding, and then I tried to work with them in DaVinci Resolve for color grading/editing.However, when I attempted to relink the proxies to the original media, Resolve gives the following error:“Frame rate and timecode do not match”I’m wondering:Is this a mistake on my end during export or relinking? Or does DaVinci Resolve not support relinking H.264 proxies to original media? If anyone has experience with this or a workaround, I’d really appreciate your input!

Hello everyone, I have a problem on a premiere pro project. I got the rushes from a colleague who filmed with a OnePlus 12 phone in 1080p at 30 fps. When I view the rushes on Windows on VLC everything is ok. On the other hand, when I play the rushes on premiere pro, I get jerks: on the preview, on the timeline and even when I try to export. The sequence is set according to the characteristics of the rushes. I've never had this problem before. Thanks to anyone who can help me.

Why do transactions take out my money? I don’t know about any adobe account

Hi everybody, I was surprised seeing that Adobe Reader DC is showing the "title" of a PDF in the top bar (above the menu). But actually, nobody is using this functionality when creating PDFs out of Word for instance. (Used Version: 2019.10.20069)How can I change it back in Adobe Reader DC to just see the "filename" of the currently opened document? Thanks, guys, for your thoughts and helpCheers, Chris

Very dissapointed in the new premiere pro handling of graphics. I’ve been a premiere user off and on since 2008 and this is the absolute worst time I have had placing end credit roles. There are no solutions from what I can tell other than to build the role in a third party app and attach it as a video file. Why am I paying for this service and not just cutting in iMovie at this point. Extremely frustrating.

After the last update of the application, the following pop-up appears every time after launching:  How can I stop it?Thanks in advance.

Hi everyone,I am a long-standing Adobe Stock contributor. Unfortunately, I have permanently lost access to the Google account associated with my contributor profile and am completely locked out of my account.Following the official guidelines, I sent a detailed email to contributor-support@adobe.com exactly 14 days ago (on August 14th) requesting an email transfer. However, I have not received a response yet, nor did I receive an automated ticket confirmation.I understand the support team is busy, but I am very anxious about my portfolio and earnings. I have all necessary verification details ready to privately provide to Adobe staff (including my National ID, registered billing address, and details of my linked Payoneer payout account).Could any of the Community Experts or Adobe Staff members please assist me, check if my email was received, or help escalate this request?Thank you so much for your time and kind support❗

Please make sure you enter your Adobe ID password.”However, the credentials are definitely correct.I can successfully log in to: Adobe’s website using the same Adobe ID and password Behance directly using the same Adobe ID and password So the problem only occurs when trying to switch the Adobe ID from within an existing Behance account.I also checked the request in Chrome Developer Tools.
