The option to maximize compatiblity for HDR photos (jxl and avif as far as I have tried) keeps turning on on its own, even when the option is unchecked. I sometimes have to check and uncheck it for the photos that are exported to not have this option (I checked the output files multiple times). I don't exactly know when it's unchecked and when it's checked just from the menu, and it's hard to tell when it switches.

Hi everyone!I’m looking for ways to streamline Code Offers management in Adobe Target by integrating it with a Git repository (like GitHub/GitLab) and using VS Code for local development.Goal:Edit offers locally in VS Code → sync changes to Adobe Target automatically (or via CI/CD).Questions:Does Adobe support Git-based workflows for Code Offers? (e.g., a repo or API to push changes)Are there official/recommended methods to automate this process? If you’ve solved this or have ideas, I’d love your insights! Thanks in advance.

Students typically have little funds and need subsidized plans to access creative tools for school. This abrupt price hike may make Creative Cloud unaffordable for many, hindering learning and professional advancement. Adobe appears to be exploiting students' dependence on their platform for profit rather than education.

Lightrrom Classic failed to export due to "watermarking failed". This happened over this weekend, and it had been working fine. My Lightroom is up to date, and I have found the preset in the preference. I have tried to export with watermark on my other computer and it works. I would like to know happened  and how to fix it. I have two iMacs, one has this problem, the other works fine. The two iMacs are independent to each other. Thanks for the help.   {Moved from Lightroom Cloud to Lightroom Classic Forum by Moderator}

Hello there, it's my first time trying After Effects and I was trying to work my way around it. I managed to create some simple animations and it worked okay, but out of the blue, when I create shapes, I don't have the values on the right side, it only appears the pick the whip and it won't let me animate or do anything and I don't understand why I don't have any values when I create the shapes anymore, can you please help me out?

I'm using a new version of Adobe Acrobat Pro. When I add a text box or plain text comment, I cannot move or resize the comment or frame. The comments are not shown as locked in the properties menu. This also applies to shapes (I often use rectangles to box text that needs to be edited). Does anyone have any tips for fixing this?

Hi, I'm having trouble figuring out why the burgundy stroke is showing on the top of the original text, whereas the pink stroke is angled to be to the bottom left of the original text. The burgundy stroke is duplicated from the pink stroke. I've shown the transform tabs for both strokes in the attachments. Thank you for any help!

I read this thread earlier today (Solved: Re: Adobe Reader 2024 classic track? - Adobe Community - 14880375) and I'm still a bit confused on what enterprise admins are expected to switch to once Acrobat Reader 2020 reaches end of life in November according to Products and technical support periods (it was June 2025, but appears to have been extended to November). There is no documentation that I've found on installing Acrobat Pro unified installer in this mysterious "reader mode" mentioned by your employees.Currently, we deploy the 2020 class track using the standalone Reader installer found here - Acrobat 2020 Release (Classic Track base release) — Acrobat-Acrobat Reader Release NotesNotice at the link above that there are separate MUI installers for both Acrobat and Reader...There now appears to be a 2024 version of the classic track available. However, it seems you've dropped the year from the branding and now it's just called "Acrobat Classic", rather than the expect

I was editing a pdf and after saving it it no longer lets me edit the fields that I have to fill in.It's also cutting off my text so I can't see what I have written.I think I was doing it within Firefox at the time. Any ideas how I can make it editable and recover the missing text?

Hello,Adobe Acrobat forced text recognition.I don't want it at all. It ruins my work.How can I turn it off completely?I do not want it at all.It's impossible to do anything.Could somebody help me, please?

Hello, community.  I use three PCs on a daily basis: a personal laptop, a personal desktop, and a work laptop. I use Adobe CC on my personal laptop and desktop, and my work laptop is primarily for email—which includes viewing PDFs using Acrobat Reader.  When I first set up my work laptop, Adobe Reader prompted me to log into my Adobe account, which I did absentmindedly. It then detected my subscription and offered to upgrade my copy of Acrobat Reader to a full version of Acrobat. I knew I was only allowed to install CC on two computers, but I went ahead with this, hoping perhaps I could move just my Acrobat license to my work PC and keep using the other CC apps on my personal PCs. And if not, surely the upgrade was reversible, right? Turns out, no, I can only use Acrobat on my work PC if I log out of all Adobe apps on one of my other PCs. Fair enough. I was able to log out of my Adobe account and create a new account with no subscription—but the app itself

I'm having an issue with the Shape Builder tool where – no matter what I do, subtracting leaves a faint "stroke" from the object that lies "behind" the merged object. To illustrate this I added a cyan rectangle behind the object which was created with the Shape Builder tool by overlapping a cyan rectangle over the red rectangle and then subtracting the cyan segment. These objects had no stroke and were pure solids. Despite this, I tried expanding the objects and expanding appearance beforehand but nothing seems to work and the faint non-stroke appears anyway. As it is, I can't really use the shape builder tool for anything. Any assistance is greatly appreciated!

Hi,I have noticed lately that after closing all documents (⌘-w), Acrobat Reader X stays open. There is a switch in preferences for "Show home screen when all documents are closed" which I have unchecked. Now the application just stays open in the App Launcher. How do I get Acrobat X to quit when I close the last open document. I understand ⌘-q quits, but I prefer to not use that as it will close all documents.Thanks,Nachum

TL;DR - I currently use an (extortionarley priced) 3rd party content scheduling and publishing platform, and am looking to see if I can sufficiently replace this with Express. I am looking to start using Express for my social media content creation, plannign and publishing, however I am unclear to the maximum number of social media channels I can connect, and also how to group or organise them. I am looking to connect a total of 10 accounts, across Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram - I manage social media for myself and a couple of clients and a community group as such: My business - Facebook, LinkedIn & InstagramClient 1 - Facebook & LinkedInClient 2 - Facebook, LinkedIn & InstagramCommunity Group - Facebook & LinkedIn Looking at social media connections, Express only seems to allow a maximum of 3 accounts per platform; meaning one of the above I have to organise elsewhere, (I can't just drop one). Am I reading this right, or can I set up separa

Hello,we have a legal-administrative workflow where:A PDF decision is generated and digitally signed (QES) by the head of department.After the legal deadline (e.g. appeal period), an apostille page (legal force confirmation) is added and signed by a second person.We understand that modifying a signed PDF normally invalidates the original signature. This is what happens when we try to add a new page using tools like Aspose or standard PDF editors.However, we have an official document that behaves differently:It has two valid digital signatures.The second signature (apostille) was added 14 days after the first.A new page (the apostille page) is clearly appended after the original document.Adobe Acrobat shows this as two revisions, and both signatures remain valid.Our question is: How is this kind of document technically created?Is there a specific process in Adobe Acrobat Pro, or through Adobe SDK/API, that allows you to append content in a way that creates a new revision (preserving the

I find Adobe Firefly really helpful; Adobe generative AI in terms of the options it gives me in realms I need not delineate here for this readership, features I really wouldn't want to live without. YET, YET??? There is one glaringly obvious fault with both Firefly and Adobe Generative AI which I find, frankly - amazing to think that Adobe is being so stupid - as well as throwing away an incredible potential source of revenue - by not addressing the issue. Specifically. WHAT is so hard about making it so that if we generate something we want as a final version of something? Why can't you offer us the option to have it generated at a resolution equal to what we started with or what we say we desire? IF we are willing to pay for the pleasure, the service coin of the realm, filthy lucre - pieces of silver????Unfortunately, Adobe - by virtue of this failing - has forced me to seek others for AI art generations because it is just too much trouble to have to jerry rig images all th

Hi everyone, I’m hoping someone here can help me out because I’ve been running into some issues with my Adobe subscription. I’m currently on the Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB plan, which normally costs KD 15.000 a month. But my latest invoice shows I was charged KD 16.300, and I have no idea why. I tried reaching out to Adobe’s customer support to get an explanation, but I just can’t seem to get through to anyone.After looking into it more, I think the price increase might be because my subscription renewed. The thing is, I didn’t get any email about the renewal, and I couldn’t find an option to turn off auto-renewal in my account.I was actually planning to cancel my subscription after a year of payments, but when I tried, I was hit with a cancellation fee of around KD 89.650. That just feels ridiculous to me.So here’s where I need help: Is there any way to get a refund for the overcharge on my last invoice?Can I cancel my subscription without having to pay such a huge p
