Solved

So I get notified by email today that Adobe is raising rates by 50% next month. 50%! I'm sorry, actually I'm not, but let me just say that a company that is so greedy that they raise their rates by 50% one even by the worst case scenario inflation is well under 5% just shows pure, unadulterated greed. Anyway, I'm gone. Cancel my subscription. It is not 2000, there are so many excellent alternatives out there, both paid and open source. Not only am I leaving the Photoshop ecosystem, I am leaving the entire Adobe ecosystem. I even removed Acrobat. I'm sure I won't be alone, the problem is a lot of people won't even see the email and they won't even care. But one of these days enough people will care and someone at Adobe will wake up and realise that they aren't the only fish in the sea anymore. Good bye. Next

I've got an indesign document with 131 pages (front side of postcards). I need to add the back side of the postcard (Master) to every other page. I don't want to manually do this due to the time and that I will need to do this again and again. Does anyone have a script that will allow for an insertion of even blank pages on the even number pages and then I can apply the master page to all blank pages?  Anything will help. Thank you!!

I am rendering a 1 minute credit scroll with an mp4 of bloopers next to it in AE2025 v25.3.2 (build 2). See image attached. This should not take more than a couple minutes. Why is it taking 4½ hours? It was going so slowly I cancelled and used AME instead, but am getting the same render time. I am on Windows 10 with 32GB RAM, i9 11900KF processor @ 3.5GHz with a 12GB NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080Ti card (it's an Alienware system). I don't recall such bizarrely slow render times in the past, especially for such a simple comp.

Hi yall,I'd like to make the black stroke look like the screenshotted stroke in blue underneath. The difference is subtle, but the internal corners are softer and the line weight varies slightly around the letter, not sure how to achieve this??Not sure if its done as a stroke or after expanding, but I've tried Distort/Roughen and different brushes and its not looking right, any help appreciated thanks!!

Dear Adobe Support Team, I’m reaching out regarding a recent subscription charge for an Adobe service (likely Adobe Scan or Acrobat) made through the Google Play Store. I initially signed up for a free trial but unfortunately forgot to cancel before the billing date. I’ve contacted Google Play Support to request a refund, but they informed me that since the service is managed by Adobe, I need to request the refund directly from your side. Details of the transaction: [Moderator:- Removed personal information] I have not used the premium service after being charged, and the subscription has now been canceled. I kindly ask that you review this case and assist with the refund process. Thank you very much for your support.Best regards,

I want to reuse the rwJSON() function, but I don't know how to pass the name to "myJSON. n = v";For example, I want to write data with a field (name is myParStn, value is 20) to my.json, but I found that rwJSON(myPar, v) cannot be implemented. Here, n cannot be used as a parameter.It can be used as a field name on its own. rwJSON(myparStn,r); function rwJSON(n,v) { // read the json file's contents var myJSON = readFile(pathToMyJSONFile); if (!myJSON) return alert('Could not read JSON file.'); // parse as json myJSON = JSON.parse(myJSON); // input text; myJSON.n = v; var f = writeFile(pathToMyJSONFile, JSON.stringify(myJSON, undefined, '\t')); }

Can anyone help me pinpoint as to why I am continuing to receive this error across all my videos when I try to export them? I have been trying to wrap my head around this for almost a week now. From what I have gathered it's a memory or RAM issue but I find this hard to beleive as I am using a Legion laptop, AMD Ryzen 5 5600H with Radeon Graphics (3.3GHz), 32 GB RAM and 1 TB storage. I am using the latest version of Premiere Pro (Version 23.1) I want to provide as much detail as possible so i'm sorry if I go overboard! I am trying to export videos for my youtube channel of playing tabletop board games. I have 2 views (a front view and a top down view). I am using a Samsung galaxy 10se for the front view footage and a samsung galaxy S22 for the top view footage. I am wanting to have both views going at the same time. This is what it should look like   The top view being the main bulk of the screen and the front view smaller in the top corner. The

Hello,  I have a question about Premiere Pro 25.3. I can't change the settings in video rendering and playback, as I don't know if that means Premiere Pro can't read my GPU, or this version doesn't support the GPU, which is NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti? And how can I solve this problem?      Another question, if anybody can please explain exactly how Priemer Pro divides work between GPU and CPU? When I work on the timeline, the CPU is used at almost full percentage between 90% and 100%. I used CPU Intel Core i7 12700 KF 12th Gen, but I thought it was supposed to use the GPU while working in the timeline    Please, if anyone has a clear explanation, I actually need help.   [title edited by mod]

I  would like a refund for the Adobe Acrobat Reader subscription, please. It was the first time using the app, and I really believed it was a one time purchase and wasn't aware would be charged again. Google Play was not able to provide the assistance I was expecting or the refund, but I hope you will.

Hi folks, i have this problem for a while now. On my Windows 10 laptop with Wacom Intuos Pro, the Flow is to strong.20% emits color as it is 90%.1% is like it's 20%.Any idea how to fix this?

Hello, I have a problem with my Adobe account, when I want to go to manage account, I can't log in to my account and it says unable to load data and I don't know why and I hope you can help with the problem.

So as the title says, I completely forgot to cancel my two-month free trial and now I'm signed up to the yearly subscription with monthly pay. I didn't intend to sign up for the yearly subscription and would like to request a refund, but there's nothing helpful on Adobes website. I have not used the product since the subscription plan changed, so I'm hopeful to get my subscription cancelled with no fees. I'm currently not in a financial position to pay this much each month and might get me kicked out from my apartment if this issue will not be resolved. Sincerely Frederik

Hi, I'm trying to create a graphic of overlapping ribbons of varying widths. See attached files - I started with a thick black stroke and customised the stroke width along its length. Then I've added white strokes on top and used those to divide the black path (after expanding it), to end up with the coloured version.  Is there a better way to do this so that each individual ribbon is smoother? It's been challenging to get the curves to transition smoothly - see 'ribbons 3.jpg' attached for highlighted problem areas. I'd also like to add a shadow in the corners to give more depth to the graphic - any tips on that would also be appreciated!

I havent been able to cancel my subscriptions since re-installing my creative cloud due to security issues. I'm able to subscribe to new apps, but not able to unsubscribe to them. The Creative Cloud is already white listed in my network's firewall.

I often have to grab images from google images or other sites. It doesn't matter what type the image is, .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .webp, often the Adobe programs I use will tell me the images have "a broken header" or "is corrupted" or in the case of PNGs "isn't a real PNG" but will work perfectly fine in other similar programs like DaVinci Resolve or GIMP. It's not consistent and it's seemingly random, but I often have to repeatedly use image conversion websites to convert them to PNGs despite some of them already being PNGs. I use the normal method of saving the images (right click > save image as), is there a way to save the images that has a higher chance of working in Adobe apps that preserves quality and transparency in the case of PNGs?Also does anyone have any idea why the errors of broken images keeps happening?(I'm posting this to the Premiere Pro board because it's the adobe app I use the most)

When many tabs are open, some become hidden, making it difficult to drag and drop a layer into a hidden document. It would be helpful if Photoshop could automatically scroll through the tabs during a drag-and-drop action or provide another simple way to drop the layer onto a non-visible tab.

Dear Adobe Support, I am writing to request a refund for my Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB subscription. I recently cancelled my subscription, and I received a confirmation email stating that my service will end on 12-November-2024 (PT). The reason for this cancellation and the late payment is due to financial difficulties I am currently experiencing. I understand that if the payment had failed for a third time, the subscription would have been cancelled by Adobe. Given these circumstances, I am requesting a refund for the remaining 364 days of the subscription period. I understand that Adobe's policy may not typically allow refunds after 14 days, but I hope you can make an exception in this case. I have enjoyed using Adobe Creative Cloud, and I appreciate your understanding and assistance in this matter. Please let me know if there is any additional information you need from me to process this refund. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.&nb

I can't change my current plan (Photography Plan) or add any new apps to the existing one. My last annual payment was processed 3 months ago successfully yet the only option I have when going into "Manage Plan" is an option to cancel it. No options for changing or adding anything. Why? How to fix this?

Hi there, I have come to the understanding that I am not on top of my backing up of photos game. 😞 My phone got stolen & I have lost enourmouse amount of pictures taken over the last 2 years. Now in the recovery process I was hoping that my edited pictures would be attached to my light room account, I do have the paid subscription.  However after logging in, I discovered I was mistaken.  1)How does it work to back up file with light room, is there a way to access previous edited / uploaded content.  2)& then how is the best way to go about preserving pictures, I dont love the cloud - but are starting to feel like that's the only option ? All school hard drive backups, obviously only work when you religiously get to them. Hope you'll have some insight:) (Samsung user)

As shown in the screenshot attached I don't seem to have the scans documents which I scanned from my mobile adobe scans app, neither an accessibility to the cloud documents from Adobe Acrobat Pro DC home page.Note that:I have reinstalled the app and nothing changedlatest update installed from the CCboth the desktop app and mobile scan app are logged inI remember having this option before but not sure when it went missingI am running windows 10
