Hi, This is a new issue for me, I am editing a pdf. I want to change some Roman numerals but they become Arabic numerals. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, I've recently switched from a 27" 5K iMac to a 15" MacBook Pro with an external LG 4K display, which I'm using as my primary monitor. However I have noticed that when the zoom setting is at 100%, pages are not actual size on my 4K display like they were on my old iMac. If I move the InDesign window to my MacBook display, 100% is actual size, but on the external display it is not (a 210mm (w) page becomes ~180mm), ie. around 85.7% of actual size. I assume this is due to the difference in DPI between my built-in display and the external display, but can I resolve this issue? macOS 11.5.2 (20G95)InDesign 16.3.2

Hi there. I am running a macOS 10.15 (Catalina) and everything works fine with my adobe apps. However, after I restart the computer for once (no crash or anything, just a normal restart), I cannot use my acrobat pro DC anymore. It always prompt out "There was a RAISE without a handler. The application will now exit." and then I could do nothing. What's interesting is that if I open the acrobat pro DC and it won't crash and I can still do all the preferences stuff etc. The Error message only occurs when I actually open up a PDF file and start to scroll down the file (Weird enough). I've almost tried every single method I could find on the web, including: reinstall acrobat pro DC, log out and log in again, delete WebLink.acroplugin etc. and None is helpful.

I subscribed to the 7 day free trial, but somehow I got charged 15.99€ and subscribed to the monthly premium instead. I canceled in less than an hour's time, for I did not intend to pay nor subscribe to such service. I would greatly appreciated if I could get a full refund. Many thanks!

Hi All, i have a custom font made at GlyphterIt works fine for the most part in both InDesign and non-Adobe apps such as MS Word. Recently however i needed to make some changes to the glyphs in the glyph table and after updating the font in Windows 10, ensuring its correctly loaded and working correctly in MS apps, InDesign simply doesn't update the font. I can confirm the font works in InDesign, just the expected newly added glyphs are not displaying in InDesign. Instead InDesign has glyphs from a very old version of the same named custom font, indicating its using some kind of font cache and not the newly installed font in Win10. I am using the latest version of InDesign.I have already tried deleting system .DAT font caches found in the steps herebut still the problem persists. I have spoken with Adobe Support that are trying to tell me the issue is not an Adobe app issue (which it clearly is as i can verify the font works as expected in all No

Post: This is completely unacceptable. I signed up for a 7-day free trial of Adobe Scan, and without any proper warning, ₹1500 was deducted from my account on 11th July 2025 at exactly 3:48 PM. If this is your idea of a “free trial,” it’s nothing but a scam in disguise. I didn’t agree to be charged during the trial. I haven’t used any premium features and I’ve already canceled the subscription immediately after noticing the charge. But that doesn’t change the fact that Adobe took ₹1500 from me without consent. I don’t want your service. I don’t want this subscription. I want my money refunded immediately. If this isn’t resolved, I’ll uninstall every Adobe product, leave negative reviews from every account I have, and make sure others know how this “trial” trick works. Fix this. Fast. Let me know if you want a version for social media (like X/Twitter or Instagram story) too.          Tools&n

At some point I accidentally maximized my Open file dialog box, and now I'm unable to make is smaller.  The mouse changes to arrows on the edges, but I cannot adjust the size of the window. I am using Photoshop CS 6, Version 13. Yes, I know, old, not supported, ect. But it works well for what I use it for. I found a post about this same issue here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop-ecosystem-discussions/change-size-of-open-file-dialog-box-screen/td-p/14002705 Trouble is, on my version, there is no UXP in Common Files to rename as the solution suggests. Does anyone know of a way to fix this issue?

I have a piece of text. It has footnotes, but the footnotes are not properly linked to the main text.In other words, the footnotes and the main text are separate. They may be in the same text box, though.Perhaps I need to select a uniform footnote format. Now I need to link the footnotes to the main text.I can only enter footnotes manually. Can this be done automatically with a script?

Hi @rob day What a coincidence! I actually found this. I know you've done a lot of research in this area. Here it is:https://community.adobe.com/t5/indesign-discussions/resize-image-script/m-p/14141572#M544801 The original post you replied to already equi-scaled fits the layout(typearea?).Could you add a version that Image equi-scaled fit to the column width? When fit to  typearea, align X and Y to the upper left corner. When fit to column width, align X to the left and leave Y unchanged. Please forgive me for posting this separately, as I would like to add some new information. For example, determining whether the current selection is a text box or an image.Thank you very much. However, I found that the original post was not scaled. Its width fits the layout, and the frame fits the content. Actually, the cropped content should not be released. But it doesn't matter, as it is irrelevant to the initial layout. At least there is hope.

Can a simple Margin tool be implemented in illustrator, similar to the one that's always existed in InDesign? It's hard to believe it's 2025 and still one needs to follow a long list of hacks like creating rectangles and converting them to guides to have simple margins.I know some will reply "that's not what illustrator is for" but please - Having to go to InDesign after you finish your vector work is an absolute hassle. Sometimes you just want to create a flyer in illustrator because the interface is less clunky and more flexible, as well as you can edit everything and have tons more freedom with typography. Please cut it out with clunky AI nonsense and simply give us Margins!Thank you.

Hi all,I have recently came across an annoying error. I have somehow switched on a setting which alters the "Shift + X" setting in my Indesign. When typying and pressing "x" nothing appears but my text fill automatically switches to red. the rest of the letters continue as normal. When pressing "Shift + X" I am able to type in capital "X" letter. It is almost as if the shortcuts themselves have been swopped? Not sure how I have accidentally switched this on. Thank you in advance.

Hi I have been given a document that has a non visible smart layer at the top it seems to link to 4 other layers in the same document so if I make a change it updates the other 4 layers, in this case it is a picture in a frame which I was asked to update I did the work and sent it off they came back saying i need to update it in the non-visible smart layer. i did as they asked and saw it automatically update in the other layers. How does that work seems like it some sort of master layer.

I am trying to get a refund for my acrobat subscription. Google play has denied my refund request and have told me to contact adobe for a refund, however the AI chat bot is no help, can a human help me out?

i have 3700 generative credit left for july , it showed few hours left, i used it, but it deducted from august limit .

Hi guys, I have an Illustrator subscription plan. The issue is, there is also an Adobe Stock subscription on the side which I did not purchase, therefore I am getting charged twice, once for £21 and another for £23. Is Adobe Stock an automatic subscription, or is there something wrong?

My money got debited from account on subscription of 7 day free trial. Please refund the amount ASAP.

Hi all,I'm not familiar with Illustrator (as I mostly use InDesign and sometimes Photoshop), so I'd be grateful for any help you can offer.I need to create a vector graphic of straight lines radiating out from a single point — 32 lines, evenly spaced at 11.25 degrees.I'm working with Illustrator CS5.  Can anyone suggest an easy, straightforward way to do this, please?I've searched the manual, knowledgebase and community help.  "Radiant" only seems to return references to "gradient".  As always, the art of a search is in knowing what terms to use, but I can't think how else to describe what I'm trying to achieve. Thanks for your help, folks.

How can I legally use Spotify music in Adobe Firefly for my creative projects, such as AI-generated images or videos? Are there any copyright restrictions or specific steps I must follow to import and use Spotify audio within Adobe Firefly? Reference: spotifyhive.org

Hi, I didn't realise what I was looking at wasn't within the free section on Adobe Stock, is there a way to undo the licensing and return the credit used? Asset ID is #546885661

Hi Adobe Stock Community,I recently uploaded a PNG image (3D icon style with a transparent background), and it was rejected for "Quality Issues." However, I’ve uploaded very similar images in JPG format before (same style, same quality), and they were approved without any problems.📎 I have attached the rejected PNG image here for reference.

Common issues that can impact the technical quality of images include exposure issues, soft focus, excessive filtering or artifacts/noise.    Can someone explain the issues with these images?

Hi everyone,I usually get my vector files reviewed within a few days, but I have a simple SVG vector icon — for example, “A simple black brush stroke arrow pointing to the left” — that has been pending for 17 days.Interestingly, my recently submitted PNGs, JPEGs, and even some AI-generated SVG icons were accepted within 24–48 hours, but this Illustrator-created SVG is still under review. Is it normal for hand-made SVG vectors to take this long?Should I wait longer or resubmit the file?Any advice from other contributors or moderators would be really helpful. Thanks in advance!
