Hello there! When i try to open any program on my plan there is a pop-up that says:  "Are you connected to the internet? - We can't verify your subscription."There is no problem on my internet connection and i have tried to disable my firewall. Then reinstalled Creative Cloud but nothing seemes to changed. Plus i cannot see my plans or anything else about my account on website neither. You can see the problems from screenshots down below.  Is there any solution for this problem?

I'm running Lightroom CC Classic release 7.1 (with Camera Raw 10.1) which is current as of Dec.22, 2017.  I'm trying to export a slideshow as a video, and it's either VERY slow, or completely stuck... I can not tell which, but the progress bar (at the top left corner of the Lighroom screen) never moves.  I see that people have reported similar problems in years past, but solved them in one way or another.  I find nothing about this release of Lightroom however, so I decided to start a new thread.  My computer is a MacBookPro running OS X 10.13.2 (High Sierra which is also current as of Dec.22, 2017) , and I have the ffmpeg program installed in /usr/local/bin/ (which is the default for that program, and I thought I'd mention it because I saw a post somewhere that claimed some sort of conflict between that program and Lightroom but I can't find that post today). Thanks in advance for any insight into this problem.  Adobe must have tested this, so it must be someth

Hello All,I figured I would ask this question and see if there might be an answer. I am working on an update of a manual that is about 700 pages long. In updating I changed the book and all the file names to the next letter (i.e. 82932A to 82932B). In doing so, any cross references across chapers were broken because they are looking for the source document 82932A. Is there any way to update these broken cross references without doing them one by one by just updating the source document name? I even saw in Find & Replace you can search for unresolved cross references by their source document name, but I don't know what option to choose in the Replace field to change that source name. Was this something I could have done when I started creating the updated version?  Thank you so much.

Hello, After updating Robhelp RH2022 from version 3 to version 6, the variable edit is empty. The variables are lost in all the content.Has anyone had this problem?

Hi,Having issues for several versions with drag layers between files. I work with "floating" files (undocked). I drag a layer from file A to file B. instead of file B staying in front as active, file A keeps popping up as active. This issue also happens with Transform. - Drag a layer between files > ctrl+T at the destination file > origin (background) file pop up as active. The issue isnt constant, but I caught it "in action". please help. Adobe Photoshop Version: 26.8.0 20250511.m.3072 8f6ae8b  x64Number of Launches: 518Operating System: Windows 10 64-bitVersion: 10 10.0.19045.5854System architecture: AMD CPU Family:15, Model:1, Stepping:0, AVX2, HyperThreadingPhysical processor count: 8Logical processor count: 16Processor speed: 3800 MHzBuilt-in memory: 65458 MBFree memory: 41981 MBMemory available to Photoshop: 51342 MBMemory used by Photoshop: 70 %Crash Handler: AdobeDCX Version: 9.5.0SAM SDK Version: 13.1.1ACP.local Status: - SDK Version: 5.

I've created a MoGrT in After Effects with a masked image that I saved to my CC Library and have placed into a Premiere timeline. I can swap out the image for a video from the bin, but it doesn't use the audio? To try to remedy this, I thought I'd just create a MoGrT specifically for overlaying a video (0 alpha where the video would show through). Unfortuantely, because there is nothing I want editable (no property controllers), After Effects will not let me save it? Is there a solution to either of these problems? Thanks!

Olá pessoal, observe que deixei uma marcação rosa na parte onde eu quero deixar o texto daquela maneira, porque estou tendo um texto todo em maiúsculo mesmo ter habilitado a opção em minuscula, como resolver isso?

I upgraded to Mac OS Sequoia 15.3.1 and now my Leica M11 DNG files won't preview when trying to open in PS or camera raw. My Leica M10 DNG files do preview. I'm using the latest PS beta version. Here's a screen shot of what is happening…

I am trying to make book covers using a mixture of canva and adobe. I am trying to convert the attached into PDF/X-1a I can't. Despite WASTING money on this app I don't seem to have access to the tools to do so. I can convert it from png to basic pdf, BUT ingramspark wants PDFX-1a and I CANT access the tools or the save as feature (which is how the internet said you are supposed to do it) is this because I am on a tablet? Also despite the png being created in a digital medium this system thinks it is a scan... which it isn't.

!Georges

Can anyone else reproduce this issue? Is it an issue on Mac as well?   Selected clips won't nudge (ALT + arrow key) after being draged & dropped.   Select a clip in your sequence Drag the selected clip to a new point in time, or to a new track Try to nudge the clip using ALT and any of the arrow keys   The clip that still looks (and should be) selected, and is in the Sequence pane which itself is still active (bordered) should move.   But it doesn't move at all. It behaves as if it's not selected. It still looks selected.   Nudging is not the only thing affected. I have keyboard shortcuts setup to allow me to change the color of the selected clip and those don't work either. The clip behaves as if it's not selected. Nudging was the first thing I noticed, though, as I commonly time shift clips, splice them with CTRL+K, and use Alt+Up to move them, and this workflow is now broken. To get back to the intended functionality, if you click on the "selected" clip

I have been using Lightoom Classic for several years with no problems. I am currently using version 13.4  on my Dell Laptop running Windows 11 and now cannot import any new mp4 video files. I uninstalled lightroom and started from scratch and tried importing all of my photos and mp4 files again. It now fails to import any of my mp4 files that were previously imported with no problem. I also run Lightroom Classic on my Macbook Air and that imports all my videos with no problem. What is going on?

Hello, TIA for any help I can get with this!I am working on a logo where I am trying to get the bar of the A to extend across the right side and using drop shadow to create depth. Right now, I have the bar as a separate object, and while it looks fine, because I am using a gradient on the letters themselves you can see the line where they're not connected. I would like it to look like the bar is coming out of the left side of the A, but no matter how I adjust the gradient, you can still see they're separate pieces, and I can't seem to figure out which tool to use to get it to look right. Is there a way to join them and have the bar still look like it's going across the right side of the A? Any assistance would be so helpful!

Hi guys,I want to write an effect plugin which can achieve that render result can exceed layer original size, in AfterEffects plugin, there is an effect called Motion Tile, the result from this effect can exceed layer size like image below, thanks!

I just bought a new Macbook Pro and downloaded Adobe Acrobat onto it, for which I have a standard annual plan.  I was expecting that when I signed in, that my Adobe Cloud Storage files from my old Macbook would be an option on the sidebar, but it isn't there. I was signed in on my old laptop and my iPad, so I thought that it might be because I was already logged into 2 devices. So I logged out of my old laptop, closed the app on the new laptop and restarted it, but still nothing.  I can open the Adobe Acrobat app on my new laptop but it's just completely empty (screenshot attached) and Adobe Cloud Storage is not thereAlso if I click on "Add File Storage", nothing happens. It's like the button is dead.  Thanks

Hey all, looking for some help for a time sensitive project.I am trying to export a video project and every time I try and export it, Media Encoder fails and gives me the following information:"Export ErrorError compiling movie.Accelerated Renderer ErrorUnable to produce frame."I am dealing with about 22 minutes of footage, almost all of which is 4K within a 1080 project file, with the 4K scaled to different project files. Attempting to export to H.264. Working off of a external hardrive running USB 3.0. Beyond that, I'm not sure what information what may be relevant, so forgive me if I'm leaving out any important details. Thanks in advance for any advice!
