Solved

Already paid and installed extensions from Adobe Exchange are not displayed in Creative Cloud. This makes it impossible to manage these extensions and install them on a new computer, for example. Is there a solution to this problem?

Dear Community, I have been using Indesign since CS2 and I have never came across this particular problem before. I am hoping someone here can help me. I have 7 seperate indesign documents each from a data merge. Each document has close to 300 pages. What I need is very simple but for the life of me I cannot figure out how to do it efficiently. I need to export multiple page ranges for each indesign document and have each range be a seperate pdf. Here's an example of what I mean. Indesign Document:1-2, 4-5, 7-16, 18-19, 21-30, 32-35, 37-38, 40-49, 51-52, 54-57, 59-74, 76-79, 81-82, 84-85, 87-92 I need a way to export so that basically the comma means *NEW PDF*.  The only way I found so far to do this is to manually export the ranges 1 at a time which takes literally hours to go through each id file OR I found 1 plugin this morning that may do it called "extract Pages". https://www.id-extras.com/products/extract-pages/ There's got to be an easier way r

Recently upgraded to Premiere Pro 2024 across 3 edit suites at our UK broadcast place. We have different generation Macs and playout equipment but the results are the same. We've experienced audio glitches whenever we export through Media Encoder at every audio edit point that doesn't have a cross fade or effect on. This includes cuts that are just 'thru edits' (part of the trouble shooting test)Where these cuts are on the sequence corresponds with audio dropout of approx half a frame on whatever audio track has the edit. These are audible dropouts despite the tiny size. This is manifesting across all suites (Studio, iMac, MacMini in Monterey and Ventura) and using a number of output formats: XDCAM MXF, ProRes, Wav, AS11All create the same result on every (hard) audio edit point. Our workaround is to export direct from Premiere Pro as that doesn't seem to create the same issues - but that then precludes the use of ME entirely and makes the workflow quite tricky. There is also another glitch

Hi,My "Files" section in Firefly is empty. I can't see any of my many creations suring 2024. I am a registered paying customer. Help....?

I want to import excel data (specific columns and rows) into adobe illustrator to create a table. Can someone please help to automate this repetitive task? Regards, Sumit

Hi All, HELP!! It appears that I have lost all my previously created projects in my account. My account appears as a brand new account when I log in. This is terrifying as I have saved many creations over the past few years and I can now see none of them. I used Creative Cloud Express to create my organisations weekly newsletter last week and now can not access anything. The links to the newsletter still opens so it makes sense that it is somewhere? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

Hi, I switched from Lightroom Classic to Lightroom Desktop a few months ago and have never looked back.  But today I wanted to see an image in full-screen mode, but couldn't find the shortcut keys to do that.  Is that functionality missing in Lr Desktop?  If not, is there a work-around?Thanks!

I'm very new to InDesign.I've created a numbered list and a paragraph style for the numbered list. I'm using the same indent, negative first line indent, and tab for the whole thing, and it's set in the paragraph style also.Everything works great until I reach the number 10 on the list, then for 10, 11 and all numbers after that, the next is indenting massively. I've looked at the Bullets and Numbering options for those specific lines and they look identical to everything else.I also have hidden characters turned on and I see nothing there to give me any clue as to why it's indenting.I have a picture just below it on it on the design so thought it might be a text wrapping thing, but deleted the photo and it changed nothing.I've searched online on all I see is issues with counterbalancing the first line indent with the left indent for numbered lists. Nothing on this happening to 2 digit numbers only in the numbered list.

Yesterday I received a CS6 License Deactivation Notice on my screen. I have owned my Creative Masters collection CS6 for over 10 years. My laptop died about 8 years ago and I was able to successfully install my CS6 on my new Mac. Ever since all has been running smoothly on this computer. However, yesterday while I was creating something for my daughter for her school camp in Indesign, I received a chilling notice on my screen which had the Adobe logo saying that my license will be deactivated in 5 days due to misuse. It is very stressful and I’m very upset about this. I don’t know if it is some kind of glitch or scam but I wanted to resolve this if it is an official notice as my license has only ever been used by myself for myself on the one computer.  I have been a mum at home with my kids for the last 14 years using my CS6 software to keep up my skills while I am not in the workforce so I depend on my license staying active. I was wanting to resolve this issue with Adobe bu

Hello, I have a problem with displaying a text symbol in ActionScript 3.I am making a project to test the operation of dialog boxes and for this I need to display symbols on which there will be pictures of a speaking character, a dialog background and text - but it is the only thing that is not displayed.I hid the symbol at the beginning of the code and make it visible when interacting with the object, I also checked through debugging whether the symbol is visible - it says yes, although there is nothing on the screen. The text symbol is made as dynamic text in the Arial font, the font has the desired language built in, the size is 20 pt and opaque. I tried to move the symbol to the hud but nothing changed. The code itself is written below, and the photo shows that the dialog has started, but the text is not highlighted.there is a lot of code here that is not related to the dialogue, because of which you need to ignore a lot, but just in case I left even such nonsense.the function that m

Hi Is it possible to create shortcut for Fit up to 100% command in After Effect? Thanks for any help.

Century Gothic is installed on my mac, it is one of the base fonts used form my company designs (that and Montserrat). Suddenly it doesn't register the font and just changes it, without letting me know. When I have finished working on a file, save and re-open, Century Gothic has changed to something else (doesn't even give the font name in the character bar or highlight it as a missing font). When I copy and paste something from another file where Century Gothic is working correctly, it changes it to gibberish or won't let me type 'correctly'. I have tried re-starting, pulling original files and working directly from them in case of corruption, re-installing the font. I don't know what else to try. Below is an example of simply copying and pasting from one document to another, the actual type changes.

Hello, I've been working on an edit and out of nowhere my Motion and Opacity modules are missing from the Effect Controls Panel in Premiere Pro. This happend only to footage already in a timeline. If I import or create new clips/layers, those new ones DO have the Motion and Opacity modules. I tried looking for help online but the fixes I found did not resolve the issue, including reseting the preferences of Premiere Pro, Resetting Workspace Layouts, etc. Please help.

Hello, I am new to LR on iPhone - I want to learn about how to use it whilst on a long flight soon. How and where do I download a basic tutorial for use off line please? Thank you

I cannot figure out the way to disable the Properties Panel.  I don't want to use it, ever.  I've tried closing the panel and saving as a new Workspace, but everytime I do something like double click a text layer it automatically pops up again LOL.

Running Lightroom classic version 13.1 on m1 macbook pro on Mac OS Sonoma 14.3 and every time File > Tethered Capture > Start tethered capture and Press Ok, the application crashes. This happens both with and without a camera connected. My lightroom version is up to date and this crash happens everytime without fail. I've tried clearing the preferences and uninstalling/reinstalling the app as well. Has anyone experienced this? What's the resolution?
