Solved

Hello, everyone. After installing Patch 7 of ColdFusion 2023 on an existing application, the CFLOCATION tags stopped redirecting. It was redirecting properly until Patch 6. The page indicates a status code 302 in the 'network' tab of Google Chrome and shows that the next page loaded, but visually, it seems as if it didn’t load. Has anyone experienced this and knows how to solve it? Thank you all for your help.

Hello Adobe Community,Since a couple of weeks I cannot get rid of the tab on the upper part of every page of my Adobe pages, saying "Résumé génératif". In French, my user language. In the setup section I have selected to not use AI. I have restarted my Ipad several times. I am using Adobe to read music scores. This "service" is completely unnesserary and not asked for. It also distracts my eyes and it seems impossible to remove.Any solutions that could work?ThanksDaniel

Hi all,   I am not sure why but when I have text within a box and move it around a page with no text wrapping, even select the checkbox for 'ignore text wrap' the text disappears or moves within the box. i hope this makes sense. I can't work out why? thanks in advance.             <Title renamed by moderator>

Question. Has there been or is there planned an expansion and improvement of voice generation in the Effects > Generatte > Speech path in Adobe Audition? One male and one female voice which are ridiculously robotic doesn't provide anything like a realistic mockup for a script. Just curious.

Hey there,I'm working on a project with multiple footages (music video) and since the beginning I've been doing the step-by-step default scheme to be sure that I won't have issues with this project.I've created a multicam sequence and made all the cuts i wanted: check! Now, i'm beginning to color correct each of the footages that are inside of this multicam sequence.BUT whenever I color correct it, when I get back to my main sequence, the Program Monitor only shows one camera (the camera that was choosen for the particulary cut) and not all the cams that I have. When I go to the wrench icon to check the Multi-camera status, it shows a small circle, instead of checked or not. This keeps happenning, all the time. Any valuable and pertinent inputs here will be greatly appreciated.

Hi everyone,I’m having a serious issue with an InDesign document (.inddc) that suddenly won’t open anymore. As soon as I try to open the file, InDesign crashes immediately without showing any error message. I’ve tested this in versions 20.2 and 20.3 – same result. Here’s what I’ve already tried:Reset InDesign preferencesRestarted my computerUploaded the file to the Creative CloudShared it with a second Adobe accountTransferred the file to that second account’s filesI also tried accessing and downloading the file both via the Creative Cloud desktop client and via the browser, but no luck – the file can’t be opened or downloaded from either account or interface. Still no specific error messages.Has anyone experienced something like this before or found a way to recover a file in this state?Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Im having an issue here in illustrator.I think i must have once pressed the wrong button, because now i dont have the regular transform options on a shape. When i click on a shape, instead of having the regular boxes in each of the 4 corners, which allow you to rotate, scale etc, i just have a very small blue square at each corner. In addition i cant just click any where on the shape and move it, i have to click right on the outer path line of the shape. Can anyone help with this?

I'm eager to try out the new perspective warp feature of the latest Photoshop update but the point is greyed out in the menue and I can't figure out how to activate it ("use graphic processor" is turned on in the preferences). I have tried it with a merged image file, with a seperate layer active, with a selection active - no luck. Does anyone else have this problem?

After creating my free trial for adobe stock, I downloaded a couple images, then forgot about it since I didn't require it anymore, I thought I had cancelled the subscription but I must not have. I check my account a few weeks later and I am charged for the subscription even though I have not used the software since the inital trial period. I would just cancel it normally and take the 40 dollar hit but it says it has a 200 dollar cancellation fee which is outrageous (I know I agreed to the terms when accepting the trial). Is there any way I can get refunded the amount and cancel my subscription?

When I have multiple pdf's open and I want to close one (they all get close).I seem to have marked the "always close all" or something and now I realize that was a mistake.I would like to know how to re-set Adobe or if there is an easier solution I would like to hear it.

Hi everyone !  I've kind of a silly question: Are AppleScript still usable in Photoshop 2025 ? For some reason when put in the Photoshop --> Presets --> Scripts folder, quiting and launching back Photoshop, I can't find them in the File --> Script, nor can I execute them manually when I browse through my computer files.Did I miss an update or Adobe really wants up to use UXP / ExtendScript for scripting ? Thanks in advance for your answers !Version of the app: Photoshop 2025.Platform and OS version: macOS 15.3.2.Basic steps to reproduce the problem: Adding a AppleScript to Photoshop 2025 --> Presets --> Scripts.Expected result and actual result: expected: the scripts show up in File --> Scripts section, like in Illustratoractual: nothing aside from custom .jsx files show up.

Hi guys, When I open an email in Office Professional Plus 2013 and click on a PDF file attachment I get the error message"This file cannot be previewed because there is no previewer installed for it". The same issue occurs in Explorer. Reinstalling Adobe Acrobat Reader DC I now can see the preview of a PDF in Explorer. When I look in the Trust Center for Outlook I see that "PDF Preview Handler" is not listed. Repaired Office, no change. Anyone know how I get it to come back?

25.2.1 Build 2 on Mac OS Sonoma 14.4.1 When trying to customize my setup via Premiere Pro / Settings the "Cancel / OK" buttons do not react to either mouse click or pressing return on the keyboard. That means that none of the settings customizations will apply. Example: Label colors. When trying to change from "default" (sorry, who designed this set? they are pretty much indistinguishable) to "classic" the change will not be applied. This is true for ALL other settings. On top of that the only way to get rid of that floating  "Settings" window is to randomly click into differenct points on the UI until at some point "settings" will disappear.

Hi!I have a small (or big?) problem. After I imported my long .doc document with hundreds of footnotes into InDesign, I found out that few (one or two) reference numbers (those in main text) are missing, but all footnotes are there, correctly imported. How can I add the reference number in text and link it to existing footnote? If I do the "Add a footnote" standard operation, then the reference is created, but also a new (empty) footnote container is created below the main text and all following footnotes (I mean their numbers) are moved by +1.Any tip, how to fix this?Thank you!

Hi all, I am looking for some advice on using Adobe in a AVD environment. Users have Adobe Acrobat Pro licenses and are using these to login locally on their devices however, when trying to login from within a AVD session they are hitting the device limit. What would you recommend we do to license users when accessing Adobe from within their AVD session? As we already have Acrobat Pro licenses would we need to purchase a further license or completely change our licensing to allow users to use Adobe outside of an within AVD? Many thanks,Sophie

Hello! When changing the "baseline shift" of text, there is a value you can adjust up and down. It's only this way. However, when putting an object (image etc.) into flow text, you can also shift the object up and down to adjust its position,  so it seems to also be kind of a baseline shift.Nonetheless, this shift goes only by mouse and has no value. Being shifted, the object could even overlap a table cell edge.Is there a (hidden) value somewhere, so I could sort of reset that shift to zero with?

Good afternoon. Some years ago, my organization acquired 100 licenses of Adobe Acrobat XI (Acrobat Professional 11.0 ) in 2014. Recently, we have been experiencing issues installing the product on devices with Windows 10. No error message appears during installation, but when we run the product, nothing happens. Therefore, we have some questions regarding this:Have we reached the 100 licenses usage limit? Our systems show that we have some licenses available. We would like to use the Adobe administration console, but I don't have access. Is there any issue with the product being expired? Can we see how many licenses have been used?Thank you!Bernardo
