RoboHelp 2022.5.28, Windows 11I have developed a CSS that is used for all of my company's RoboHelp output; let us call it c:\RH_projects\global\...\company_name.css.  For each RH project we create, I would like the CSS to either:Be linked in the HTML to c:\RH_projects\global\...\company_name.css (using either an absolute or relative link), or, Be a read-only symlink to c:\RH_projects\global\...\company_name.css. This guarantees that company_name.css can only be changed in the global project (so that local CSS changes aren't allowed), and more importantly: any changes that are made to company_name.css in the global project will be "automatically" promulgated through the entire suite of documents produced out of RoboHelp. Neither of these methods works. RoboHelp is reluctant to hop out of a project to a CSS elsewhere on the filesystem, and I don't know what exactly Windows is doing when it creates a symlink, but whatever it is, the RoboHelp editor is not interpre

Hello, does anyone how to make my lightroom account private? Or at least remove my profile photo from appearing in google search?

I have been using Illustrator on the same Mac for years. After one of the 2025 updates, images that I copy and paste (or drag) from websites or Outlook become corrupted within Illustrator. The images turn into jagged color lines like the below example.I can correct the color format in Photoshop to fix the issue when necessary. But most of the time the images are just for reference, so it would be great if they didn't randomly scramble.

If you try to move the page with the  scroll bar, the Illustator gets stuck!! When will you fix it??

My original document only used Arial ttf format, after a period of time, open the document again, it shows that the lack of fonts, and is the lack of [otf], it is amazing, I have not used Arial otf ah. I have not used Arial otf ah. Found one, but it's hard to reproduce the example, so I won't post the file.Could it still be that the font pointing was confused?

Hello, I accidentally signed up with the wrong email address (@gamil.com instead of @17413941) and started a free trial. Now I can’t log in because the email is invalid and I cannot receive any emails from Adobe.I also tried logging in with the correct email but it shows a different account with no plan. When I try to sign in with the wrong email, the page keeps loading and doesn’t go to the next step (screenshot attached). I want to cancel the free trial or subscription connected to this wrong email, but I can’t access the account and I don’t have access to 1:1 support. Please help me cancel the plan or tell me how I can fix this. Thank you.

I purchased Adobe Acrobat Standard in 2022. I used it soon after but did not use for a while after. I have tried several times in the last several months but only get the free version to open. I have tried the instruction provided in another post with the same issue (log off, reboot machine, login) with no success. I am being  billed monthly so I know the account is active.

I have 10 InDesign files i'm using to build a large 500+ page catalog and 9 of them are working perfect with the new Share For Review feature. I have been getting comments and updating them and updating the link to allow the users to see the changes. There is one file that keeps crashing anytime i try to update the link after some changes. It seems like it gets almost to the end of uploading the new link and then InDesign crashed completely. I am guessing it is something in the file but have no idea how to even begin the process of elimination to find out what it could be. Has anyone else had this experience and figure out what it could be? I have already deleted preferences once and also moved the file to see it that works. Any other ideas welcome.

Hello community,we have a process with one of our customer where we have to use Adobe Sign with a signature card from D-Trust or TeleSec. We use the card reader Reiner SCT and the corresponding driver is cyberJack. To be able to sign in this combination our customer told us to buy the middleware "Nexus Personal", but this is no freeware.I have seen Nexus Personal has a lot of functions that we will not need. Our single goal is to connect Adobe Acrobat Reader to our Card Reader and to sign.Is there another possibility to connect Adobe Acrobar Reader to the card reader Reiner SCT?Thanks for your help.Best regardsHeiko

Hey guys, I have a small trouble with exposing the parameters (still in learing process). I'd like to expose only one Size parameter in X axis without Y one. Is there any way to do this using functions maybe? Still having Y axis to be set on 5 in this case.Im attaching a screenshot to show you what I want to achieve. Cheers!

How do I change the dimensioning line weight of the measuring tool.  It is so large that it covers what I am trying to measure.

How do I change the page order / print order of artboards in Illustrator CS6? I know it was a much griped-about neglect in previous versions once artboards were introduced, but surely it has been fixed by now. It's just I can't figure out how to do it. It is not intuitive by any means.

I downloaded VideoCopilot's Color Vibrance (v1.0.6) and VC Reflect (rev14), and both .zip folders came with just .aex files (as well as some data for MacOS, which isn't relevant to me, as I'm on Windows 10). I can't make AfterEffects open the .aex files, nor can I use the Bridge to install them. I'm lost, since VC Saber was also a .aex, and that installed just fine? Is there something I'm not doing right? I keep finding many conflicting tutorials. There were no .jsx or .jsxbin files in the .zip folders, either. Just .aex files and MacOS-relevant folders/files.

Why can the renderer part be like this?

I am trying to make and accessible PDF and when I ran the full check, the message "character encoding failed" came up. When I clicked on it, it showed "word" a bunch of times. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

Every time LR crashes when I use it. And after a while it continues. Vedry frustrating! I tried to close the use of the video card in preferences: doesn't work. I deleted LR and reinstalled LR: makes no difference.   [moved from bugs to discussions according to the community rules - Mod]

Hello. I need to ensure that the signatory of a document does not receive the final signed copy via email. Could someone from your team please contact me to assist with this request? As per the solution: Account tab->Account settings->Global settings and uncheck "Attach signed pdf copy" and save. I confirm I DO NOT have this option under my account.Thank you for your time.

While I was using Illustrator, the font drop down menu that was visible right next to the character panel suddenly disappeared. Now I have to click on the character panel every time I want to switch fonts. Is there a way to have the font drop down menu appear back on the control panel?

I'm looking to add the open source Google font, Monsterrat to InDesign & other Adobe tools. Here is a link to the font: Google Fonts Is there any easy way to do this?

Hi,   I´m having great difficulty with Premiere Rush! For three days now I have not been able to open the program. Every time I open it, it gets stuck with a blue circle going round for hours continuously. I´ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling an older version, the same thing happens. I´ve then updated to the latest version, it does the same. The program now isn´t even crashing, it just won't open.   Im running Windows 10 with plenty of free disk space.   Can someone tell me how to fix this problem, please???   OR recommend an alternative product which actually DOES work???   Very frustrating!   Title edited by mod
