Hello there, I have just purchased an Adobe application, I have been charged tax yet I work at an American Institution (Columbia University) and have the tax exemption certificate. Can somebody please reach out to show me where I can submit this information or assist in any way. Thanks

Hello, I was uploading all my AI assets as illustrations, but I also included ones that give the impression of being shot from a camera angle. Could this cause any issues? For example, can you tell me whether these images should be labeled as illustrations or photos? There are about 2000 assets like this that I didn’t tag as 'photo' and left under 'illustration.' Could this cause any problems? Because, they’re not illustrations. Should I delete all of them?

Hi everybody, I have an iMac 2017 that updates up to Ventura 13.7.5 and today I receivdd a message from photoshop that tells me that it's recommended to update up to 14.6.1 or higher. How long do you think I can use my iMac before I have to get a new one? Thanks in advance

Hi All, I am super super new at Character Animator. I have been trying to create myself for a video for my blog but I can't for some reason get the lip sync to work. I just finished creating all of the unique mouth arrangements Ee, D, R, and so on. When I use the keyboard to test it, it works perfectly. But for some reason the audio will not work. I have tried everything that I can think of.Is there something that I forgot to add? Or did I not select something right? I have also tried to use the tutorials but haven't had much luck trying to fix my problem. The only thing the face matching will do is smile and stay neutral.Thank you so much in advance.

I have several pdf forms for which I have saved the document after choosing my preferred initial view settings, but for some of them it seems that Acrobat completely ignores my settings. As an example, for one pdf I have my settings at Page only, single page continuous, fit width, but the pdf opens to 34.6% maginification, resizes the window to fit the document, and continues to open at that magnification if I change the intial view settings to other options, save and re-open the pdf. Is there a reason this is happening, and is there a means to make Acrobat follow my document settings?

What could be a reason that I can't sign a document. I sent agreement to a client. Client fill their information and signed agreement. Now I should fill few fields and sign it, but I just received it back as it would be finished and there isn't option for me to sign it. Everything was ok few days ago.

My Acrobat Pro is missing the predefinded profiles. While trying to find them, I created the Custom Profiles which I don't want. How do get the predefined profiles? It's handy for converting pdfs to CMYK or grayscale.

I've got an action that takes a while. Like go and make a cup of tea kind of long.  It now starts popping up continue messages for the user to prompt on an error - which is image subjective: I thought I could switch prompts off with code using:// Switch off any dialog boxes displayDialogs = DialogModes.NO;Toggle dialog on/off on teh action doen't make adifference as this is error (selection) based Is there a on error auto continue way forward?

I am trying to open a zipped file uploaded by my professor through adobe acrobat reader but it keeps giving me an error message which states the file is not supported or it has been damaged. The other students have been able to access it without a problem though.

I'm quite suprised that powerful Illustrator does not have any easy solution for creating custom angled triangles. Is there anybody help me to create a custom angle triangle script ?Thank you,Best Regards.

Hello, last January I canceled my Adobe subscription linked to this email because my company activated a subscription on another email for work purposes. Last Saturday, I noticed a €36 charge with the reactivation of the plan I had canceled at the beginning of the year. How can I request a refund and permanently close the subscription? Thank you

HiJust an opinion, but I think animate should be free and there should be a free version of it because everyone deserves an easy to use software.  The Alternatives are trash and do not come close to animate.  Adobe animate is so easy to use that everyone deserves it!  I think Animate should not be part of creative cloud but free because beginners do not always have the money to afford this easy to use software.  Because of how easy Adobe animate is, it should be free! -It is just an opinion.  Adobe can listen or not listen.

Hi, I just purchased 5 stock credits, but entered a typo in the email address. The payment was processed, but I could login to my account, because I could not acces the (incorrect) email inbox. How can I fix this? Peter

Like many others I'm having issues using the native export to XLIFF 1.2. I followed the advice here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/framemaker-discussions/xliff-export-is-crashing-fm-17-0-5/m-p/14987109#M85850 but the suggested solution did not work for me. If I try and save an entire book it temporarily creates the .mif files but once it gets to the end it stops responding then crashes. If I export a single page it gives this error:There are no other console messages or error logs.I had IT update me to 17.0.5 because I was still using the initial release but that didn't solve the issue. It also has issues exporting if I create a new document with a Framemaker-provided template, so it doesn't appear to be issues with settings in my individual file, but who knows. I'm working off my HDD and all files are local.I've exhausted what I can find online, so if anyone has any other ideas I would be very appreciative! 🙂 I emailed adobe tech comm support but I'm not confident t

I usually work the project on my laptop at home, but these day I hope I'm able to work on my office computer when I have free time during workday.     So is there any way that I can save the project file in the creative cloud and then open the file up in another computer with creative cloud? And do I also need to backup all my video files I have used in the project?

Hello, I have many quality rejections lately and I don't see why in the majority of the cases. I try to be clean and look to the milimeter everything, but yet...Could you take a look to these images to help me understand the rejections, please? They are abstract background images from photos. (I sent 3 variations of these kind of images, specifiying the blur and the frosted texture) (Here I post one of them and an around 200% magnification)Many thanks in advance!
