Hello, I have been having issues with Illustrator crashing when I open it. I get nowhere in the app before it creates an error report. I have reset preferences in the app, uninstalled and reinstalled the latest 2025 version, and updated my NVIDIA graphics card to the latest version. Nothing seems to be fixing the issue. I have plenty of space on my C drive too.    Any advice would be greatly appreciated!  Thank you! I have shared the error code from the crash below.   The error code is: Crash report

Hi Fm Friends:   I am trying to channel my inner @Bob_Niland and designate a bullet with unicode instead of a character style to switch to an ornamental font as I have done forever, but I'm stuck.   I entered \u25b6 as per another one of your other posts, Bob and while the Para Designer understands, I can't find a font that doesn't show a question mark. I am working with Arial and Times New Roman for this job. Fm 17.0.5.725.   ~Barb

I just moved from one windows laptop to a new one.  I use Lightroom (not classic) and I have the files in Adobe cloud and keep the preview local.  But it takes forever to do the initial sync when starting lightroom on the new laptop.  The sync seems to hang (it has been pending 3320 object to sync for some hours now).  I have tried to restart LR, but to no avail. Any tips to how to proceed is greatly appreciated.

Hi there,  I am unfortunately having an issue across all of my Photoshop files where after typing in set dimensions for the canvas or a layer, they are resized to a slightly different number once unselected and reselected again. This number is usually around 0.1mm off of the intended size typed in.  I am struggling to find a solution anywhere else online and this issue is causing great amounts of trouble in my work as I am now unable to provide work / submit work at the exact dimensions as required by a client.  Adobe Photoshop 2025 26.4.1macOS Sequoia 15.3.1 Thank you.

Hey guys, I recently updated my mac's software for macOS High Sierra version (10.13.1) and after that, when I open illustrator documents (created with mac OS X El Capitan) i get this message:"The embedded color profile in this document will be discarded, because your color settings are configured for adobe illustrator 6.0 compatible color management.Embedded: U.S. Web Coated (SWOP) v2"What can I do to fix this? I use Illustrator CC 2014

Installing Acrobat Pro DC 2015.006.30527.898 on replacement computer licencing message unable to activate too many computers. Options to deactivate on old computer or enter different key. Sure I have the old computer with Acrobat 2015, but there is NO option to deactivate. Yes I am aware older version had (I have done so in the past), but 2015 does not have that option. Repeat > 2015 does NOT have the option to deactivate. Can Adobe support reset the counter?? Or does uninstall deactivate??

When editing fields in Acrobat Reader on my Samsung Android Tablet the current field contents still shows? How do I correct it?

I downloaded the lastest Indesign (20.0) and work on a mabcook with sonoma 14.6 My design layout turns grey all the time, the designpages dissapear and the only thing I can see is a total grey screen/canvas. All other indesign features are there, the only thing that seems to work is quitting and restarting.. and then working until it suddelny turns light grey again VERY VERY FRUSTRATING I have not experienced this before with other version in Indesign Is there a solution? Thanks     <Title renamed by MOD>

When clicking on a previously filled text field to edit it, there's a duplication of the text but at a slightly different font size while trying to edit.... makes things very difficult. I'm having to SELECT ALL, CUT, click away, click back in the field, then PASTE to make it legible for editing.

Description: (Site Inspection Form Attached for testing if necessary) We are experiencing a rendering issue with Adobe Acrobat Reader: Edit PDF on our Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 running Android 14 (One UI 6.1). The issue occurs when entering text into form fields.Steps to Reproduce:Open a PDF form in Adobe Acrobat Reader (version 25.2.0.37438).Click into a form input field to start typing. The text overlaps while typing, making it difficult to read.Exiting the input field resolves the overlap, making the text display normally.Sometimes, when clicking the input field, the text appears vertically aligned, one character per line (e.g., "H" on one line, "e" on the next, and so on).In this state, scrolling vertically within the input field is oddly possible.Troubleshooting Attempts:Cleared cache and data of Adobe Acrobat – issue persists.Reinstalled Adobe Acrobat – same error occurs.Tried on another Galaxy Tab A8 with the same Android version – issue still occurs.Issue appears to be related

All of a sudden Photoshop, current version with recent update on subscription, crashes when I try try to resize.  I first flatten the image and disgard the unused layers.  Then I go to image>size  I have constrain proportions on and I changee W and H to 1000 pixels, I leave as 300 dpi, I resample using Bicubic Sharpener, it says the new file will be 2.86 M and when I press OK, photoshop just closes, any ideas  there is no error message, just closes and when I open PS back up its like its there as a full PSD filing but nothing more, does not even show as recents???  Help.

As seen on picture, when I use some smart mask or smart materials which contain Mask Editor, they appear as squares. I bake maps in Marmoset and then import in substance painter and texture it. What could be problem?

Hi all, I know there a lots of questions like this out here but I still haven't figured out on how to make Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop work on a Macbook with the M1 Chip.  Indesign and Lightroom both works fine for me, but Illustrator and Photoshop won't even launch. I tried uninstalling and installing the apps new, I am on the latest apple update (Big Sur 11.2.3), restarted computer etc. but the two apps still won't launch. Any idea what else I can try?

Hi all, I am developping a panel for Premiere Pro and have a little questionWe have video montages with a lot of shots and we have to export them one by one, in several formats. So we developed a panel to automate the process, and it works fine, but I believe it could be improved. For each shot we export multiple videos: one of good quality, one not so good, and for each quality, one with styling (text...) and one without. So for each shot we export 4 videos. Now I see that MediaEncoder can run jobs in parallel when they use the same source. But  I don't know if it's possible to use this feature when using MediaEncoder from CEP. I call MediaEncoder using the  app.encoder.encodeSequence(...) while I loop over the clips to trigger the encodings. But then in MediaEncoder they run sequentially. Is there a way to make them run in parallel ?Thanks

I have created a form in Adobe Acrobat Pro that I want to have people download from our website. fill out and be able to click a submit button.  Once the button is clicked it should send a pdf document of the form to the email address assigned.  Unfortunately, though it's not giving me the option to submit a "PDF Complete Document" option in the properties action tab under Export Format. Am I missing a step to get this option?

It's my first time uploading some photos to Adobe and I've had only two rejected out of many uploads. It says Quality issue but I'm not sure what the mistake I made was. Some feedback from experienced peeps would really help me out. To me there is no quality issue with the photos but please let me know if you see any glaring issues. All the photos are 24mb 5000x4000 pixels (ish)

Acrobat Pro V2024.001.20615 (64 bit) Every time I open Acrobat Pro, it opens in a maximized window (as opposed to full screen which is  a different thing). Is there any way to make Acrobat open in a window the same size as when I lasted quit the app?

Please check out the video I've put here, it depicts what I am in need: I don't know how to resize the text box. Only text box, not the font size. Thanks!

Has anyone had this happen? I'm creating a super simple animated gif. I created my art in AI, each artboard is a duplicate of the previous artboard. All art is visbibe on my artboards. No layers. No art has any effects (opacity, multiply)- when it exports, AI is failing to export all of the artwork on the artboard. Anyone know what might be up?
