Solved

All of a sudden when I try to start Photoshop or open a Photoshop file, it gets stuck on the home screen and won't let me open a file or create a new file. I can go through the menus and do things like change preferences, but I can't actually work in any files. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and I'm getting the same result. I also tried unchecking the Preferences option "Auto show the Home Screen" and Reset Preferences on Quit but no success. Has this happened to anyone else?

We have a Web App that collects user information and we would like the User to 'generate' the Government template together with their information already in the pdf upon downloading it.  Is this possible?

MFG Manuel   [Mod: Moved to the Account, Payment & Plan forum]

Hello, I no longer have a subscription to adobe i just wanted to open lightroom to export some old photos and to my knowledge this was possible without a subscription (I had done it before) but now adobe is asking me for a subscription or free trail. Does adobe now doesnt allow the use organization/export in lightroom classic without a subscription? Did i just get locked out of all my photos and edits by adobe?

How can I Create and render a video with an alpha channel

Danke & Cheers!

An unfortunate discovery that my many custom measurement scales are not automatically migrated with each Photoshop upgrade. I considered them presets which are supposed to migrate each time a newer version of Photoshop is installed. They were in a 2021 version of Photoshop that I recently deleted for space. I made the mistake of assuming that they were migrated to the newer versions (I have 2024 and 2025). I make many microscopic measurements - it is one of the primary uses of photoshop for me. Perhaps someone knows a solution to this problem I have described so I can avoid this tragedy from happening again..

Hi. My coworker and I have an issue with the Team Projects Function in Premiere Pro. Everytime we try to open a bigger project we are currently working on it is getting stuck at the "processing loaded assets" step and you need to forcefully shut it down.  We somehow avoided it by opening a new and empty Team Project, then closing it and then opening the right one, but that only works if you have not opened another Adobe programm beforehand, else you need to restart and to the process all over again. And it is only a temporary fix. I do not know what causes the issues and have already tried everything like cleaning cache and Mediamanagement linking, but it does not seem to work and we need the Team Project function to work simultaneously on the project. Our current Version is: 25.1We work on Mac: Sonoma 14.6.1 and with a apple M3 Chip systemWe work with a Cloud Doc system from Blackmagic and a 10 GBbit connection, so I do not think that this causes the Issues. Hey, I'm trying to export an artwork I made in Flash CS6 but I used layer effects as well (glow, gradient etc) by using movie clip option instead of graphic. Reason was because most of the effects in movie clip aren't available in graphic, which is a shame. Anyways, when I export as a PNG, the layer effects are missing on the final image. I tried converting the movie clip into graphics and that didn't work either so.I know this is a very old version that is unsupported, but I would like some assistance if possible please. Thank you.

Good day all, I am stuck in my ways and prefer it when I move something along the the "Y" axis that I can use negetive "-" to move it DOWN the page and positive "+" to muve it UP the page. Can any one send me instructions on how I can change that or send me to a link that answers this question? Thank you so much for your help. Also I use the latest version of Illustrator.

Hi there, I'm hoping this is something simple but I no longer seem to be able to scale my patterns to larger sizes when I upload them into a basic rectangle. As you can see I've scaled all the way up to 200% and thr pattern still remains small? The bounding box is on so that doesn't seem to be the issue. I'm hoping this is just something really obvious as I have designs that need to be printed in the next few hours and there doesn't seem to be an answer anywhere online. Really hoping someone can help me with this! Thank you!    Many thanks, Rebecca

For some reason, the new windows snapping fuction in Mac Sequoia doesn't work for me in Indesign. It how ever does work for Photoshop and Illustrator.

Windows 11Acrobat Version 22.0 I can't use preflight at all. When I open the preflight panel, I get this error: I have seen elsewhere the advice to rename/remove the "Preflight Acrobat Continuous" folder, which does not resolve the issue.

I can't open the application from the web, can anyone give me any tips?

I'm a Korean university student and using adobe in Korea. However I forgot to update and certify my current state of education, so my plan automatically updated as a common plan which I can't get student discount. Therefore if I want to change my plan, I have to cancel the current plan and re-verify my current state of education, but in order to do that I have to pay panelty charge for canceling the plan. I strongly refuse to pay extra charge and want to continue my plan with student discount, but it seems like Adobe Korea can't help me out with this condition.

I have just noticed that lightroom is now generating XMP files for imported DNG files. Previously all edits etc were written directly into the DNG file and not stored in a sidecar file. Is this now the standard for Adobe raw when importing DNG files or is there anyway I can get lightroom to revert to only using the DNG file to store edits etc.    The M images were taken a few weeks ago and edits have been written into the DNG.The L images were taken today and the edits have been written into an XMP file. M images taken on a leica M240.L images taken on a leica M11.

Hi, on several occassions I have not signed up to the adobe software (and recently purchased an ipad and will download procreate) because I don't like the idea of monthly deductions but I would have signied up if I could have paid all at once for the year in advance. I think if you could allow for up-front year payment on the adobe software, you would have a greater uptake of users who are students and artists starting off. Just some friendly feedback. Cheers, Andrew (Submitted here as there was no contact email to send the feedback to)

Hello community,we are state company and procedures for the purchases of everything are rather complicated, Adobe notified us that our licenses expire 15th of April and I am not sure that we will manage to make it on time (we cant purchase the licenses directly, we have to contatact local resellers and they have to provide offers, after that we have to establisn an public auction and pick the best one). Does anyone know for how long will adobe products continue to work after the license expiration. Thank you, best
