I can't get VoiceOver's navigate-by-item shortcuts to work properly when reading PDFs in Acrobat. Basic sequential navigation works fine. I can arrow up/down through elements one at a time. But shortcuts for jumping to a specific element type, like next heading (VO+Cmd+H) or next graphic (VO+Cmd+G), don't take me where they should, and instead kick me back up one level to the document pane, and I have to start over from the beginning.Setup: Acrobat Pro 2026.001.21789 on macOS Tahoe 26.6.This happens with every tagged PDF I've opened in Acrobat (such as this one). When I navigate sequentially, headings, graphics, tables, lists, etc. are all announced with their correct role, so Acrobat seems to be recognizing the tag structure fine, just can't navigate by it.Has anyone else run into this?

Hi, I am relatively new to Lightroom Classic. I just spent the last 2 days entering photo meta data, titles, captions, tagging people, locations, dates etc. To my large collection of family genealogy photos. All of it has disappeared?!?! I entered part of it again. And it’s disappeared?!?! I have been reading a few forums and it looks like other people are having similar problems. Does anyone have a solution? Isn’t Illustrators purpose to organize photos? I feel like I can’t trust it anymore and need to move onto a different program.  I appreciate any help you can give me,M

Just updated to 29.8.1 and I can no longer copy and paste a vector direct from Illustrator into PowerPoint. I can normally just grab an illustration from Illustrator and copy/paste into PPT, but since the update it's pasting nothing. I'm on Windows 11 and have tried copying from different Illustrator files and also tried restarting computer but still the same. Perhaps someone could have a go and see if this is working for them or not. Thanks

After import an Adobe Illustrator file (30.7), After effects(25.0.0) displays the vector art with a white backgroundAfter effects shows me the vector art like a flattened image! This has never happened to me before, and I need a solution.

Hi Adobe Support Community,First time of my life that I am asking for help on an online forum! Here is my problem: I bought the Photoshop Elements + Premiere 2021 package that I installed on my Windows computer. I also took care of registering them in Adobe Creative Cloud. I recently bought a Mac on which I would like to install them to continue editing my pictures/films. Nonetheless, on my Adobe account, only the Windows version of the registered licence can be downloaded again. There is no option to download the Mac installer. And of course, on the Adobe website, the only available versions for download are the 2022 and 2023 ones (2021 is so old indeed...). Do you know if there is an official Adobe solution to solve this problem? Otherwise, I found some download links here: https://prodesigntools.com/photoshop-elements-2021-direct-download-links-premiere.html can I trust hem? Thank you in advance and wishing you all a good day,Anthony

Hello community.I'm building my website in ADOBE PORTFOLIO, I have the english version ready now I want to create a spanish version, how does one do this?

Adobe's PDFMaker Macro for Microsoft 365 [Office] applications displays error messages in my Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Classic applications. I hate it. Only way I can remove it is to (1) run each app as an Administrator,(2) go to Options, (3) Manage COM Add-ins, and (4) select PDF Maker Macro and remove it. But every time my computer runs updates for Microsoft Windows 11 or Microsoft 365 [Office], the PDF Maker Macro reinstalls itself, and I get error messages when I open those apps. I also don't like the space its commands take on Microsoft 365 apps' Ribbon.  Have learned a better way to make Adobe PDFs out of Office applications (use the F12 command and check the appropriate options), so I have no use for the PDF Maker Macro. How can I get it to stop reinstalling itself?

I’ve built a few document templates in Adobe Salesforce and each time I go to preview I hit an error around the null object. The user has all of the object permissions that I’m pulling my information from and i have tried narrowing it down to just adding the record Id on the template to see if any of the lookup fields were causing issues but i’m still receiving this error attached

Our 3 person graphics department is working on a updating a 15 section 350+ page catalog in InDesign CC2017. We've created a book file and are making changes to the different sections (opening them only through the book file) but are finding revisions that have been made were not saved when we re-open the sections later in the day or the following day. There are always multiple sections in the indb panel with yellow caution triangles saying the document was modified outside the book file which is odd since the sections are opened only through the indb file. The catalog is entirely product based and all the text has paragraph and character styles applied.

I just upgraded from Adobe acrobat Pro to DC.  In the older version, I was able to select multiple text boxes at once, copy them, and past them without any problem.  I was also able to select multiple objects that I made (lines, etc), AND text boxes at the same time to copy and paste.  Under the older version, I selected multiple text boxes / objects by holding down the Ctrl key and selecting the multiple objects.  Now, I seem to only be able to select 1 text box at a time to copy and paste, and even so, I don't seem to be able to select any text boxes with objects at the same time to copy and paste.  If I hold the Ctrl key when I try to select multiple text boxes, it only reverts to the most recent text box, and that's it.  I am still learning DC and like many of the features that seemed to have improved upon the older versions, but not being able to use the multiple select feature in the newer version is confounding me.Thanks for any help / answers.

I installed a trial version of Acrobat Pro and liked it, and purchased the Creative Cloud account with access to 47 apps or similar. I am using an iPad OS and cannot for the life of me find the dmg installer files for either Adobe Acrobat or Dreamweaver. Other apps such as Photoshop and Illustrator installed successfully without any issues. Can someone please help me? I’ve looked in every Downloads folder I can find, on my iPad and on the Creative Cloud space. Supposedly the installer dmg files have downloaded successfully but I can’t run the installation program without finding the files. HELP PLEASE!

The previous version of Photoshop crashed, so I restarted my Mac and reinstalled Photoshop; after that, all my personal settings were gone; how can I restore them?

Some previously activated/added Adobe Fonts are not loading in the font menu when Illustrator loads. The fonts appear to be available to add in the "Find More" tab. When clicking the add icon, the double arrow icon shows as if the font is installing, yet it never does install. I have taken the following actions: Restarted IllustratorUpdated IllustratorRestarted PCSigned out and back inOpened and quit and reopened the Adobe Creative Cloud app I am on Windows 11 with Illustrator 29.4

Hello,   For the last two years I have had consistent problems with Acrobat Pro DC being extremely slow/stuttery while scrolling, highlighting, commenting on a document. This happens no matter what the size of the PDF is from less than 1 MB to 10+ MB. It appears to be very poorly optimized compared to other professional software titles which all run smoothly on macOS: Word, Excel, Pages, Numbers, etc. I have tried deleting the prefernce files outlined in other topics, which did nothing to alleviate the issue at all.   My computer is a relatively powerful: 2016 15-inch MacBook Pro connected to an eGPU with Radeon RX 580 and an LG 4K monitor (more than enough power to edit PDFs). I am running the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and macOS Mojave and have never seen these issues alleviated by two years of updates.   Given the cost of this software, I would really appreciate some help from Adobe's support team, as well as an indication that they are planning on doing s

Since this post seems to be marked as resolved after the Adobe Community update and it isn’t resolved, I’m creating a new post and linking to the old one. All the relevant information can be found here (at least all of the information that survived the Adobe Community update -- there are several missing posts). Long story short -- when you install Windows Security updates, some system fonts -- Times New Roman for me -- throw a missing font error in InDesign. This error only goes away if you uninstall the Windows Security update. More detailed info can be found in the linked post. This issue has been going on for literally months, since last November, and we’ve got bupkis to show for it -- less than bupkis now that some of the original posts have been nerfed with the Adobe Community update and the original thread appears dead. Adobe. Please. Help. This is beyond frustrating now...

In Premiere Pro, I used Wave Warp on a still image of a face to animate it, so it looks like it’s nodding. I was working in ½ playback resolution. When I export the video, the Wave Warp does not look the way it does when I am editing. Wave Warp makes the face looks like it’s twitching, and it blurs the movement of the face. I also tried nesting the clip but that didn’t work. Is there any way I can get the Wave Warp effect to export like the way it looks when I use ½ playback resolution?

I’m setting up a Photoshop layered file with a bulleted list. It will be easier for the other users if the text has the bulleted list style automatically applied, so I used the bullet style in the Paragraph panel. But is there any way to change the bullet color? Right now it’s the same color as the text, and I would like there to be a contrast.Drawing the shapes manually is not the best solution for a template that various people will have to use. Is there a hidden option somewhere that would allow me to change the color, as in InDesign?

il taglia-incolla del testo da PDF produce simboli/caratteri casuali, non taglia il testo veramente, si continua a vedere. As others in this forum, I have been charged $4.99 and $19.99 monthly for products/services I never requested. I called customer service and first, they asked for the last 4 digits of my credit card to locate the charges. Once they did, they asked for the first 6 digits, which I refused to provide. This is a scam! Wonder how many customers Adobe is ripping off with unauthorized charges. I reported this to my bank as a scam and will proceed to further raise a claim. Embarrassing!

Good eveningI am using the trial version on a Mac and have done all the procedures through the token to put a digital signature. My problem is that most of the time it does not recognize my ID and shows me the following message:Adobe Acrobat could not find any new digital IDs. If your digital ID is on a hardware token, please make sure it is plugged in and the token interface is properly configured. Contact your system administrator for further assistance. Thanks to anyone who answers
