Solved

I would like to request a full refund for the last two months, as we unintentionally forgot to cancel our Adobe subscription. The service was only used during the first week of the initial test, but the subscription remained active, resulting in charges for both the first and second months. However, we did not use the platform beyond that initial test, which you can verify through the system’s audit log. Given that the subscription was left active by mistake and remained unused, I am requesting a full refund for both months.

My old version 6 that sits on my old PC takes me right into the cool RAW edit mode where I can alter exposure, etc etc. With the new 365subscription,  it does not do that, nor can I find where to get it into that mode. Please help!!!

The share button is completely broken now: I just want to attach my PDF to an email. I don't want to share a link or share for approval or feedback.

I'd like to add arrow in text. Most symbols show up as a box with X. Is there a way to get other symbols such as arrow in text?I'm on a Mac. Screenshot show which symbols work, all others show up as box with X.

I have a lot of documents to export to png and pdf (384 documents, basically the same documents, 12 shells and 32 different sales people names).  I found the script below but it's not working in Indesign 20.2, and I'm too dumb to edit it. I thought the pdf preset name was the issue, but none seem to work.  In a perfect world, this script would work on all open documents (I generally open 32 at a time), but I think that's pushing it. Any help is appreciated.  var doc = app.activeDocument;// PDF Exportfunction exportPDF() {var pdfExportPath = doc.filePath.parent + "/" + doc.name.split(".")[0] + ".pdf";doc.exportDocument({file: new File(pdfExportPath),exportPDFOptions: {presetName:"[PDF/X-4:2008]", },});}// PNG Exportfunction exportPNG() {var pngExportPath = doc.filePath.parent + "/" + doc.name.split(".")[0] + ".png";doc.exportDocument({file: new File(pngExportPath),exportJPEGOptions: {fileFormat:ExportFileFormat.PNG,},});}// Call the functionsexportPDF();exp

I have a footnote marker in a shaded paragraph that is shifting the line down. The same leading is applied to the footnote marker as the rest of the paragraph and changing the superscript to regular doesn't work to fix the problem, but it's not happening in every paragraph with the same style applied. Screenshot shows difference between footnotes 2 and 4.  Any ideas?  Thanks much!

I often use the Color Sampler Tool to place color measurement points. However, by default, the Info panel always displays the color in RGB, while I constantly switch it to HSB. Why not make Photoshop remember the last selected mode? This would greatly simplify the workflow, as I have to click the triangle under the eyedropper and manually select HSB Color every time .

Hi!I'm trying to create agreement with the use of Adobe Sign API in c#. I'm using integration key for authentication and these are access points returned to me by GET /baseUris endpoint:{    "apiAccessPoint": "https://api.na2.echosign.com/",    "webAccessPoint": "https://secure.na2.echosign.com/"}I'm getting the same error whether I'm trying to run it in Postman client or in the application, or in "try it" page. Nach dem Herunterladen des alten Elements 12 mit Produktnummer kommt immer wieder die Aufforderung "anmelden" und ist nicht möglich. Kann mir jemand helfen?

I've noticed in my time of using the Defringe option, no matter what pixel width I choose, the result is exactly the same. I'm mostly working with CAD drawings that have been exported to PNGs when I try to use it, and for some reason the software the engineers use has a very slight "glow" on the edge of the parts in the images.  I would think if this glow is about 3 pixels wide, that choosing 3 or 4 pixels when defringing would make the program get rid of those 3 pixels of glow, but instead it darkens it a bit but still leaves a glow. The exact same result happens if I choose only 1 pixel, I zoomed in completely on the border to compare and the result is not different at all. So what's up with this? Is this the case for everyone? Why is it like that? I would love to know how this tool even works, or how it's supposed to work, and why it doesn't ever work for me like I think it should.

I would like to change the "From" (sender) email name and/or address so my recipients do not disregard my eSign emails as spam. It currently shows as coming from 'Adobe Document Cloud eSign Services' <echosign@echosign.com>.  I would prefer it either have my name and/or email address associated so the recipients do not overlook it. Since we have not sent documents through this platform historically, clients will not be expecting an email from Adobe Document Cloud eSign Services. It is not practical to email clients before sending documents for signature just to ensure they know to look for this email and not disregard it as spam. That would completely undermine the efficiency of using this product.

Hi,  I am using the latest Photoshop (26.4.1 20250225.r.194 4c5f14b x64) version with camera raw v17.2, and when trying to open any Cr3 file, the app freezes. I have tried to reboot my computer, reinstalled photoshop several times, used creative cloud fix tool and tried to run user-diagnostics plugin to figure the problem out, but nothing worked.Any clue of what I can do? I've spent over 2 hours on this issue already.

It would be great if Adobe would have an Acrobat option that reflected the wider Creative Cloud suite. Acrobat has always been an odd man out in the Adobeverse, but the past few iterations have become obtuse and non-intuitive even by Adobe's standards. The most irritating aspect is the dramatic changes to the interface as "features" have been added. The Creative Cloud apps (while certainly bloated and complicated) are at least fairly consistent from one version to the next. Those of us who use Creative Cloud apps regularly are likely frequent users of Acrobat. Dealing with one family of Adobe apps is irritating enough. Adding another constantly "improving" program really sucks out what little joy remains when using Adobe products. I recognize there is a large universe of Acrobat users who don't use Creative Clouds apps, so it is unlikely Adobe would apply Cloud's dense GUI to Acrobat. But perhaps they could release a streamlined version that would allow CC users to more easily use Acro

Hello, I'm looking for a specific script that would create a fluid gradient change in thickness in a typeface, for example per line or per page? I would like to achieve the “wave”association, would anyone be so kind as share it with me? I know it exists since I used to have it.

I apologize if I asked this before, but it has been a tough week and my brain is totally zapped.I have a doc which (originally) is A4 portrait. I want to print 4 instances at half size, 2 on each side of a landscape A4 paper. Now I know I could do this by telling it to print pages 1,1. But there is only one page in the PD file so it greyed out those options:SoSo as you can see, it is only giving me one instance and I want two on each side of the page (have auto-duplex printer) How to?Thank youSusan Flamingo

Hello, I would like to have a charter signed by all the employees of my company. There are almost 110 of them. I wanted to know if there was a way to power using an existing list to insert them all at the same time? Or do I have to type them one by one? Thank you !!

I've downloaded the new version of Adobe Sign and there's now a tick box if you want the document to be sent for e-signing in order to the receipients i.e., it's sent to one person and only after they have signed, it be sent to the next persion. I always send the documents in order of signature. Is there any way to ensure the default is 'send in order' rather than always having to tick a box?

There have been many times when I've used a clip in a fairly long sequence and have lost exactly where it was put. It would be a great addition if you could right clip on the clip in the project panel and reveal it in the sequence (much like you can click on a clip within the sequence itself and reveal it in the project or file explorer.

Hello Adobe InDesign Community, In InDesign I would like to be able to adjust all the Text Frame boxes in the document at one time. Example: if I have ten Text Frame boxes on ten different pages 200px wide. Can I change all at once to 300px without having to change individually on each page? Can I link Text Frame box size from page to page? Is there a script for this or code to link text frames? Thanks, Kevin

Hi,My problem is that my brand fonts somehow doesn't want to convert from power point to acrobat when saving from:- Save As (pdf)- Export (pdf) I have also tried the embedding and nothing. Only when tryeing to print and then save as pdf the font stays right but large white frames appear around the slide (16:9). I'm using MacbookPro and everything is uptodate so that's not the issue. I have downloaded the font from my adobe creative cloud and all the versions of the font can be used in Power Point. What to do? I love this font and would be so shame to change it into something else. In my daily work it's needed to wrap the client presentation into pdf format to be sent via email. I would love any kind of help! You can find attached the results from powerpoint (screen shot) and pdf.
