Solved

Hi,I have tried to google the matter but cannot find the answer anywhere. I simply want to view my pages touching each other top against bottom so they form one continuous row. Is this possible somehow.I have gone to preferences-guides and pasteboards and set the vertical margin to 0, but the marked spacing is still there. Please see attached screenshot with spacing I want to remove marked in a red rectangle.

I have made quite a few rubber stamp text effect illustrations (png), all of them made from the same pattern, high resolution (6 900 X 3 400 px, 300 ppi). Some of the accepted ones were even of slightly lower quality than these two. I made some in english and in french. (these are in french (officiel)). The ones in french have been rejected whereas they are of the same quality as all the accepted ones (many of them), even better because I vectorized them before saving them, like I did with servral accepted ones.I do not get it. Why would the other ones be accepted and these two not ? I made them a second time from scratch to be sure they were OK.  Some of the accepted ones are even of slightly lower quality.???

Hello, I need the direct download links (offline installers) for the new 2020 releases of Lightroom classic Could you please help me?   {Moved from Lightroom Cloud to Lightroom Classic Forum by Moderator}

Hi there, I am including keystroke script so that typed fillable text is automatically underlined. This shows up when opened in Acrobat, but does not show up when opened up in a browser (Google Chrome and Edge). Is there any way I can make the underline code OR the blue boxes show up on print. I'm concerned my users won't open the document in Adobe, only in Google/Edge. Thank you!

Since the last update, the Crop Tool won't work properly. When I try to crop an image and hit return or the checkmark it reduces the image to a tiny image you can't see. If I try to enlarge it, it just shows an enlargement of a tiny area of the image.

Because I couldn't contact any real agent on the Adobe chatbot or find any customer support email, could you please let me know how I can ask for a refund? My trial ended last year but I couldn't cancel the subscription on My Account and Adobe continuously tried to get my money from my account, so I had to lock my credit card. Last month, I received an email that my subscription had been suspended as my payment couldn't be made. Today, I lost 22.99$ as I forgot to lock my card while I didn't have any demand to use Adobe. Please, I want a refund and subscription cancellation. Adobe makes me feel like I was scammed...

Hi, I opened an Illustrator EPS file I created dating from 2012 which contained artworks with gradient mesh, Gaussian blur along with ordinary lines with no effects. The lines became outlined and all the artworks 'broke up' with multiple squares and rasterisation of the mesh and effects = disaster. (screenshot attached of part of the file) Is there any way I can avoid this happening and recover the fully editable artworks? I am on Illustrator 29.3, Mac Studio M1 Max running Ventura 13.6.3. Thanks for any help!

Hello all, All of a sudden when I want to write in pdf's with the fill & sign function the font color in the text box appears white.I can see that I'm writing and that the letters are there but it's white and I can't change it to black or any other color.I de-installed acrobat reader and re-installed the latest version but I still have the same mistake.Any leads? Thank you so much!Dennis

My Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional just decided that it needed to be reactivated and Adobe doesn't do it anymore?   It fails on an internet authorization which always worked in the past. If you call the phone activation line, it says we don't do it anymore. If you chat with an adobe person they say it must be done in forums?   I love Adobe products (especially PS and LR) and use them extensively, but I am thinking about punting all of them if they decide to take your money for a product and then decide to stop allowing you to use it. I understand stop supporting it, but preventing you from using it is a separate matter.

The first time I used Lightroom Classic 14.2 (Mac), AI Denoise failed and kept failing after my first couple of uses. It appears to be processing normally with the doodad spinning for the predicted amounmt of time, but no new DNG is created and the Develop window is empty with no image selected and the previous adjustment I made to the image are all lost. I restarted the program to try to clear the issue, but that didn't help. I'm working with Nikon Raw (NEF) images.    Because I shoot a lot of indoor school sports, I'm going to need to try reverting to the previous version, but being about a third of the way through 1,300+ images that I have to select and submit by tomorrow morning, I'm not going to have the time to try that tonight.   [moved from bugs to discussions according to the community rules - Mod.]

The last few times I've imported photos I am finding them to already be adjusted when I look at them in the develop module. The sliders are the giveaway - they are all moved. I've indicated "none" in the develop settings when importing so not sure what the issue is. I can't even hit "reset all" on the individual images to clear the sliders so I basically have to manually zero out all the sliders. HELP! I've been using LR Classic CC for several years and never had this issue.(Moved from Lightroom CC Cloud Based Forum to Lightroom Classic Forum by Moderator)(Changed title/text to reflect LR Classic, Mod)

Hello All,I would like to know if there is a way to turn off highlights, strikethroughs, etc... in the comments pane? I only want to see comments or notes in the pane.

I'm running Premier Pro 2020 on a Windows 10 machine.I placed markers on two clips.  I select all, right click, select Synchronize, but the Clip Marker option is grayed out. I assume I'm missing something simple.  Any suggestions? Thanks!

DE: Ich habe heute auf LR. 8.2 upgedatet, seither funktioniert unter »Verbessern …« »Entrauschen« nicht mehr. Es entsteht ein fehlerhaftes Bild (siehe Anhang)   EN: Today I have updated to LR. 8.2, since then "Denoise" under "Improve ..." works no more. An erroneous image is created (see appendix)

Hi guys,I always view, adjust and crop my images in D against a white background by pressing L twice.Works great for me.But when I want to move to a next or previous frame ... arrows fail. More so when I am in full screen. Is there a reason - and a remedy? That would save me the time from going back to a regular screen to click on previous or next frames. It's been dogging me for years but was always too lazy to deal with it; or too pressed for time. Thanks a lot.

hi! I need help... I'm sure I hit a button or something but can not figure it out. I'm trying to do a background swap using a layer as I've done many times but when I drag it over the image, the layer shows in the panel but not on the main screen where you would edit. When I click the layer, it then goes blank not showing the picture anymore. I've restarted my computer hoping it would fix the issue but it didn't. I'm on a Mac Pro and using Adobe Photoshop 2024 (See video for full explanation)

How do I make vector images I am adding to my CC libraries in Illustrator to stay vector? I (and my team) need to use them in multiple vector files and I just want to be able to drop them into new illustrator file as vector. Right now, they are coming in as PNGs when I add them into the new file. Is there a way to do this or they alsways going to be pngs?

Hi all,  Looking for suggestions on the best way to go about doing this: I have a friend that is a working artist that has amassed a 100k image catalog that has both his personal and professional images combined, over a period of 10 years.  He is going to separate the personal and professional images and turn it into a single catalog. Since this job won't be automated and will be lots of sorting individual images, I'd like to refresh myself on best practices. Any suggestions on the best way to approach this operation? Thanks.

I'm looking for some advice on what font management options (paid or free), if any, I should consider. I was looking at FontBase but I found out that when packaging InDesgin documents for archiving it won't include the fonts, which is a bit of a problem for me... unless there is an easy manual workaround? I liked the other features FontBase offered - automatically activating or deactiving fonts depending on what document you are working on. Currently I just use Font Book but it's a bit of a mess and isn't organised. Also, it doesn't have the activating/deactiving feature I was hoping for. All fonts are just activated all the time. Many thanks.
