I work in healthcare. Our Security and Info Systems departments are extremely vigilant. My impression has been that using Adobe products and tools (such as Generative AI functionality and certain plugins) make us vulnerable to security risks. Are there special add-ons available for an Enterprise Account that mitigate these conditions? Forgive me if the subject is misleading. It's the verbiage I received back from Security about an Adobe plugin that was not working properly.

As the title says, I'm trying to figure out how to copy footage from one project to another without bringing the folder structure with it. As I copy clips from one project timeline to another project timeline, I end up with all of these extra folders. Is it possible to disable this?

Hello,I am a designer who has been selling stock files on Adobestock for a few years (I have over 1000 designs) and I have accumulated, pending payments (for this month). I have been selected for assignments and have uploaded several works and they have been approved. Then when I am working for missions again I see Account de-activated warning on my contributor account (No reason was given to me).and after my account was closed, they started deleting 3 of my old files (about 5-6 years old files) and I received an e-mail about it (The rejection reason is: Intellectual Property Violation). What is going on, they closed my account and will they delete my files one by one?I think there is some mistake.what is the reason for this?Thank you!ilhan KALAVAAdobestock ID:209106229

Hello I am trying to export my animation project from media encoder. The quality is poor. Picture is pixelated, not what is supposed to look like. Can you help me, what is wrong?

I keep getting this error window each time i start any of my Adobe Apps: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Can't figure out how it's affecting my work yet, any thoughts on how to fix this? Thank you kindlyAndrea

Not sure if I'm doing something wrong, or if I should post this is the Ae forum instead, but here goes: I'm on Windows 11, and still using 2024 apps. 😞 Only because I am trying to finish up a large project that I started last year and had to put away for awhile. It's time to finish it and I want to get it done before updating.  I have a clip in my timeline that I sent over to Ae to roto. Rendered the roto and imported back to the Pr timeline. Business as usual. Noticed that the roto needed a little more refinement, no biggie... opened the same Ae comp back up and refined the roto. Looked beautiful. Rerendered and reimported the second (improved) render to Pr. Then it got weird... The Pr timeline (and Pr source monitor) REFUSE to reflect the new changes made to the clip. No matter what I try, Pr will only play back the first version of the roto. Yes, I've double checked that the new render is linked in the project panel. Yes, I've cleared every cache in my en

I'm a student and I previously used Adobe Creative Cloud through my university. They discontinued this service this year, so I decided to use Adobe's student discounts to maintain creative cloud because I really do love the tools it offers. However, upon installation of the updated Adobe Acrobat Pro, I can no longer view bookmarks and comments at the same time. I used to see Bookmarks on the left of the application, the document in the middle, and then comments on the right. This was particularly useful for me as I often read multi-chapter books that I used the bookmarks for and then annotate with the comments. Now, my new version only displays bookmarks and comments on the right of the screen. There's no option to see them both simultaneously, which makes navigating the document quite frustrating. Is there a way to change preferences to allow me to view these the way I want to?

Hello, I have a problem on some of my exports, they look over-saturated when i exported them but they dont look like this in the preview. Footage has been shot with a sony ZV-E1 in mp4 (it seems) Below I drop you some files that are illustrating my problem. Thank you for any help, have a great day.

Hello I am a sole proprietor but I want my e-signature requests to come from my company's name, not my personal name. How can I make this happen? When I check my Adobe Account, everything has my business name listed already. My personal name isn't listed anywhere. However, when I go to the Adobe Sign settings specifically, it still shows my personal name. When I click "Edit Name", it redirects me to the main Adobe Account settings, which are already correct. So I can't change my name in Adobe Sign.

Hi, there! I'm trying to do a Trim Paths feature in a way I think is impossible, but I ask anyways, just in case...As you can see in the following image, in the left I have a shape with Trim Paths apllied, and that's the final shape I want, BUT I want to have not a shape but a STROKE (as the right side one) because I want to manipulate it more easily. The right one is a double stroke, made with the following technique...  ...when the black stroke is attached to the blue one with a value at the end (+5). This is the way I use to use in these cases; when I change the value of the blue stroke and the false stroke mantains its false looking. So there's the problem: I want to Trim Paths the black one. It's a solution for this? Thanks in advance!

InDesign 20.xx, PC.I am producing a descent size index. Just a few entries have sub entries. I want the Levels to indent from the left and the numbers to align from the right hand frame edge.

I am a completely new amateur photographer, and it is probably extremely simple, but I have never had experience with this. I am looking at my dashboard, and I see some small numbers in dollars, but I do not know what they mean because I have not sold anything yet. There is a picture in the attachment. Thank you in advance,Milica

I have bought the monthly all apps inclusive plan, but seems to me like i still need to buy a plan for adobe stock separately?

I am laying out a technical manual and need to have the page numbers styled as  "Page 1 of 299"  Each chapter is it's own document and I have them in a book.  Book panel shows pages fine, but when I print the page numbers are inaccurate only showing the number of pages in that section.   Example: Section one has 14 pages  and the next starts at 15 as it should.  However the number of pages just won't  go.  Example:  Chapter 1  Page 1 of 14,  Chapter 2:  Page 15 of 15 etc.  I want it to be  Page 1 of 27, Page 15 of 27.  In each document I used the "Last Page Number" but it is only counting for that one chapter.   How can I make it when I print to have this correct.   I can't hard code the number of pages because it is a living document.  Can some one help please?   Book panel is correctLast page of Chapter 2First page on Chapter 3

I just got my first Mac and am using Premiere Pro. I'm trying to import some screen recordings from my desktop, and only one will upload. The rest receive an error message that says "File contains a complex edit list", then a window pops up with those three clips' file names and says "We were unable to open the file on disk."I moved them from the desktop into a folder and have the same problem. Any suggestions? Using Premiere CC 2018.

So - Here are the steps shown in pictures so there is no confusion. This used to always work. I would add a photo into the top cell of the grid. Here isan example. I selected the two cell grid.Here- I have Highlighted the top cell and selected "upload" and choose a photoAs you can see- it did not insert the photo into the top cell. Instead- it lays it overtop. I have tried on both Safari and chrome. What is the reason for this issue?

HiI wrote a script that finds all table headers and collects the page numbers they are on. Then I check the page number of the next paragraph (table) to see if the table spans more than one page. And everything works fine until there is no footnote reference at the end of the paragraph with the table header - then the next paragraph is the first paragraph of the thread. Do you have any ideas on how to solve this problem? var doc = app.activeDocument; var toSearch = app.selection[0].parentStory; var myTxt = app.selection[0].parentStory.paragraphs; function main(){ var tableHeadersPages = findTableHeaders(); alert(tableHeadersPages); } function findTableHeaders(){ // reset szukania app.findChangeGrepOptions = null; app.findChangeTextOptions = null; app.findTextPreferences = app.changeTextPreferences = null; app.findGrepPreferences = app.changeGrepPreferences = null; // nagłówki tabel – numery stron var tableHeadersPages = []; app.findTextP

I have a photo, I'm animating a small push in. I created a few solids for the ground, a building, and some awnings. The projection is working as expected, but it's noticeably softer and more blurry than the guide layer.I've tried everything I could find online: No depth of field on the camera, shadow map set to 4000, no shadow diffusion, and it doesn't seem to matter if the projection material is close to either the light or the projection catcher. Camera settings and projector resolution don't help either.Rick Gerard recommends parallel lights for projections, and while a parallel light does produce a sharper projection, as far as I can tell a parallel light will only project correctly onto a perpendicular surface. My ground plane doesn't receive a projection and my awnings (at a 45 degree angle to the building) are distorted.I looked at the Cinema 4D renderer, but I can't get any projections out of it; materials don't have the "Transmit Shadows" option.I'm afraid my answer is "Yeah,

good morning,I need clarification regarding the resolution of images in a file saved as PDF/X-4:2010I noticed that the resolution of an image present inside the illustrator document is heavily reduced when I choose downsampling, this happens despite the image resolution not reaching the downsampling value. these are the setting:FILENAMESOURCE IMG PIXEL SIZESOURCE IMG DIMENSIONSPDF SETTINGACROBAT INSPECTOR SIZEACROBAT INSPECTOR RESOLUTIONtest risoluzione - 01.pdf24217 x 118116151,12 x 2999,99 @100ppiPDF/X-4:2010 - DOWNSAMPLING 300ppi if image res > 450ppi7266 x 3544 pixel (61511x30000 mm)118 pixel/mmtest risoluzione - 02.pdf24218 x 118116151,12 x 2999,99 @100ppiPDF/X-4:2010 - NO DOWNSAMPLING24217x11811 pixel (61511x30000 mm)393 pixel/mm in both cases the starting image is the same these are the questions:- why does downsampling occur even though the image resolution is less than 300ppi?- why is the image resolution changed even though the image is not modified in any w

I completed one PDF form with the help of a free trial and thought there would be no more, only to find I’ve cancelled my free trial too soon. I’ve been unexpectedly sent another PDF to complete. The free trial would be still valid if I could reactivate it, but instead I've had to pay for a month, yet I still can’t fill in boxes in the PDF I’ve been sent! I thought my problem was something to do with downloading and re-installing the software, but I can’t do any more to this wretched PDF form I’ve been sent that I could when I first saw it! The menu items are all greyed out as unobtainable. I’ve used the Modify, Repair, Remove option, selecting Repair, to no avail! Please can someone help?

Starting masking or adding a mask in LRC 14 works as advertised with a mouse.  With a tablet pen (Wacom), the only way to start a mask or add another is to choose the mask, then click outside the LRC app and the mask shows up.  You have to continue this defocus-refocus maneuver when using a pen for each step of masking.  It began to appear in LRC 13 but is clear in LRC 14. Evaluated by Adobe tech support online after I initiatlly posted this (as a longer post) and has been identified as a definite bug affecting LRC v13 and current v14, referred to development for a fix. Also noticed now that many times when I modify the main image, the Loupe view on the monitor next to it does not reflect the changes...or even flashes black for a few moments.  This is a new phenomenon with the latest release, never seen it happen before.
