When using the remove tool , as in these two example images, the new image information created by the remove tool is more pixelated and lower rez than the image being edited. See the before and after images where I am removing the road and Semi.  I have used REMOVE for years, and this is a new problem. Any ideas for how to fix this?

There's got to be a way to do this. I searched for "dystopia" under the Media option and nearly every image returned is AI-generated.Common tricks like "-ai" and such don't work in Express. If there's a button or toggle for it I haven't found it, though if someone has I'd be overjoyed to learn about it. But more generally: For the love of god, Montressor, let us opt in to searching for AI-generated art rather than just dumping it into our feeds and hoping our incidental/accidental/giving-up-out-of-frustration usage justifies whatever price Adobe paid for the damn thing.

This bug has been reported before, but persists, making editing arduous. It only became a problem recently, so I feel it is a version issue, say after 25 or so. I have not downgraded as of yet, but may have no choice. After a few touch ups (nothing major, like skin blemish), the tool will freeze and then memory use will ramp up until entirely maxed out (64 GB). I see it in the Task Manager graph. After about two minutes (if a person was willing to wait), a dialog box pops up saying there is no more memory to complete task. When closed, I can save the image and proceed. This has happened each and every time I edit an image and I cannot go more than 5 uses before this happens.  I contacted support over the phone and was told to increase memory usage under performance. I does not help and resetting preferences also does not help. This issue needs to be fixed as I feel the remove tool is one of the core tools users now rely on. If it would be helpful to d

Hi! Im posting a published page containing video. I want i to loop and also start on load. Is this not possible in Adobe Express?

I have shared files many times with clients.  I got the software specifically for this.  Today it tells me "Unable to Create link.  We weren't able to create the link.  Please try again later."  What is the problem?  Why can't I share files?

Apologies if this has been posted before, I tried looking for similar issues but couldn't find this exact issue*. How do I make the scrollbar thumb (the bit you click on the drag the scrollbar around) always appear in Adobe Acrobat on Windows 11? Right now the thumb only appears when you mouse over the scrollbar. This is a major usability issue, especially for long documents, as I have to guess where the thumb is and then make a corrective mouse movement when I inevitably get it wrong. In Acrobat on previous Windows versions and in every other app on Windows 11, a skinny scollbar thumb is always shown so that I can mouse directly to it and the thumb gets big when you mouse over it. In Adobe Acrobat on Windows 11, no thumb is shown by default and the skinny thumb only appears when you mouse over the scrollbar. The following screen captures demonstrate the issue. In the first screen capture, I am attempting to scroll a long document in Adobe Acrobat. Notice how the sc

I don't want any AI in my Adobe Apps. Can AI be turned off?In addition, my Acrboat says to update it, but CreativeCloud says it is up-to-date. I click Restart and it crashes.

Somehow I have new flows over my artboards. I don't know how they were added. How do I delete these or hide them?  The "Flow" and "Flow 2" icons - I want to completely remove these or hide them.

I just made an adobe account few days ago and I am trying to add phone number so I can start uploading Stocks but I can’t add my phone number, it says “An error occurred while performing this action. Please try again later”. I have tried it for 3 days and I still get that error. I have tried VPN, tried on my phone through Safari but I still can’t add it.

I signed up for an Adobe Acrobat 7-day free trial and cancelled the plan on the very same day, less than 12 hours after activating it. I also received an email confirmation confirming that my subscription had been cancelled.Despite this, I was charged for the plan a month later. This is unacceptable, as I cancelled within the trial period and have proof of the cancellation. I am requesting a full refund of the charge and immediate confirmation that this subscription has been cancelled and will not renew in the future.

Hello,I just signed up for the student free trial which includes photoshop. I purchased the free trial so that I could fix some blurred photos. I looked at the instructional videos that are provided through Photoshop, and the only video that popped up on how to fix a blurred photo was a video showing how to use the Shake Reduction tool. However, I was just informed by an Adobe representitive that the Shake Reduction tool was removed from the 2024 version. I would like to suggest that the video for the Shake Reduction tool be removed from the 2024 version, or at least have it explain that the Shake Reduction tool is only available in older versions. For me, knowing that would have saved me a lot of time and frustration, as that tool is the only one I was needing to use and that is why I purchased the free trial. P.S I am an amature when it comes to Photoshop, any suggestions on other ways to fix a blurred photo would be appreciated.

I'd like to be able to hear the preview in my left earbud, too. That would be convenient and less stressful. Working with two audio channels is much more convenient—where is this hidden option? Why hasn't this been made publicly available yet? P.S. Please don't tell me about headphones, cache, or updates.

I already cancelled the free trial plan on 9 August 2026 (cancellation email reveived) but Adobe still charge me the full payment on 15 August 2026. How can I request the full refund for the payment?

Hello,I've recently come across a bug in Premiere Pro.  At least, I think it's a bug. I have multiple sequences going in a project for various things.  One's for broll, one's for the rough cut, etc.Whenever i move from sequence to sequence, my playhead automatically jumps to the beginning of the sequence.  This is has only started happening recently, probably within the last update or so. It is slowing down my process dramatically, as I need to keep the play head where I last had it, as I'm working through my rough cut sequence adding various things to it, music, broll, etc. Has anyone else seen this issue arise?

Hello everyone, I hope this is the right place to ask this technical question. I'm developing a adobe premiere pro plugin with UXP. I understand it's in beta but hope I get some light on my issue. I can't get my panel icons to display. The panel shows a default/blank icon instead of my custom icons. What I've tried:1. Following Adobe's icon documentation with proper naming convention (icons/plugin-icon.png in manifest,icons/plugin-icon@1x.png and icons/plugin-icon@2x.png as files)2. Using both 23x23 (panel icons) and 48x48 (plugin icons) sizes3. Testing with different paths and filenames4. Verifying icons are correctly copied to dist folder when building my plugin Environment: My manifest.json structure: { "version": "0.7.17", "main": "index.html", "manifestVersion": 5, "host": [ { "app": "premierepro", "minVersion": "25.3.0" } ], "entrypoints": [ { "type": "panel", "id": "apps", "icons": [

I started the 7-day free trial, but unfortunately, it didn’t work for me and I didn’t like the system. I canceled the trial that same night, and I even have the confirmation email stating that the cancellation was completed. However, when the billing date arrived, I was still charged the $19 monthly fee. Honestly, I’m very frustrated because if someone cancels their subscription during the free trial, they shouldn’t be charged afterward.Could someone please help me understand how I can request a refund? I would really appreciate it if you could provide me with an email address or contact information for someone who can assist me with this issue.Thank you!

Administrators need Acrobat Sign Solutions for Enterprise to create workflow templates, but do users also need this license to start workflows? Can we just purchase Acrobat Pro licenses for users who won't use the created workflows or who will only participate as approvers/signers in it?

My audio is consistently exporting quieter than my timelines. To test this I imported a wav file, created sequence from the file so all settings match, made sure audio clip mixer is 0, made sure audio track mixer is 0, matched sequence settings to export settings, (mono staying mono, matching hz, matching bit rate, etc) ensured effects were off (like loudness normalization being off) exported wav to same settings as original file. I then re-import the newly exported file into Premiere and it is 2-3db quieter than the original. Please help. Thanks!

Hi, With an educational licence for Adobe Creative Cloud 'CCE All Apps for K-12' Is it possible to use the ChatGPT 'Adobe' Plugin? The issue is when a user tries to install the Adobe Plugin with ChatGPT (Free Tier) it prompts you to sign in, once you do this the following message is shown: 'Your organization does not allow access to third party applications.' I have looked in the Adobe Admin Console and cannot locate an option to allow/configure this under:Admin Console → Products → App Integrations.  Enter Account DetailsMany Thanks
