I have a perpetual license of Adobe Acrobat X and can use it on my old computer. I want to change to a new computer, but I can’t deactivate Adobe Acrobat X on the old computer, and therefore cannot reactivate on the new computer. Does anyone know if this will be possible or futile to try?  I followed this advice to no avail:Similar to BenjaminWKI question: I followed the advice of Peru Bob to contact adobe support and request an "activation count reset", but the chat agent said We dont have access to activation counter, the servers have been decommisioned Please post your query in adobe community forum for latest help on this The article you are refereeing to is very old article , which no longer applicable

I have been trying to get information on how to get on a tech support phone call with someone at Adobe about Premiere and have not been able to. I am a paid Creative Cloud subscriber. Let me know. Thanks!

Hardware:Mac Mini M4 Pro with 24 GB RAM and 16 GPU cores. The same issue also occurs on an M1 Pro. Lightroom Classic 15.2 macOS Tahoe 26.3 RAW ARW files from Sony A1, A9ii and A9i as well as compressed DNG converted files behave similarly. GPU acceleration is enabled in Preferences > PerformanceObserved behavior with AI Denoise Lightroom Classic Denoising a single image via the Detail panel is very fast: 5–7 seconds. When batch-processing even just 2 images, the first image processes quickly (normal speed), but the second image takes 38–40 seconds — about 5× slower. In larger batches (e.g., 100 images), the first image remains fast, but all subsequent images (the remaining 99) are consistently slow. Creating a preset that applies only Denoise and applying it to a single image results in the slow processing time (~40 seconds). Denoising one image quickly, then syncing that setting to another image, is also very slow.Workaround comparison: Manually scrolling through thumbnails and cli

Hello,I have a problem, I will be going to art school next month. When I started my current subscription, I didn't know that the school would give me a discount on the Adobe Creative Cloud package, but I can't find anywhere how to change my subscription to a student subscription. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks in advance.

II am contacting you regarding my Adobe Acrobat Premium subscription, which was recently renewed automatically. I did not intend to continue the subscription and was unaware that the renewal would be processed at this time. As soon as I noticed the charge, I decided to cancel the subscription renewal. I would kindly like to request a refund for the recent payment, as the renewal was not intentional and I do not plan to use the subscription going forward. I would greatly appreciate your assistance and consideration regarding this request. Thank you for your time and understanding.

I’m using Photoshop CS6.Someone else created a lovely intersecting double ellipse in Photoshop to use as a banner border, which I “stole” from one of their PSD files - but I can’t work out how they created it - or how to modify it, other than by using the transform tool.I’ve uploaded it to double ellipse.psd. Their banner is visible when you open the file, and is in the layer group “Elipse Banner”. My attempt is in the hidden layer group “My attempt”. If you hide the “Elipse Banner” group and unhide the other group, you’ll see my attempt. How can I create a double ellipse banner like theirs from scratch? Theirs has an almost rectangular shape (but with smooth curves, not straight lines), whereas my attempt is much more elliptical. I managed to make the tops of my ellipses meet, like theirs does, using the direct selection tool - but I can’t work out for the life of me how to get that almost rectangular shape, wihich is vital in a mult-line banner, as otherwise the text will overlap the

I got a ACE for Photoshop 5.5 back in the 2000s. Took the test through Pearsons in Denver and did pass. I have been using the ACE logo on my website and resumes but I am appling for an adjunct teaching postion at a private university and they would like to see some documation for this and for my Adobe Digital instuctor award too. Does Adobe keep any records for these?

My Lightroom Classic catalog got corrupted so I created a new one and imported all my photos from the corrupted one. That worked fine. Now, I am trying to get it back to syncing properly. I enabled sync on the new catalog. Lightroom created a "From Lightroom" collection set, but all downloaded collections remain empty. Sync stopped after approximately about 2,000 photographs and has remained at that count for several days even though there are over 30,000 photos to be synced. Sync Activity continuously shows cloud asset downloads, but no progress is made. The original local collections remain intact but are no longer linked to the cloud. Enabling sync on one of those collections creates a duplicate cloud album instead of reconnecting it. Does anyone know what I should do?

I opened an Adobe Stock Contributor account with my own information about 5-6 years ago. But I did not do any work on that account and it was not used for a long time. Then around 2022 or 2023, I opened another Adobe Stock Contributor account with another Gmail, using the same information and started using it on another device. No login or information from the previous account is associated with this new device. I am working regularly on this new account and have also submitted tax information. So far, everything is working fine.Recently, I recovered my old, previously unused Adobe Stock account and started using it again. I gave the name and information of another family member to this account. That owner's tax information and payout method will be different.A Behance account with my own information was previously associated with the old account. Now I have also changed the information of that Behance account and matched it with the information of the new owner given in the Adobe Stock

Hello all,I hope this forum is the right place to ask this type of question. If it doesn’t belong here, do not hesitate to delete it and I’ll take it elsewhere.I am working on a project of art book, a coffee-table book. To give you an idea, the page size is currently set at 250 mm wide (almost 10 inches) × 340 mm tall (13.3 inches). The basic photos I work with are uncompressed TIFF files of 7,500 × 5,200 pixels, which at the rate of 300 ppi, should be enough to cover a full spread when necessary. Each TIFF file “weighs” about 230–270 MB.However, many times I will use the photos at sizes smaller than one page. My question is, in such a case, should I always Place the full-sized TIFF file anyway, and trim it down to the desired dimensions in InDesign, or do that work before in Photoshop and import (Place) only the smallest possible photo file, so as to avoid bloating my book document? Or does it not really matter after all, as the number of megabytes saved would be negligible?Placing th

Any mask that I create in LRC the selection turns to B&W.  The only way I can revert back to color is to undo the mask.  if I leave the Mask Edit menu and go to Basic Edit menu, the selected objects are still B&W and all the sliders work as expected on the B&W object, i.e. if I change the Exposure slider the B&W object change brightness just as the rest of the image. This happens with both .nef & .dng files. Ken Anderson (aka keniliamna)

Hello everyone, this is practical and worth researching.Prerequisite: I have already selected cells from multiple columnsResult: Select the corresponding column in the current text box. Or the corresponding column of the entire table (header and footer are not selected)Manual drag and drop can be implemented, but scripts should be able to implement it. Perhaps you have a good idea.

I'm a seasoned Photoshop/Bridge CS5 user who recently upgraded to CS6.  In Bridge I just ran my first Image Processor batch, trying to convert a set of RAW .NEF files to .PSD files with a basic editing action I created applied to them.  Photoshop CS6 opens the files from Bridge and applies the actions, but then I get the "Script alert" error message "Sorry I could not process the following files" and a list of all of the files in the batch I was trying to run the script on.  The files all remain open and are saved on my hard drive in a folder created by the Image Processor script, but do not close unless I manually close them.  I never had this problem in CS5 where the image processor would apply the desired actions to the batch of photos one at a time, then save and close.  Thoughts on how I can fix this bug?

Dear,I'm looking for download links to old versions of Lightroom/Photoshop, respectively v13.5 and v25.2. When checking old version Adobe Creative cloud only suggest the Lightroom classic v12.5.2 for macOS BigSur. I'm running with a MacPro and Monterey. the v13.5 / v25.12 seems to be the last one compatible with my configuration. I tried different method to find an old version but Adobe do not list anymore all old version. Could I expect some support and a link where to download Lightroom Classic v13.5 and Photoshop v25.12?Thank you

I have an issue for about last month or so that every time I remove something from a photo, it can be a dirty spot in the sky and it can be a socket on the wall, each one of them can take 5 sec or 10 minutes.Sometimes it will remove a spot in a sec and in the next it will take forever. 5-10 minutes.I worked with gemini and this are the things I did to try and solve this:- Created a new catalog and gave it more space for cache, I think 5GB was the recommendation if I remember correctly.- I added memory to my pc now it is 2*16GB.- Changed my wierelles card now my internet is 100GB download 80GB upload.Overall my pc works very fast and has no issues, this is the only one. What else can I do to make this processes faster?I can’t work and provide results for my customers and it hurts my business badly.

It is freaking irritating! Some time ago I was told that after canceling plan not longer than for week or so I will get a refund and where the heck is it??????? I had a chat with agent and he just canceled the chat without resolving my question.  What the???? Email: REMOVED FROM THIS PUBLIC FORUM TO PREVENT SPAM[Profanity removed by moderator]
