Is there any way to turn off the automatic upload to cloud feature ? There should be.Give users the freedom to choose if they want to upload the file or not.

I want to raise a complaint about a forced/continued subscription charge, but this "great" company gives no real way to reach anyone, just article after article after article.Even the "Contact Us" section is broken: there's a "Support" option with a "Start Now" button, but clicking it just takes you back to the same help-articles homepage, in a loop. No chat, no email, nothing.Has anyone actually managed to get through to a real person recently? Any working link or workaround would be genuinely appreciated.https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

Dear Adobe Support Team, I have just noticed that I have been charged CHF 11.90 monthly for a subscription I did not purchase. It appears it might be related to Adobe Express, but after thoroughly checking my Adobe account, purchases, and billing history, there is no record of this subscription. This situation is highly concerning and resembles a scam, which is not something I would expect from a reputable company like Adobe. Please investigate this matter and cancel the subscription immediately. I would also appreciate confirmation that no further charges will occur. Thank you in advance for your prompt assistance. Best regards,Islam Salikhanov

My recent Premiere project files have disappeared after the 26.0 update. Nothing in the auto save folders, nothing anywhere. It says the last time I opened that file was May of 2026, because I opened it a couple of weeks ago and used it.Plus all of my presets for editing workspaces were gone as well. Ive been with you guys since 3.0 but this has made me decide to drop you and go somewhere else.[Profanity removed by moderator]

Hey i claimed my adobe express premium through Airtel thanks app and it will expire on 3 july 2027 so I want to cancel it before I get charged..Can you tell me how to cancel the subscription coz I don't want to be get charged.

Sometimes Premiere completely misses a line of dialogue, and I can’t figure out how to add it at the correct time. For example, someone says “That actually worked!” with several seconds of silence before and after it. Premiere recognizes the surrounding dialogue but skips that line entirely. There isn’t even a […] placeholder where it belongs—it’s just missing.I can hear the words and mark exactly where they start and end with In/Out points. Is there a way to tell Premiere, “These words were spoken in this range,” and add them to the source transcript in the text-based editing tool?Adding the words to a neighboring transcript segment doesn’t work properly because the nearest recognized dialogue is several seconds away. I want the missing line to be searchable and usable for text-based editing, with the correct timing.Am I missing an option, or does this currently require exporting, editing, and reimporting the transcript? If there isn’t a direct way to do it, could Adobe add one?

I started yesterday to work on Premiere Pro 2026 and have been experiencing the following issue: when editing with headphones, the audio track on channels 1 and 2 come out only from my left headphone, and channels 3 and forward are muted even if the “M” button is obviously off. Without headphones the problem doesn’t exist. I have already checked the settings on “Audio Channels”  and it is set to Stereo L+R, so the issue really doesn’t make sense.I am not experiencing this issue on the 2025 version or on the Beta version, while using the same settings.Applying audio effects such as Fill also doesn’t work - and even if it did it would be highly impractical to apply an effect to each audio track for this purpose. I have also checked with colleagues and compared settings - mine seems to be an isolated case. Is there anyone who could help me fixing this? It is really a drag. Thank you!

Was tun? MfG Gottfried, Wien

I just switched to a new computer (Windows) and installed Animate. Now whenever I used the Classic Brush tool, each stroke starts out as slightly transparent with a lined pattern inside. This pattern disappears when I release my pen and the stroke returns to normal. This doesn’t interfere with the drawing, but it’s definitely annoying. The Fluid Brush or Pencil do not have the same issue. Here is a video of what it looks like.Is this an issue with Animate itself? Or does this indicate something else like a driver problem? I use a Cintiq 16.

support told me to post a question to the forum. How do I do that?

Yesterday i could work on my project and put a FX video GRID on my video . Today the option GRID is gone off the Video FX list to chose from . Where is it gone and how can i get it back ?

Hello everyone,I’m writing to seek guidance and request a review regarding the deactivation of my Adobe Stock contributor account.I recently received a notification stating that my account was blocked due to a violation of the Contributor Terms and submission guidelines. However, to the best of my knowledge, I have not submitted any new content for some time, so I am unclear about what may have triggered this action.I have always made a genuine effort to follow Adobe Stock’s guidelines carefully. My work mainly consists of AI-generated images and videos created using tools such as Freepik Pikaso, ensuring that content adheres to licensing requirements and platform rules. If any of my previously submitted content has unintentionally violated the guidelines, I fully respect Adobe’s policies. I am completely willing to: Remove any content that may be in violation Accept removal of any associated earnings if required Take corrective steps to ensure full compliance moving forward I have

Over the past few days I've been looking into methods to either set up, generate or manage restaurant menus variably. One of my clients is a hospitality group that owns a few different restaurants, most of which I designed the menus for. However they often simultaneously update their menus and prices for all locations which results in quite a laborious proces that leaves a lot of room for human error. This because theres multiple variants of the same menu in use at different shapes and sizes. (For instance within the restaurant, outdoors on the wall, in front of the restaurant in a display, some have menu's behind the counters etc.) Which makes it quite easy to miss a value or some textual tweak. What I would ideally like to do is hand the restaurant managers an excel sheet that follows a specific format and based off of this generate the individual menus or change details where need be. (for instance containing: menu item, title, type, price, description, etc.) I've bee

Dear Adobe Stock Contributor Support Team,I am writing to formally express my concern and disappointment regarding the deactivation of my Adobe Stock contributor account.I have invested a significant amount of time, effort, and creativity into building my portfolio on Adobe Stock. My work represents months (and years) of dedication, careful editing, and adherence to quality standards. The sudden deactivation of my account has been very discouraging, especially as I did not receive a clear explanation or a response to my earlier messages. If any of my content unintentionally violated Adobe Stock’s contributor guidelines, I sincerely apologize. There was never any intention to break the rules or compromise Adobe Stock’s standards. I respect Adobe’s policies and value the platform as a professional marketplace for creatives.I

Hello everyone.I am currently paying for a Creative Cloud Pro plan, which includes Adobe Stock. When trying to access the website to download some textures, it does not recognize my subscription. I have tried multiple ways to access my subscription to adobe stock, even by accessing it through "my apps", yet it still does not recognize it. This is becoming increasingly frustrating that it is not  recognizing that I am paying $479 for a subscription. Any help would be appreciated. Here is a screenshot of what plan I have.

Hello everyone.I need to distinguish whether I am currently using the 'selection tool' or the 'direct selection tool'.Is there any way to implement it using scripts?Or, how to distinguish which tool I am currently using to select "object", "path", or content. Both of the following are true.alert(item.constructor.name == 'Rectangle');alert(item.parent.constructor.name == 'Spread');It seems like there's nothing I can do.Thank you very much.

Hello Adobe team, I’d like to suggest a feature that I believe would significantly improve the workflow for many users: the ability to select multiple handles (anchor point direction handles) and manipulate them simultaneously.Currently, it’s only possible to adjust handles one at a time, which makes fine-tuning more time-consuming and less precise — especially when working with similar curves across different points. A feature that allows users to select and move multiple handles at once — either proportionally or freely — would greatly enhance efficiency. This functionality would add even more power to the Direct Selection tool and give users greater control and speed when working with complex vector shapes.Thank you for considering this suggestion, and for the amazing work you continue to do with Illustrator!

Prior to around 10:00 am  today, I could right click an image I was editing in Lightroom Classic and select "Edit In" and then "Edit in Adobe Photoshop 2026..." and it would open  Photoshop 2026, if one wasn't already open, and then open a TIFF called "<image filename>-Edit.tif" with all my Lightroom edits. It was working this morning, but now suddenly when I right click the image in Lightroom Classic and select "Edit in"and then "Edit in Adobe Photoshop 2026..." it will open Photoshop 2026 but will not open the file...it just stops at the Photoshop Recent File list.  I have tried all of these:1. Checking for updates. Non available.  I’m all up to date.2. Trying through the top menu: Photo>Edit in> Edit in Adobe Photoshop 2026...” but that didn’t work.3. Restarting my computer. That didn’t work.3. Uninstalling both Photoshop and Lighroom, restarting my computer, and then reinstalling Photshop first and Lightroom second.  I did it twice: once keeping all of the plugins on my

When double-clicking a PDF in Windows 10 File Explorer, Acrobat gives the above error message.  The same problem occurs when choosing "Open With..." from the context menu and choosing Adobe Acrobat.  Choosing "Open With..." using other applications such as Firefox or Chrome does not produce any error.  Choosing "Edit with Adobe Acrobat" from the context menu opens the file without error.  Opening the file from within Acrobat using File/Open does not give any error. The problem is recent, reproducible, and persisted after doing a repair installation of Acrobat.

I think this might be a problem related to text wrap, because I previously put a block of text with text wrap and now apparently doesn’t have it (even though it does). So when I check for this text box (image below) it has no text wrap either but that might not be the case. There’s no appearance panel so I’m not sure how I should check this.
