Basically, what the title says- Latest Illustrator on Windows 11. I have a large list of actions that I use daily, and I have them all assigned to the “F” keys along with combinations of the shift and control keys. I just made 3 new actions, and I have Shift+Control F2, F3, and F4 available as shortcuts. The problem is, Shift+Control+F4 is grayed out and there is nothing I have been able to do to unlock it. I don’t see anything else using it either. What can I do to get this working?

CancelBeing Charged To CancelWhen Can I cancelWhen does my subscription end

This past week very annoying little pop ups have been appearing on the right side of my Photoshop that I am assuming is AI generated by what I'm doing presently. I don't want them - at all. They just clutter up my screen and have absolutely no value to my process at this experience level. How do I turn them off? No, this is not about the left side panel tool tips and rich tool tips. I've already shut those off through preference and they are unrelated to this new annoyance as far as I can tell. Here is a screenshot of one of these pop ups.

I understand 2024 was the last version with a lifetime licence. I do not want to pay for a subscription. Does anyone know where I can buy 2024 version. I am currently on V15.

When I'm using RAW images for editing, I typically load 10-20 images in Camera Raw. When I try to use AI-related features like AI masking, I receive the following error message:"The graphics processor has encountered an unrecoverable error.Due to a run-time error, GPU acceleration has been disabled for the remainder of the session."I have tried all the methods mentioned in forums for months, almost 6 months now. Currently, I cannot even edit a single photo if the preset is slightly heavy with AI tools such as subject selection or background selection.I have taken the following steps to try to resolve the issue:Updated the BIOS.Performed a clean installation of Windows.Conducted a driver cleanup.Updated drivers to the latest versions.Reinstalled Adobe apps.Tried using a previous version of Camera Raw (version 14.x).Used only Adobe default settings (without my own presets).Experimented with all combinations of graphic acceleration settings.Logged into a new admin user account.Had an Adob

Photoshop 27.x forces large hover tooltip panels (e.g., Generative Fill) with no option to disable them. These appear across tools and interfere with normal workflow. Previous versions allowed turning off “Rich Tooltips,” but that control has been removed. Please restore a simple preference to disable these panels.

So, I created a file with like 20 pages. I want to convert this into one single video, by adding all the pages to a timeline and export as mp4. There seems to be no way I can add my pages to a timeline, though. All I'm presented with, is the possibility to blank scenes or local files to my timeline. Not pages from existing Adobe Express files… What am I missing?

After updating to Version (26.001.21431) none of the toolbar or menu bar settings will stay active. I have tried a “Repair Installation”, a "Restore last view settings when reopening documents", and “Reset Toolbars”. No matter what every ocument I open now defaults to the menu bar and tool bar being turned off. Please fix this. It has never been an issue until the latest update.

We’ve run into a new problem (April 2024) with Adobe Acrobat Pro being unable to connect to the SharePoint server to publish or get comments from Shared Review PDFs. Note: We have tried basic troubleshooting (restarting app, restarting system, reinstalling app, however the problem persists). The old workaround for this issue (resetting internet explorer) does not work. Problem Summary:We believe the problem is that Adobe Acrobat Pro uses an Internet Explorer embedded control to sign-in to SharePoint and access Shared Review PDFs. Internet Explorer is *end of life* and SharePoint automatically blocks Internet Explorer sign in to SharePoint and One Drive. (Adobe Article - "Use of Internet Explorer embedded control for SharePoint Shared Reviews") As an Adobe Acrobat Pro user when you open a Shared Review PDF hosted on SharePoint what you see is an unexpected pop-up message telling you to upgrade your Browser (picture below). This pop-up is due to SharePoint blocking In

Using Adobe Acrobat Pro javascript.  Need to detect when user clicks “Cancel” in Windows file dialog box triggered by adobe javascript importAnFDF() command.   Using this code :var noCatch = 0;try{importAnFDF();} catch (err) {app.alert("Import of Saved SGS File Cancelled by USER",3);noCatch = 1;}if(noCatch==0){app.alert("File Imported",3);} // Code returns “File imported” when user actually cancelled the Windows dialog box.

Oops… I meant to type “ase” file, but I can’t edit the title apparently. Hi all! I’m trying to load a specific swatch palette (not the default one). I’ve done it a million times. I’m running Indesign v. 21.3 on my Mac. I’m not trying to add it to the default color palette… I want it to be a separate palette. Today it’s trying to add a swatch to the library… instead of letting me open my .ase file. I’ve not encountered this before. I have nothing selected. What am I doing wrong? Thank you!

Hello,I noticed, during a preflight check of a formatted book, that all my fonts—loaded via Adobe Fonts—were flagged as unauthorized.I contacted Adobe, but so far without any result. All of their suggested “procedures” have failed.Have you encountered this issue? If so, how did you resolve it?Thank you for your help.Have a great day,Anne

I have an adobe acrobat account. A payment failed for the AI assistant. I never chose to have this, I don’t want it. But they’re attempting to charge my (empty) bank account. I went to cancel this plan I never consented to. It said I had to change my payment method. I only have one payment method. It all links back to my empty account. I went to go and delete my account, but it doesn’t let me unless I cancel the plan. But I’m not allowed to cancel my plan unless I change my payment method. They’re making it impossible to delete my account, and I can’t even contact them. What do I do? I don’t want them to take money for something I never consented to, and I don’t want to have to pay to delete my account.

In letzter Zeit werden manchmal Bilder im PDF nicht angezeigt. Erst nachdem man zoomt, wird das Bild plötzlich sichtbar. Woran liegt das? Verwende Version 2026.00.21411

Is Adobe’s new Layout Variations feature currently available in the illustrator beta version?I’m not seeing Layout Variations in the toolbar in my beta version.I’m just curious if this feature, as shown in the video Project Remix a Lot - GS3-2, is accessible in the current beta version, as the layout variations toolbar isn’t showing up for me.

Hello,Since yesterday, when I want to zoom in on an image using my mouse wheel, I have to hold down the Alt key instead of the Ctrl key. Am I the only one experiencing this problem? Is this a new setting? Or is it simply a bug due to the Lightroom Cloud update?I should mention that on Friday I updated my PC to the latest Insider Dev version of Windows 11: https://blogs.windows.com/windows-insider/2026/04/17/announcing-windows-11-insider-preview-build-26300-8276-dev-channel/

Adobe’s online “Adobe Podcast” program needs to be incorporated into Premiere now. Why isn’t it already?

I’m needing the “Convert TrueType fonts to CID fonts” option in preflight. How do we get this option? This is a screenshot I found online on how to access it, but I only have the “convert fonts to outlines”.  Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,How do I add a color background to a text box in a PDF doc using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC? I want the color specifically added to the box not the rest of the page. Thanks!

I can't pay Firefly, it gives me an error.

The latest update - 26.001.21431 - does not work for Adobe Acrobat Reader.26.001.21431 Planned update, Apr 14, 2026 — Acrobat-Acrobat Reader Release NotesI usually push the MUI Reader update without issue, but when I try to run this MSP I get the following error: “This patch package could not be opened. Contact the application vender to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer patch package.” Is there something wrong with the latest patch? The ones before it worked fine. The Acrobat Pro patch for today also worked fine.EDIT - Looks like the one from April 10th also doesn’t work. The last patch I used without issue was AcroRdrDCx64Upd2600121367_MUI.msp

Why cant I update aplplications in the Cloud?

Each time I open up a new project and head over to the Audio Workspace in Premiere Pro 2025 the Audio Track Mixer panel does not show correctly. The Audio Track Mixer meters are not showing. I can see the meters in the Audio Mix panel correctly. I have to save and exit the programme then when I re-open the project it appears. It is quite annoying as I am paying for this programme. Any ideas?
