Solved

Great that the latest Photoshop has "full" webp support, but lacking is the ability to export artboards to webp format. I build a lot of my website graphics as artboards, but it looks like I will need an intermediary step of saving the artboards as PSD files first, and then exporting them as webp? Or am I missing something? Thanks, Judi

Hi Adobe Community, I’m running into an issue when using Generative AI on the iPad versions of Lightroom and Photoshop. I’m working on portrait photos where the model only has exposed shoulders—absolutely no nudity or explicit content; the model is draped with a sheet and nothing private is visible. When I try to use AI tools to extend her hair or make small edits, the software gives me an error or says the content violates Adobe’s guidelines. I also cannot edit the background, like adding a vase of flowers. Has anyone else encountered this with non-nude portrait photography? Are there any workarounds to allow edits like extending hair or adding background elements while staying within Adobe’s guidelines? Thanks in advance for any advice!

I have a really strange issue, where my audio is fine outside of After Effects, but breaks once it has been imported.  By "breaks up"I mean that some words in a sentence are completely omitted, however the audio plays at the correct speed.  This results in the audio ending way sooner than the video, and the video not being in sync with the audio.  It was fine yesterday, so I thought that it might have just been a problem while saving, so i tried it in Premiere.  Same problem.  It's not just a preview issue either.  After exporting from Media Encoder, the audio remains broken.  I can't even completely restart the project, as every time I import a video, the audio in the video breaks up.  A quick response would be much appreciated, as I would like to complete this project as soon as possible.EDIT: It's also only with specific clips.  Some clips are completely untouched, while others are unusable.

Goodmorning everyone,When I set the brush size to 200 pixels, I see a circle of about 400 pixels. When I start painting, the brush changes to the correct size, but I can't place the brush against a line to start painting precisely. The brush does this on both my Mac screen and my BenQ screen. It also does it in all versions of Photoshop, 2024, 2025, and 2026. It's been doing this for a while, but it's getting increasingly annoying.using iMac 26.3 Thanks for helping Jan Malschaert

Vielen Dank!   Viele Grüße

Hi everyone,I’m hoping someone can help me out. This is a bit tricky to explain, so I’ve attached the After Effects file.I’m working on a Lower Third MOGRT in After Effects, and it’s almost finished. The only problem I’m stuck with is the anchor point behavior when changing the width of a shape.I have a shape behind the name that can be extended (x-scale) to the right using a slider in the Essential Graphics panel. Since it’s a bezier shape, I created null controllers for the path points. To scale the shape, I linked the position of these path-point nulls to a slider control. I had to do it this way because all corners except one are rounded, and I wanted to keep the amount of roundness when scaling. The anchor point of this shape should always stay in the top-right corner (the corner at 90 degrees). This is important because the shape has a pop-open animation, like a speech bubble, that scales from that corner. What’s happeningAt the minimum width, everything works correctly: the bubble

Using my iPhone I scan the Document and the PDF is created. I rename the document. Then it begins to upload then says “Waiting to upload” for days or weeks. then i shut down the phone to lose the document and to start this process all over. I have logged out of my phone and as well off my PC. Nothing seems to fix this issue. I also noticed that the same issue has been going on for the past 6 years and no fix has come. Can we get a ETAS on a fix for the Adobe Scan App uploading error?

Hi!I have not cancelled the free trial on time for Adobe Scan and I have been charged with the full uear subscription. This happened last Feb 17. 2026 which is within the allowable refund time, however google wouldn't refund the purchase.  I would like to ask for assistance for the refund process via adobe if possible.

I have tried several times now to install Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to sign an electronic document. When I install the program, I don’t receive any error message, and the installation page appears with 100% progress with “Finish” button, as though installation was successful. But when I go to find the app, it is nowhere to be found. It does not show up on my list of installed applications. It does not appear when I try to “Open with...” on a PDF file. It disappears to the point that the .exe installation file has also disappeared out of my Downloads folder. This same thing happens whether I try installing from the Microsoft app store or whether I download the program from the official Adobe website.  I had already tried running the Adobe Acrobat Cleaner program that was recommended on some other pages several times. It says that it doesn’t detect an installation of Adobe Acrobat. I have restarted my computer every time afterwards, before trying to install Acrobat Reader, but it sti

I have cleared my font cache, I have restarted, i have reset my preferences, and yet still none of my glyphs for any fonts are applying to the characters in indesign. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello,I have a big problem since a while. One of my After Effects projects linked to my Premiere Pro project has completely disappeared from my computer due to an error in both programs.I had saved it in a dedicated folder but I can't find it anymore even though it was still there this morning.Even the auto backups of the AEP project are no longer there, I only have those of the day before. Can you tell me how to recover this file? This is the first time this has happened to me.Thanks in advance.

Hello,In this example, at the bottom, I have several bullets (see blue line) where I have not used some tab stops.Do you advise me to use tab stops in that case (for these bullets) ?

I had just finished saving a large PSB file I had been working on when my screen went black.  After turning the computer back on (it’s a new laptop, and I haven’t had previous issues with it) I opened my file.  I had 3 files open at the time of the crash, and 2 of them opened as Recovered.  The main file did not.  Perhaps because I had just saved it?  In any case, although it contained many layers, there was only one layer when I reopened it, and it was black.  I’’ve attached a screenshot.  I Googled if Photoshop saves temp or backup files somewhere, and saw that it can in the folder path listed below, but there were no PSB/PSD files there.  Is there anywhere else Photoshop may have saved this file on my computer?  Thank you.  C:\Users[YourUsername]\AppData\Local\Temp\

Hi,I've recently discovered that the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader v2025.1.20432.0 is still using vulnerable openssl library v3.0.14, however the new v3.0.16 is available. I am wondering if there is a planned fix for updating the openssl library from Adobe in order to mitigate vulnerabilities related to openssl library? Thanks in advance.

Avec l’ancien l’ancien Lightroom, je traitais mes images et lors de l’enregistrement je pouvais renommer le fichier .jpg tout en conservant le nom de fichier (appelé chez vous : nom de fichier conservé).

I have printed a photo from photoshop and somehow the printing has become a mess, first time I printed the photo was faded, second time I printed (not sure what I changed to be honest, colorsync kept coming up and all. I said was Okay) and it printed in grey scale, now after hours of trying to just print a nice quality photo, It comes out willy nilly in either too dark, not right, or greyscale. so I would love to rest the print settings, just to go back to what it was prior to me going nuts today. but i do not want to reset the entire PS < i am worried I would lose my desktop settings and brushes would be removed, moved around etc that I have already set up years ago to my liking. Please help!thank you !!

Hi guys,I cannot change the properties of a PDF file, like author, title, subject, and keywords as all these fields are grayed out. Some of the PDF files I have are filled with information, and some are not. For both cases I am unable to change them.I have considered the possibility that these files are protected by their creators, but the files have no passwords, and I have even tried to create my own PDF using Microsoft Office Word Document and then saved it as a PDF, and even then, though I'm the creator of the file it shows the author with a name I have never seen before and I still cannot change that.I am using Windows 7, and am using Adobe Reader 9.4.I have attached a screenshot of the grayed out part where I get to it by:01. Opening a PDF file.02. On the tabs above, select File.03. Select Properties.I even considered the security tab, but all of the files are showing with no security in the security method! Here is how I got to the security tab:01. Opening the PDF file.02. I can’t find any way to show the content of a note. Anyone?

Fresh Windows 11 Pro 25H2 installation (26200.7840), fresh Adobe CC installation, fresh everything. Illustrator (30.2.1.1) hangs whenever I try to quit the application. Can only force quit / kill the process. This also happens when I click the (NEW) Templates link on the Illustrator Home Screen. The home screen area hangs and becomes unresponsive. You can still use the application’s main pulldown menus and even create a new document and do things but the homescreen layer remains hung.Things usually seem to be less responsive with interactions that try to reach some server in that bloody bloated inline browser, for all the bloatware the new UI is drowning in. I don’t even use them, I noticed when I was trying to troubleshoot. I would completely remove those slapped on features if I could but there doesn’t seem to be an option to debloat it.The core application does function and do all the rest it is supposed to do. All the generative bloatware, those panels that request a connection to

I made the mistake of upgrading my Mac Studio to MacOS Tahoe, and now Premiere is practically impossible to use. Playback is choppy with the program choking on any timeline with more than one clip / effect, and simple edits have crazy input lag. I know how to revert back to Sequioa, but I don't have a Time Machine backup before Tahoe so it seems pointless. Based on last year's Sequioa release, does anyone have an idea of when Adobe would release a patch to support the new MacOS? Will it be this year since they normally only release 5-6 updates and we're already at 25.5? Anyone else struggling with this and found any workarounds? DON'T UPDATE YET IF YOU HAVEN'T

We are putting a workflow in place for new employee contracts and are wondering if there is a way to remove one of the signers from receiving the email with the final signed agreement.  That person gets a lot of emails already and does not want to receive a final copy of every contract.

After Effects just auto updated to 25.3 last night and I had all my settings migrate over. However now Particular isn't showing up in the Trapcode menu with the rest of the suite's plugins. All the Trapcode plugins including Particular are where they should be in the correct plugins folder but even thought the rest of the Trapcode plugins are showing in After Effects, Particular is somehow missing. For context I am using a Legacy installer that I purchased in 2017. It has worked for me all these years with updated versions of After Effects and I never moved to the Red Giant subscription plan. Has this happened to anyone else?
