Solved

Dear Adobe Team, I am writing to you because I have a strong desire to start learning Adobe After Effects. I am a 16-year-old high school student and, unfortunately, I am unable to afford a monthly subscription, nor do I have a bank card for online payments. I have a significant interest in video editing and I hope to be able to develop my skills. I know my request is unconventional, but I sincerely hope you might consider making an exception for me. Would you please consider granting me free access to the program until I turn 18, which will be on February 10, 2027? I am ready to provide proof of my student status (e.g., student email or official document) if required. Thank you in advance for your time and consideration.

How do I install Adobe Acrobat X Standard on my new Windows 11 PC?   I have uninstalled it on my old one but I get error messages when I try to install it on the new PC.   I cannot even reinstall it on the old PC now .Can anyone help? Thanksian_6691

hey, does anyone know if theres any way to download ae 22? i currently have an ae 25 subscription but i also want ae 22 since it has the theme colorization (i know stupid reason) but theres not an option to install that version in the creative cloud app

I am not an expert in Premiere, so please be kind as I probably describe this poorly. Haha.    After a recent update, when I drag transitions to my timeline, they no longer appear as separate elements; they're combined. I download these from Envato, remove what I don't need, and leave the rest.    Now, the only way I can make this happen is if I right-click them and click Open in Timeline, which opens it in a separate timeline and looks like this...     How do I get it to appear like that on my main timeline? That's what used to happen, but now I get this...     Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks! 😃   [Title edited by mod for clarity]

Hi Not sure if this is possible... but will ask just in case! I have an old video of family and in the bottom corner it has the date stamp. I want to cover the date stamp so it is not visible (but have the video astill playing).  Is there any way to obscure it? Many thanks!

Hi, please help if you can! I'm using a Mac. I've uninstalled the app, and reinstralled it through Creative Cloud. Shutdown and restarted my computer several times. Tried holding down the option key when opening the app and resetting my preferences (including clearing media cache) and Premiere still won't open. It looks like it shows the initial start-up screen, and then seems to sit in the dock, but isn't actually open. I don't have anything in the tool bar. It's like it's just not there. I have to force quit. I don't know what else i can do? Thanks.

Hello, I have Adobe Acrobat Continuous release | Version 2025.001.20918 | 64 bit. I would like to have my comment as "Annotations with connected callouts. how can i do that? Thank you so much for your help and time!

Is there a web page or video explaining how the crop tool works now? I have it set it a ratio (16:9) for video production. I want to use my cursor to draw the general area I want the crop to be. I think this is how Photoshop crop used to work in the past. Now, when I try to use my cursor to draw the area, Photoshop crops wrong and I have to keep undoing. It's extremely frustrating as I'm needing to crop specific areas of dozens of newspaper articles for a docuseries I'm an Assistant Editor on. Please help, this is driving me nuts.

Greetings all, long time reader here. First time posting. This is going to be a long post, sorry. Just wanted to give as much information as I could . Over the last few updates for Lightroom I have noticed image rendering in the develop moduale getting slower, sometimes 10-15 seconds before it is ready to edit. I have done all of the suggested tips listed in the community and elsewhere. Nothing helped unfortunetly. I run a fairly new home build fast system and confident it is not the bottleneck. After doing all of the mentioned suggestions I could find I concluded I either have a bad Lightroom install or corrupt catolog system files. I have used Lightroom for a long time, maybe even the first version. Over that time I have accumalated about 7 or so different catologs with a total 300k images. I just updated to LR 15.0.1 which was a full update with updated catologs. So I was leaning more towards corrupted catolog files. My concern with any changes was not to loose any edit history. So

Today only my amount got deducted after trial was over. I have cancel the subscription.  How can I get refund now. Kindly help please.

Hi everyone,I’m running into a recurring issue with Adobe Acrobat on Windows whenever I try to export certain long PDFs (usually 150+ pages) to Word format. These PDFs are generated from our website’s analytics dashboard for our streaming app, so they contain a mix of charts, screenshots, and text summaries. The strange part is:Acrobat begins the DOCX export normallyAround 40–60% progress, the application freezesCPU spikes, but the export never finishesI have to close Acrobat through Task ManagerWhat I’ve tried:Updated Acrobat to the latest versionExported both with and without OCRRemoved passwords and flattened layers before exportingTried “Save as Optimized PDF” — slightly faster, but still freezesExporting to RTF produces the same hangSame result on two different Windows machinesSmaller reports (under 20–30 pages) convert without issues. The problematic files seem to be the ones containing multiple high-resolution screenshots from our app’s dashboard.I’m trying to figure out:Could the

Why I can't save the pictures in jpg anymore ? It doesn't give that option and it saves it automatically in jxl. Thanks to those who can help me.

Hey, so i was drawing inside a graphic and just noticed this little crosshairs inisde a circle pop up while i was drawing. It doesn't seem to be affecting anything, and its not an emergency but just wondering what exactly this is? Did i engage a feature i'm not familiar with?

I got charged for the annual subscription to acrobat even though I had tried to cancel it. I'd love to find a way to contact someone for a refund.

Hi  We have a user who has been assigned an Adobe Pro license in the console but when signed in the app it doesn't allow him to edit PDFs advising he doesnt have access to that feature. However if we click on the signed in account and go to manage their account, the webpage also confirms they have the license there. We've attempted a full clean using the adobe DC cleaner and then reinstalled the app but the issue persists.

Hi. I'm working with InDesign 2026. I want to add a specific character at the end of every paragraph (see example). I don't know what is better: a nested style? A GREP style?

I'm using Image processor to batch convert eps files to psd in Photoshop 2026 Mac.My files have an asterisk (*) in their names, but they get replaced by underscores (_) in the exported files. Is there a way to prevent this (unwanted) substitution?

Raramente recorro ao uso, justamente por causa disso, toda vez ele tem algum erro. E muito ocasionalmente não entrega o que é solicitado.

Is there a way to stop the popups from showing up while using Photoshop... Thx

Hello, I am having issues and it's honestly the same issue that has happened a few times this year. I don't even remember how I solved it and now it's come to a point where I absolutely do not have the time to troubleshoot this anymore.  I have attempted to fix this myself by installing different versions of after effects to see if that would help change this issue and had zero success. Here's the issue:  every time I try to import into after effects, which I will sometimes either double click in the project space window or manually select file to import or sometimes even try to hit command + i.  I've been using after effects for the past 17 years so I am a seasoned veteran.   Macbook ProChip - Apple M4 ProMemory - 48 GBI would also like to note that the company I work for uses SharePoint (sharePoint has given me many issues and I'm not sure if that is the reason why this is happening).  I even tried at one point to disconnect from
