In adobe firefly web and mobile the video generation doesn't have any of the newer models like seedance 2 or later. I've had my reply on a post where this was solved but my account still doesn't show the newer models. I've logged in and out, tried on several browsers and still do not have the newer models. This bug still exists for my account and I could imagine other accounts.

I work in IT support and I'm assisting a user with an irregular issue with her Adobe Pro. When she redacts or edits a PDF document and tries to save they get the below error messages despite being the only one who has access to the document. we have tried saving it in other locations. It will then only save the PDF if they rename the file, the PDF is not protected and protected mode is switched off. it wont let them save over the original and they have tried with several documents.i have checked the settings and also reinstalled Adobe and still getting the same error message.  Thanks

I've been working on a document with some colleagues, where we would add comments to a PDF uploaded to Acrobat. It had been working fine until this morning, when I tried to open it, the whole page is blank and says “Something went wrong. Please try again later."I've tried opening it using the sharing link across multiple devices, and even used different accounts. But the same message pops up. If it matters, one of my colleagues edited it last night as a guest. I had been getting emails about each comment he leaves, but I stopped receiving these updates halfway through when he was working on it.When I try to access it from my Recent files, it just loads forever and none of my files pop up. Sometimes a message in red pops up saying “Unable to display Recent files. Please check later."Thank you so much!

I’m dealing with a persistent audio waveform problem in a Premiere Pro project using multicam sequences, and I’ve reached the point where I need someone familiar with Premiere’s underlying audio/waveform system to look at what is happening. The core problem is that the waveforms for these multicam interview clips simply do not reliably exist in the project. Every time I open the project, I end up having to rebuild/regenerate waveforms again. There does not appear to be any troubleshooting step that makes them persist. One particularly strange behavior is visible in the attached screenshots: while the project is initially loading, some of the interview waveforms actually appear in the main timeline. Then, after Premiere finishes loading, those same waveforms disappear. But the disappearing waveforms are only part of the problem. The larger issue is that the multicam waveforms never reliably remain available from session to session, despite repeatedly rebuilding them.I have already tried:De

In Adobe Acrobat DC, under the Comment tools, I’m trying to draw a rectangle. I can click and drag to create the rectangle, but I can’t finish the action. It’s as if the mouse button remains stuck. When I release the left mouse button, the action doesn’t end as it should, and the rectangle continues to follow the mouse.

When I open images from my Firefly generation history on mobile, I receive the attached message stating that the original model is not supported on mobile and that a default model has been selected for post-generation adjustments. These images were created only a few days ago. When I open them on desktop, the model shown is Gemini 3.1 with Nano Banana 2. I am unsure whether that was the original model or whether Firefly is now displaying a replacement model.Since this warning began appearing, regenerating the exact same saved prompts has produced noticeably different results. My established handcrafted chibi felt characters previously had smooth, simplified faces, tiny black bead eyes, stitched mouths and compact plush proportions. The same prompts now automatically produce defined noses, realistic eyes, visible necks, longer bodies and a stop-motion puppet appearance—even when earlier images are included as references. Can Adobe confirm:Which model originally generated these images? Hi, in earlier versions of Adobe Acrobat Pro the "number of pages" in the open document was displayed in the "status bar" at bottom left of window. In AAProDC this is MIA.  Now the fastest way to get this information appears to be to click the arrow on the left of the window to open the pages pane.  Not as fast as the info being displayed alongside the page dimension information.See screenshot below.I've looked in the options/preferences to see if one can change what is shown in the "status bar" - but I don't see this possibility.  Can Is this possible? This functionality appears to have also disappeared in Acrobat Reader

I wanted to know if this email (removed in case it is spam) is legit. I’ve been talking to someone through this email and they’ve sent me a link to update my payment method, so I wanted to make sure it’s not a scam.Thank you in advance!

Money was deducted from my bank account by Adobe software saggart. I don't know what it's for. I want to cancel it, but I don't have an Adobe account, or maybe I do but I don't know. What can I do?

Hi Adobe Community,I've noticed that Adobe Premiere Pro keeps generating .prin files in my project folders. I'm not entirely sure what these files are for. They seem to appear after saving or sometimes even while I'm just working on a project.A few questions I have:What exactly are these .prin files? Are they necessary for my project workflow? Is there a way to prevent them from being created, or at least have Premiere clean them up automatically?I'm using [insert your version of Premiere Pro] on [your operating system], and this has been a consistent issue for me. It's cluttering my project folders, and I want to make sure I'm not doing something wrong. Thanks in advance for any help or clarification!Best regards,

I have used the free trial version in my iPhone, I have used my Apple account to login. It has take an yearly subscription charges without any notification could you able to help me with that?

Hello everyone,I would like to report what appears to be a bug in Adobe FrameMaker 2026 (18.0.0.206) related to the new Book-Level Configuration feature.EnvironmentAdobe FrameMaker 2026 Version: 18.0.0.206 MIF files (instead of FM files because I translate .mif files directly on a different platform)Issue DescriptionI am using the new Book-Level Configuration feature to manage variables through an MLT file included in a book. When the MLT file is added to the book and Book-Level Configuration is enabled, the generated PDF does not contain any bookmarks. The PDF is created successfully, but the bookmark pane is empty.Steps to ReproduceCreate a FrameMaker book containing several chapter files. Verify that PDF bookmarks are generated correctly. Add an MLT file to the book. Use the new Book-Level Configuration feature to manage variables. Publish the PDF using either: Save as PDF (Distiller). Since upgrading to the 2020 Version of PP I'm regularly getting black frames at the ends of clips which didn't happen before.Happens on multiple machines, on my windows and mac systems. So far mostly happens to canon 700d footage.I can cut off the last frame and everything works again, but thats just very time consuming to get back to every clip after it is stabilized to check for the ending and if left in the render will fail.

Seems a large portion of my Generation History in Firefly is missing. I have been deleting files so you guys dont start dong it, but I want to know where the rest of it is.

Any idea when seedance 2.5 is coming?? adobe is falling quite far behind at this point it’s currently one of the top models on the market and it’s been out for quite a while already

Hello!I am having an issue where I have set a paragraph style font to Gibson Book. However, when I apply that style, the text is converted to Arno Pro Regular and it reads as this in the font panel. When I go into the Paragraph Style panel, the basic character tab still says it is Gibson Book. I have tried making the paragraph style from scratch, and I have also tried highlighting text already formatted how I want and creating the paragraph style from that. Either way it keeps changing it back to Arno Pro.The only other thing is that this is a file someone else set up and worked in, so maybe there is some setting they put in here, but I dont know what that would be.

I’m trying to get back ProPanel into PS- however Stocks and Marketplace aren’t showing in CC.I'm hoping someone from Adobe or the community can help me resolve an issue with the Creative Cloud desktop app on my Mac.The Stock & Marketplace tab is completely missing from my Creative Cloud desktop app.My Creative Cloud navigation currently shows:Home → Apps → Files → Benefits → CreateThere is no Stock & Marketplace option anywhere.I'm using a Mac and have os version ( 26.6.2 )My Creative Cloud apps themselves are working normally.I've already tried the following:Signed out of Creative Cloud and signed back in Quit and restarted Creative Cloud Restarted my Mac Checked the Creative Cloud account menu Checked for Creative Cloud updates Checked System Settings → General → Login Items & Extensions Checked ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe The OOBE removed this folder   The AAMUpdater folder isn't presentAdobe's current documentation indicates that Stock & Marketplace should
