Solved

Hi producer occasionally editing asking this question so apologies if it's dumb/ obvious We have a workflow for post production of a multicam studio show whereby we bring in a line cut plus isolated feeds of each camera to fix/ assist with edits when cutting the show down to time- approx 5 separate camera feeds + the line cut I take an initial pass to bring the show to length and then an editor jumps in on a Team Project to polish up (this is theoretically quicker than me doing a 'paper edit') THE QUESTION: is there any way I can avoid working with all the feeds and make a sequence editing *only* the line cut feed and then he/ I can 'convert' that edit into a multicam later (to avoid me having to work with so many large files etc.)? Thanks FYI we are using Premiere Pro 2024

Anyone have a good system for using iPhone footage. I converted the VFR to CFR in Handbrake but the sync still drifts. Thanks!

Does Ai have a capability to Invert a path similiar to PS when Inverting a Selection?

Good Day #Adobe & #Community, Ran into a problem of having a Copyright Infringement company threatening fees and follow-up action due to my use of images from Adobe Express (Premium) that I posted to a client's blog. My question is: is this legitimate? Do they have a case? (What would be the point of paying a subscription for images if you couldn't use them--or do all images require modification, regardless of use-case? Even simply referential on a company blog?) This is a tremendous concern--so help with this would be stress-relieving--I have been using Adobe Express for the greater part of 2 years now and have relied extensively on it for supportive images, banners, CTAs, highlight images, product call-outs, etc. Having to fix this or replace these images would be a *tremendous* undertaking.  Thank you ahead of time for shedding some light into this and, hopefully, alleviating my concerns. ; )

I have four user machines in my office that are showing (all Macs; M1+ [latest OS]):All Tools > Edit a PDF > Click settings COG (top right of tool bar) > Recognize scanned text is GREYED OUT > Multiple machines. Manual scans work... All Tools > Edit a PDF > Scan & OCR > Recognize Text > WORKS... Creative cloud, Adobe Acrobat etc - are all 100% up-to-date. Is this possibly a license issue? It is NOT greyed out on my machine - but I have a different license (Creative Cloud Pro). I don't understand why it is greyed out on the other machines...

I use Photo-Merge pretty often, and I just recently updated to Photoshop 2021 - 22.5.1 - and now I'm getting the "Documents must be saved before they can be merged." warning with almost every photo. Never had this issue previously. Any assistance on what the problem is or how to fix this or ger around it? It seems to be popping up with EVERY photo I'm trying to merge.

After thre recent update that changed the UI, I have been having trouble escaping out of text call out. Before i would be able to swiftly exit out of text callout to drag function by simply pushing the ESC key. Now, it will not even let me exit out the text function. If I try to click outside the text call out box then it will simply create a new one even after I push the esc key. I will have to manually click on the pan or drag button on the side tool to maybe exit but sometimes that doesnt work out as well. I make a lot of red lines and this has been making the whole process very time consuming.

Just noticed the AI Assistant Beta button in Express - except I can't access it on my licence 😞 What is it and is it mentioned anywhere? Thanks.

I'm working with a book template that someone else created. Screenshot attached. The frame edges, para symbols, text box links are all in bright red, which I find visually distracting. I want to restore them to default color (cyan?). I've tried everything I can think of, even deleted red from swatches, but nothing works. I know it's likely a simple command, but it escapes me. Thanks to all who respond.

Hello, I am working on plugin and I would like to change document color mode in code from RGB to CMYK. SincesAIDocument->SetDocumentColorModel(kDocCMYKColor);only changes the document flag, but does not do the actual conversion, I though the easiest way to do proper conversion was to invoke the already present functionality, as if the user changed the color mode manually:AICommandID to_cmyk_id; sAICommandManager->GetCommandIDFromName(kDocColorCmykCommandStr, &to_cmyk_id); sAIMenu->InvokeMenuAction(to_cmyk_id); This does exactly what I want, it changes the color mode to CMYK with proper conversion. It however breaks the document state inside the plugin. For example, even the following simple call to get document fails, if the InvokeMenuAction codeblock is executed before it.AIDocumentHandle doc = nullptr; sAIDocument->GetDocument(&doc);Is it possible to refresh the state inside the plugin after InvokeMenuAction()? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi all ,Can someone help me with this "PROPERTY RELEASE MISSING" problem here? I enlarged my photos to 200%, I still cannot find anything that can identify the property. To be honest, if weren't for my own records, I  would not recall where I took them. But, I get this wonderful rejection...again...

Hi, i'm struggling to publish my book on KDP. Somehow it tells me that there is text outside the margin. but there is only an image. I have a book with Bleed, the KDP support already confirmed that the pagesize trim, bleed everthing is correct. I even created a copy of the page and deleted just the image, that is accepted by the kdp previewer. Did anyone have something similar or has an idea how to solve this?

See video. Here's the explanation. If I apply a layer mask and then bring back the mask from transparency (Layer -> Layer Mask -> From Transparency) the color of the layer is unaffected. If I have this mask on a group and Merge Visible (Layer -> Merge Visible) and then bring back the mask from transparency, all pixels that were black on the layer mask will now be white. These pixels should not be turned white, they should retain their color as they do if you apply the layer mask.

I have a Smart Collection as shown I presume the 'all' match is an AND operator on the rules, but I'm getting images that are in collections.  Am I missing something here.   Also, on the filter bar under Attributes I had the virtual copy selected and thought that may have had something to do with it, but disabling the filter bar didn't change anything.   Thanks for any insight.

Photoshop Version: 24.1.1Camera Raw Version: 15.1.1Windows: 10 Home 19044.2486 When you try to use camrea raw filter, it "opens" but the camrea raw filter window does not show. You cant do anything in photoshop and you must press esc a couple times in order to use photoshop again. Reinstalling photoshop, and resetting all settings, including the raw camrea filter settings did not work.  How to replicate bug:1.Open or create any document size or mode.2.Open Camera Raw Filter3. Screen does nothing, you must then press esc to use photoshop.

Have upgraded from CS5 to CS6. Do not have Camera Raw plugin/filter. Have tried the 'updates' under help, no good. Do I have to purchase the plugin? If so, please direct me to the appropriate place on the Adobe site. thankyou in anticipation.

when does the support end for Adobe Photoshop Elements 2024?I am seeing here empty field for End of extended supporthttps://helpx.adobe.com/support/programs/eol-matrix.htmlwhat does that empty field mean?

we are upgrading from Adobe Acrobat  20.006.20042 to 21.001.20138 as windows update using SCCM. The tool that we use is unable to change the command line to remove the pdf make addin. We have GPO in place to disable the acrobat pdf maker plug-in in outlook. The issue is that every time the user opens Acrobat they get a message saying "Acrobat PDFmaker add-in for PDF creation is disabled in one or more Office applications. Would you like to re-enable the application"? We do not want the add-in to enable, is there a way to suppress the message

This started awhile ago...maybe the last generation of Photoshop...i'm not sure but it's still happeningWhen I run an action with a crop in it, I only get the crop bounding box while the action runs, if I have crop selected before I start the action. Is it possible to stop this behavior? I didn't use to do this. In the past, once the action reached the crop, the bounding box would appear regardless what tool I was in when i started the action. Thank you

Hi,by mistake I set overprint on a white rectangle in Illustrator. My colleague inspected the PDF file (PDF X-4 which is converted from original AI file) after me but he didn't notice any error on the appearance of this white rectangle while selecting Simulate overprinting option in Output Preview window.Usually overprinted white object should dissapear but in this case nothing happens. (on the picture bellow white rectangle is set as overprinted but it is still visible).Maybe do you know this issue? What is the solution? Many thanks.Damjan Seruga

Now, when I try to put a formula in the "total hour" box, it does not calculate. I am not sure how to make this work. Can someone please help me?
