I am running the new updated version of FrameMaker and it seems it has stopped generating pdf hyperlinks on miniTOCs. Am I the only one to experience this?...

Hi, might be being a bit of an idiot here but does anybody know how you write Arabic letters in the Nastaliq style in a webpage? For example for the Urdu language? The font families in DW to choose from, I haven’t gone through them all, but the ones I’ve tried so far all display Arabic text in the Naskh style. For example for the Arabic language where it all rests on a flat line. See attached image. Am I missing something obvious? Nastaliq style?Naskh styleاردو متن

Hi. I am having trouble working with Acrobat. I already removed it and reinstalled it. When opening multiple PDF files made in CAD and exported to PDF, the app simply crashes. I recently saw someone opening the same file in a considerably older computer; the file just flies.  Can you guide me so I can understand what exactly is happening in my computer?  Thank you

Cordialement.

I decided to try Adobe Acrobat today and utilize the free seven day trial. Unfortunately it didn't meet my expectations so I decided to cancel the subscription. Now, the "manage" alternative has been blanked out under overview and I am unable to cancel the trial. I also have a "Photography-plan" on which the manage alternative is available, so it has nothing to do with cookies. I also have a spotless payment record with Adobe and have never missed a single payment, so this is not the reason it's blanked out. I have been in contact with the AI customer support, which gives me a link, bringing me one step further but failing to "load  data" when I attempt to cancel the Acrobat subscription . "Chat with an agent" is fruitless since no agent appears in the chatroom, in spite of me waiting an hour. What do I do? This is day one of the seven day free trial and I want to have it cancelled since this alternative was a part of the deal when I signed up on the subscription--a seven day

I noticed that they captions default to the straight quotes and apostrophes in the captions."This isn't right."“That’s better.”

I have Adobe Acrobat Pro and want to see how a form I created works using Adobe Reader but I am presented with a sign in request that takes me to Acrobat Pro. How do I get around this so I can see if a user with only Reader can fill the form?

I wish to insert a date picker field in my form using Acrobat Pro DC (version 2017.012.20093) and although it shows in tutorials that this is now available in 2017 forms (see below), I do not have this option.  Currently when I insert a calendar field and open properties, I only see the following:Can you help?Form authoring: Along with the Image field, the Prepare Form tool also supports the addition of a Date field in a single click with the January 2017 release. This is also not a new field type; it's a text field, with the Format set to Date.Date fields created using this method have _af_date appended to the field names to identify them as date fields.Form filling: The January 2017 release includes support for Date picker for Date fields in both Acrobat and Reader. This is not tied to the new Date field; if you have an existing form, which has a text field, with the Format set to Date, the Date picker arrow icon appears when you bring focus on the field. Clicking the icon opens

Whenever I save a pdf file in Adobe Acrobat, it creates a PNG file as a biproduct along with a pdf file.  I wonder whether I have a setting somewhere in the app allowing Acrobat to produce a file in both formats, PNG and PDF.  If so, I want to turn it off.

I have 2351 images from a Canon R52 which are 8192 x 5464.  I created a new project and imported the frames so they each will consume one frame.  I then grabbed the images and dragged them to the timeline.  A sequence is created (I'll call the original sequence).I went to eventually render out videos with standard dimensions such as 4K at 3840 x 2160 which will obviously need a crop so I want to be able to tell Premiere Pro how I want the crop done. What I did was select all of the images in the timeline, right click, and select nest.  Then I modified the sequence's attributes.  Then I scaled the nest so it fills the frame. My question is, is this the best way to accomplish my goal?I realize that I could render out the original sequence, import it back in, and then put it into its own sequence but I'm assuming doing the two renders is less than optimal.

I keep making a new artboard and it's turned sideways, every time. No matter what I do I can't get the thing to be right-side up. This is super annoying. Used to be you could rotate the artboard with the artboard tool, now that is not possible. If I make a new artboard on the same file using either the artboard tool or the properties panel, it's sideways. I don't get it. How do I get the artboard to not be sideways?

I have looked into Adobe, and it says that we have 10/10 complimentary generations left.  Neither myself nor my husband has no idea what this is.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Many thanks

Hi, I can't connect to Adobe Stock. All I see is this message: The site is unavailable due to an AWS outage. Please check back later!

I'm recording Multitrack sessions on Audition CC2018 and from being fine in one session, suddenly all the "arm for record" buttons appeared greyed out in all tracks when I opened a different session - and now the problem is there in all sessions. It won't allow me to arm any tracks to record on them - I can do everything else, but not record. The microphone works fine and I can record in "Waveform" mode - but not in a Multitrack session.I have tried the usual re-starting computer, etc, but the problem persists. Please help!UPDATE:If I create a new empty Multitrack session, that new session works fine. If I open an already created session which already has recorded audio files in it, then  sometimes it works fine, most times it does not - I have not been able to find a pattern (some were recorded some time ago, some are new). In the sessions that have the problem this window (which I had never noticed before) appears while the session is loading:Also, If I create a new Multitrack se

Windows 11, InDesign 20.5 x64I have a TOC for my book file:When I generate the PDF for the book, the Bookmarks panel has all the bookmarks after section 1.1 one level down from where they should be, so if I collapse the section 1.1 bookmark, sections 1.2 and 1.3 collapse; or if I collapse the Chapter 1 bookmark, the whole doc collapses:The TOC styles are set as shown:I'm not sure what other information would be helpful.

Hi, All,No matter what I do, the Plans page won't let me access it, and support cannot be reached in any form, which makes this a super suspicious service. I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription for a few hours now, but for some reason, it’s not working despite my efforts. I’ve switched from my Mac to my Windows PC, and the issue persists. I’ve attached a photo for reference. I even tried different Wi-Fi networks, including a nearby coffee shop and my personal hotspot. Everything on the Adobe website works except the Plans page and the online support section. I’ve switched between Chrome, Safari, and Firefox, used private browsing on all, cleared my cache, and reset my firewall. I also tested it on my iPad, but the problem remains. This feels very suspicious, almost as if Adobe is intentionally preventing me from canceling my plan. I’m not seeking a refund; I’m canceling because I’m upgrading to a better service that better suits my needs. When I called their support number (1-800-8

I Cannot open Photoshop by clicking on app or through Bridge or Lightroom.  The error message is as follows, "Could not complete your request because Photoshop was unable to communicate with Creative Cloud Desktop". Bridge and Lightroom are able to open. Creative Cloud will not open either and I receive no error message, it just won't open.

I opened a structured fm file wrongly in unstructured mode and saved it. When I opened this fm file again in structured mode, the structure view has been blank. Does anyone no how to withdraw this?

Acrobat (as stated in the subject title) is very laggy. It even shows what I think is a Windows Vista skin for the application window frame. I uninstalled and reinstalled. Not sure if this is a common issue? Unfortunately I need it to edit acrobat files...

Hi, I'm seeing today that this message pops up intermittently when opening a pdf with the embed pdf api."This application domain (...) is not authorized to use the provided PDF Embed API Client ID." I'm pretty sure it wasn't happening before today.

Whenever I try open Acrobat (or any of my other Adobe Creative Cloud products) I get the following screen and everything closes.

Does anyone have this issue? I'm getting these messages when trying to use the AI assistant to aid my tasks in pdf documents, however these messages keep popping up! (Refer to screenshots below) Why does it say I'm not eligible for access to the features? I have a subscription plan the Acrobat AI Assitant, should I not be able to use the features?  Is this related to a server issue or specific user issue?
