I can't log in to the admin console. The only way to get help is to talk to the assistant through the admin console. This creates an endless loop. Where can I find help from a real person, not a chatbot, to regain access based on the invoice for the purchased product? I also don't want to publish private data on public forums.

I'm trying to find periods with zero or more whitespace characters after them. Bonjour, Depuis quelques temps maintenant, je ne peut pas du tout ouvrir un pdf depuis windows 11.Au début, il  s'exécuté en administrateur mais désormais il ne s'ouvre tout simplement plus. J'ai désinstallé et réinstallé le logiciel mais rien à faire... Est-ce que quelqu'un rencontre le même problème ?

Hi,I have a very strange problem. Our Software, ELCAD, can output drawings as PDF.When I draw a rectangle in yellow, RGB FF FF 00, it appears green, but ONLY in Acrobate reader.All other tools I tested (Irfanview, Thunderbird, Foxit, Firefox, Chrome and so on) display the PDF correctly.AS our customer inists on using Acrobate, I have to find a solution.In the umcompressed pdf (attached) I found the colour informationstream1 J1 j1.000 1.000 0.000 rg1.000 1.000 0.000 RGThis seems to be correct.If I change all appearances to0.000 1.000 0.000the rectangle has the same green colour in all tools including Acrobate.So only yellow is a problem, but why?Can anyone help me?Thanks in advance,BrChristian

스탠다드 구독을 시작했는데 돈은 빠져나갔는데 더이상 진행이 안되었습니다.그래서 새로고침 버튼을 눌렀더니 여전히 스탠다드에 가입되어 있지 않고 무료 버전 상태 입니다.구독 취소하려고 합니다.취소 신청해 주세요. 

 adobe creative cloud 무한로딩에 갇혔는데요..폰트도 못쓰고 포토샵은 켜지는거에 감사해야하는건지. 3월에도 이런 이슈가 있었던데 왜 자꾸 이런 일을 만드시나요....하...일을 해야하는데 일을 못하고있어요 언제 해결해주세요?

토론에 나와있는 게시물에서 설명하는 방법 다해봐도 소용이 없네요...지우고 다운받아봐도새로운 계정을 만들어봐도별짓을다해도 안되는데 도와주세요크레이티브 클라우드 실행하면 초기화중 떴다고 몇초뒤에 창이 꺼지고 오류메시지 전송하기 1회 뜬이후로 계소 같은 상황반복됩니다.  원격 연결을 해도 좋으니깐 좀 되게 해주세요 

PDF 편집에서 텍스트를 변경하려고 하니 서체 리스트가 생성되지 않습니다.재 설치를 해도 똑같은 현상입니다. (System_Mac Studio macOS Sonoma 14.5)                해결방법을 알려주세요

HelloI have been having issues trying to export a poster. I have a noisy textured background, with a warm gradient map over the texture. In photoshop all of the colors appear correct. However when I export, they become muted and brown. I also noticed when zooming in super far into the image, this same color shift problem appears. Merging layers, flattening the image, converting layers to smart objects, adjusting the photo, redoing the gradient map all do not fix this problem. I have tried exporting in different file formats and the problem still persists. I have tried enabling legacy mode for exporting. Updating photoshop and reinstalling it also has not helped. I am tring to avoid rebuilding the file. I really like the texure I have now and want to try avoding finding a new file for the image. Images below. Thanks in advance. 

デザインの中にURLを含むイラレで作成したページをInDesignに配置して書き出したPDFをAcrobatで表示した際、Acrobatの機能の“URLからリンクを生成する”で自動生成されるリンクに同じページ内の他のテキストを含んでしまう現象に困っています。なお、配置したIllustratorファイルから直接書き出したPDFでは、ちゃんとURLのみのリンク表記になります。InDesignに配置するIllustrator上で、URLと他のテキストのテキストボックスやテキストカーソルを分けてみたり、グループ化を解除してみるなど試みるも、現象が解消されたりされなかったり。そもそも全く離れた位置にある思いがけないテキストを引っ張ってきてしまうこともあります。また、同じファイルを使用して別の方に確認してもらったところ、余計なテキストを含まないPDFを生成できていました。
現象の再現にブレがあるのも悩みを深めています。当方の環境は
Mac OS 13.7.8
Illustrator 2023(17.9.4)
InDesign 2023(18.5.2)と2024(19.5.5)の両方で確認
同じファイルで余計なテキストを含まないPDFを生成できた環境は
Mac OS 13.6.9
Illustrator 2023(17.9.5)
InDesign 2023(18.5.3)InDesignで余計な文字列が入らないようにPDFを生成する方法をご教示いただけないでしょうか。同じような内容でAcrobatコミュニティにも少し異なる観点で相談していますが、状況を鑑みるにInDesignサイドの原因（読み上げに関わる部分？）が疑われるため、こちらにも投稿します。どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

Generally for personal use, I need to just make simple adjustments, and it's tedious to have to always flatten the image so it will save to the same format. I can't find a way to change this preference in the settings.

1. 웹페이지에서 이미지를 바로 드래그해서 일러스트 창에 긁어왔을때(임베드 버튼은 이미 임베드 된 상황으로 이미지가 딸려옴) (확장자 tif)2. 캡쳐한 이미지를 불러오기 한 후 임베드 완료 후 (확장자 png)3. 컴퓨터에 있는 이미지를 불러오기 한 후 임베드 완료 후 (확장자 jpg) 위와 같은 상황(임베드 완료 상태)에서 파일 저장 후 닫고다시 파일을 열면 소수의 이미지들이 유실되어 있습니다.10개의 이미지 중에서 3,4개의 이미지는 유실되어서 다시 작업을 해야합니다.중요한 파일일 경우에는 유실이 걱정되어서 임베드 이후에도별도로 레스터라이즈를 해줘야 할 정도입니다. 유실된 상태는 빈 투명이미지로 보이고 선택툴로 선택시 선택이 되는 상황이며링크에서 확인해보면 유실된 이미지들은 파일 명 앞에 미리보기 작은 이미지도투명(흰색 네모가 아니라 빈 투명)으로 보입니다.  직장동료들도 모두 동일한 문제가 발생하고 있습니다.컴퓨터는 버전은 달라도 동일 일러스트 버전이면 문제가 발생합니다.일러스트 29.4 버전이며, 컴퓨터는 M2 Max (23년도) 버전이며, os는 sonoma 14.5 입니다. 일러스트 버전의 문제입니까?

프리미어 프로로 동영상을 제작하던 중 재생이 아예 안되는 일이 발생해서 삭제하고 새로 깔려고 했는데, 다운로드가 안되네요.다운이 됐다가 튕기는 수준이 아니라 마우스 커서를 눌러도 답이 없습니다;;어떻게 해결할 방법이 없나요?

영상 길이 2시간 짜리인데..컷편집할 때는 몰랐는데, 오디오 편집하려고 처음부터 다시 보다보니 중복 삽입된 클립이 오늘 7시간동안 수백개가 나왔어요..............이거...하나씩 지우고 수정하고 미쳐버릴 거 같습니다................일단 캐쉬 지우고, 컴퓨터 재부팅도 해서 지금부터는 어떨진 모르겠는데....아.........환경은 맥os 최신버전(26.0.1)+프프 최신버전(25.5) 사용중입니다. 프리미어에 램 30gb 할애하고 있고요..

일러스트 Ctrl+F가 제대로 작동이 안 됩니다.아래 숫자들은 제 대지 상황입니다. 한 줄에 6개의 대지로 구성되어있습니다.1 2 3 4 5 67 8 9 10 11 129번 대지에서 1번 대지로 복사하기 위해 Ctrl+C 후 1번 대지 선택한 것을 분명히 확인하고 Ctrl+F를 눌러도 1번 대지의 오른쪽아래 대각선 방향인 8번 대지에 복사가 됩니다. 늘 대각선 방향으로 복사되는 건 아니고요, 내가 복사하고 싶은 대지 위에 있는 대지에 복사도 됩니다. 일관성 없는 오류라 더 화가 납니다... Ctrl+Shift+V를 해봐도 똑같습니다. 늘 이러는 건 아니지만 이렇게 오류 날 때마다 미치겠습니다.분명히 내가 복사하고 싶은 대지 선택한 것을 아래쪽 대지 확인 바에서, 패널>대지에서도 확인했는데도 이럽니다. 해결방법으로 1. 일러스트 껐다가 다시 2. 컴퓨터 껐다가 다시 3. 일러스트 업데이트 후 다시 4. 키보드 단축어 재설정 5. 컴퓨터 용량이 부족해서 그런가 싶어 컴퓨터 용량 정리 -> 이 모든 걸 다 해 봤는데 똑같습니다.제가 하려는 게 그렇게 어렵고 복잡한 작업이 아닌 것 같은데 왜 이런 오류가 발생하나요? 노트북 모니터를 부술지 내 머리를 부술지 고민하다가 글 써 봅니다. 오류면 빠르게 해결됐으면 좋겠습니다. 제발요.제가 해 본 방법 외에 제대로 작동시킬 방법이 있다면 제가 머리 부수기 전에 좀 알려주세요.

어도비 로그인 안하고 프리미어 프로를 결제 했지만 사용이 불가 합니다 환불 처리를 하고 싶습니다

아래 이미지 처럼 포토샵을 실행하고 파일에서 열기를 실행하면 로딩 화면만 지속됩니다.그리고  포토샵을 업데이트를 하려고 하니 두번째 이미미지 처럼 업데이트도 않되고  삭제도 안됍니다. 어떻게 하면 될까요.
