Hi I have been trying to upload an FBX file, however I get a blank (grey) screen once my character has been uploaded. If I upload an OBJ file it works, however later on I seem to have uv texture mapping issues when I try to remap textures. Why will my character not show and what is the best way to get around this? Kind regards

Photoshop says that I don’t have an internet connection to use this feature. I can’t use image generation, increase file size, or generate backgrounds and so on.How can I fix this issue? Why is this problem occurring?

I cannot move any items in Illustrator using the mouse to drag the items, I can only move them using the arrow keys. Even if I open up a new document and place in a new object, I cannot open it, so it is not a problem specific to my file. None of my objects are locked. I do not have any hidden dialouges. I've already tried restarting Illustrator, resetting my preferences, etc. None of it works.   This has happened several times in the last few months and so I'm wondering if it's a bug?   I'm using the latest version of Illustrator as of 2/26/2020: Illustrator 24.02 Using Windows 10.   {Renamed by MOD}

I prepared a few small logos and tried to export it (as usual) using Export for Screens workflow. I went over to artboards, click Export and this is what I get.What's wrong? I even flattened the file, removed Symbols, and still nothing. Anyone?Illustrator 29.6.1.  Thank you very much in advance!

I have a huge file with lots of layers and artboards and whenever I'm exporting the artwork as PNG (on a white background) all the white elements in the designs are exporting as yellow.Below is an artboard from the same document with a rectangle in pure FFFFFF white + the Colour Settings as well as the exported result with the yellowed rectangle.I've seen similar posts from a few years back but the link to the solution page is not working.Specs:MacBook Air 15-inch, M2, 2023, OS Seqouia 15.7Illustrator 29.8.1

I tried to "Remove Attributes" by unchecking them all, but when I open the option again they are all checked. Is that a bug or am I doing something wrong?

Hi all,i just have given my mac pro a new ssd and now i try to activate Lightroom 6.14 / 2015.14.Every time i start the program, it asks again to logon and to enter serial number. All old activations have been deactivated.OSX is 10.13.6The old Disk i removed had 10.13.6 and 6.14 too, and all has been working perfect.So where is the problem, where must i search first?Greetings from gemanyChris

I'm almost exclusively using fonts from Adobe Fonts and installing them on my Adobe Enterprise account. The Adobe Fonts page says "The full Adobe Fonts library is cleared for both personal and commercial use." It also specifically mentions PDFs for print, which is what I'm making; books. And still on maybe half of the fonts I try I get "Font not allowed" in Preflight. I'm exporting for offset printing only, not ebooks or interactive PDFs, and I'm assuming that the printing house will not try to hack the PDF and steal fonts. I sort of suspect that that the warning message is incorrect and doesn't apply to me but I'm not certain and I cannot risk that a run of thousands of books have font problems. Earlier I have simply outlined these fonts as they were always "arty" fonts that are only used a couple of places in headlines. But this time I have over 240 instances of fonts not being allowed, while being logged into my Adobe account and working with Adobe fonts. What do

Back in January, I purchased a 3-year license for Photoshop and Premiere Elements 2025. Both were working just fine a couple of hours ago. Now when I tried to access the apps, I get a message telling me to sign up for a 7-day free trial! I checked my Adobe account and, of course, both apps are showing under my Products list and say they expire in January 2028. To resolve this issue, I have tried the following:Restarted my computerSigned out and signed back into my Adobe accountUninstalled and reinstalled both appsAccepted the 7-day trial, gone into Help and signed out and in to my Adobe account My issue persists. Help?

I'm trying to make a script for Illustrator to convert a CSV file to an XML file, but I always end up with the same error. I don't understand what I'm doing wrong. Could someone please take a look at the code? My head hurts from my own incompetence. ----------------------------------------------------------------// CSVtoVariables_Valid.jsx// Convierte un CSV en un XML válido para Illustrator y lo importafunction csvToXml(csvData) {var lines = csvData.replace(/\r/g, "").split("\n");var headers = lines[0].split(",");var xmlOutput = '<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>\n';xmlOutput += '<variableLibrary xmlns="http://ns.adobe.com/Variables/1.0/">\n';xmlOutput += ' <variables>\n';for (var h = 0; h < headers.length; h++) {var head = headers[h].replace(/^\s+|\s+$/g, "");xmlOutput += ' <variable varName="' + head + '" trait="textcontent"/>\n';}xmlOutput += ' </variables>\n';xmlOutput += ' <sampleDataSets>\n';for (var i = 1; i < lines.lengt

Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't remember this ever appearing before. I disabled "tool tips" and "rich tool tips" with no success. Not sure if it's relevant, but clicking the question-mark icon opens the "Discover" panel.

When I press the spacebar on the timeline, nothing happens for some time. The video starts playing back after 5-6 seconds with a delay. This problem occurs every minute. Premiere updated and cleared the cache. The problem is at the software level, because the computer is very powerful

Adobe stock

I see that when using the Proxy workflow, it still uses the full-resolution media on exports. That's great for the final cut, but when exporting rough cuts it really makes the exports take a whole lot longer - 3x longer on my tests. Would be great if that was an option left up to the user whether to export using proxies of full res media - instead of doing some workaround where I change the location of the original media to force it to export with proxies.Test export - 3 minute 4k sequence with scaled 5k R3Ds (proxies are 1080p ProRes Proxy)Proxy export (1080p mp4) - 5:55Original media export (1080p mp4) - 15:05

HDR was never to my liking as too much AI effect but now I've been awakened by accidentally touching the HDR button in Photoshop on this image... Wow, it fits! And heres my two questions: 1.) a message comes on screen saying I do not have my HDR display settings enabled in preferenes, I do not want to mess with how it already looks so what and where are these 'settings' and should I even touch them if I'm already happy? And 2.) I cannot use generative expand on this image in Photoshop, so I made a screen shot to get the expanded left side of the image I wanted and that worked. Why does generative Expand or Fill not work on this HDR image and how can I 'fix it' so that it works like a normal Photoshop image file?TIA,  Ken

I've created a form with roughly 50 check boxes and 25 pull-downs. I duplicated the first three and pasted them in position.When I tested the form, when I clicked on one check box, all the check boxes became checked.How do I unlink them so that clicking on one box will only check that box.Thanks
