Hi, I am a long time Final Cut 7 user, (18 years in final cut) who has finally made the switch to Premier for good. My workflow in Final cut allowed me to move both the video and audio in a linked clip from track to track in my sequence. This is a small thing but is really a part of my workflow. I have used Premiere in the past and I was able to do this after some brief adjustments in the clip settings. However, I can not find a way to do it now and no one seems to know the answer. I am using the very latest version of Premier. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hi everyone, I want to illustrate football passes on top of a photo (or a still frame from a video) of a football pitch in After Effects. The problem is that the pitch is not flat, it’s in perspective (shot from the stands). I already know how to draw and animâtes passes (lines or arrows) but I want them look like they are lying on the ground of the pitch and make sure they respect the 3D perspective (not just flat shapes). I tried using 3D orientation and also Corner Pin, but I can’t make it look right. What’s the simplest way to make my passes follow the perspective of the field? Thanks a lot for your help!

I've created an image with adobe firefly that is perfect. Now I'd like to donwload it in high definition... How can i do?

I have an older personal computer running Windows 8.1 64-bit. The new Adobe Reader has always been slow despite 64-MB Memory and a 4 GHz Intel Core processor. Due to the nature of the software I'm dependent on (lots of legacy stuff), I am unable to upgrade to newer operating systems and hardware, hence I need the older Reader v10.1.16. Also, the PC that requires this Reader is offline, so needs an offline installer. I've tried the following links, but they don't help:1) "Adobe 10.1.16 Planned update, October 13, 2015" (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotes/10/10.1.16.html) [Files don't download from the links]2) (ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/) [Link does not open] Could Adobe (or the user community) help me find this installer? Thanks.

Hi,  On windows, when I start a brush stroke the stroke doesn't appear immediately. For example, if I hold still the pen on the screen it makes a mark only when I release the pen. If I make a stroke, it appears only when I'm few millimetres away from the starting point. That's very muddled but annoying, and it only happens in Photoshop. You can see it in the attached video.  I'm drawing on tablets and I have this issue with both of my tablets (Huion and Wacom), I'm on windows 11 and I tried on a Windows 10 too.  -> I'm up to date with Photoshop(23.1)      -> But it happens on previous version too. -> already tried to reset preferences -> already tried to disable windows ink (In table settings, and with the user setting files)  Any help ?

HelloI hope you can help me. Some of my PDFs, when printed via Acrobat Reader, now print with a black background - see image below. It doesn't happen on all PDFs - but enough times for it to be frustrating. PDFs that are attached to an email, like an invoice, seem more likely to print in this way. I'm not sure when exactly this started - but possibly when I upgraded to OS Sonoma last month. I'm on a MacBook Pro, OS Sonoma 14.1.2. Attempts to fix this, include reinstalling Acrobat Reader. I also deleted then reinstalled the latest printer driver (Brother HL-L3270CDW). Is anyone else experiencing this? Any ideas how to fix this?

Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2035. Updated, rebooted, and still no clock wipe. Simply does nothing in real time. Tried rendering and received render error. Tried rendering entire sequence and it locks-up. If I remove the clock wipe, the sequence renders normally.  Tried effect on various clips with same result. Clicking on the effect opens the parameters, yet effect remains unresponsive.

Hello! I have been having an issue with Illustrator in which every time I launch the app it opens to the home page, but then immediately freezes and stops responding, and I have to use the Task Manager to close it. I have tried restarting my computer, uninstalling and reinstalling creative cloud, using the Adobe Cleaner, uninstalling and reinstalling Illustrator, ensuring that Illustrator is updated, and resetting my preferences. After I tried the Adobe Cleaning last night it worked once, but after closing it and trying again this morning the issue is back. Does anyone know what may be wrong?

Basically Adobe was purchased through dell and when activating the license the email address had a typo that I apparentely missed.  So It assigned that license to an incorrect account.  I log into said account and I cannot change the email address until I verify it, which I cannot.  I then called and asked if they could just move the email to the appropriate account and the lady I spoke to seemed pretty clueless.  They said they would escalate and get back to me in 5-7 days!  So in those 5-7 days (if they even get back to me) I cannot use this product I purchased.  I attempted to just log in to adobe w/ this new account but it's sending a PIN to an address which I do not control due to the typo obviously.  If it was just a gmail account something I could create that account but this is under and ISP and I cannot add this account.  Does anyone have any suggestions how we can fix this??ThanksDave

Hi Everyone, My co-workers and I are looking at doing some training with some of the creative cloud apps (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator etc.) I am having a really difficult time navigating the website that the team member provided me in the customer support chat. Does adobe even offer these type of trainings online?  Thanks!

Hello! I designed a book in Indesign, saving it in Cloud Document with no problems. Im currently backing up all the files on a local server but i cant download the main Indesign document, the downloading wheel keeps spinning until it says that couldnt be downloaded. The file itself is still working fine on Cloud Documents. Also tired saving it with the Save As feature but after doing that Indesign crashes and wont let me open the file that it saved. I need to locally back up the file. This is the error that displays when i try to open the file saved with the Save As feature:

Cuando quiero poner un texto o poner una linea se me empieza a poner la pantalla en negro, por favor necesito ayuda para solucionar este problema, gracias

Hello everyone, I'm currently having an issue i can't manage to fix myself. My Lr CC is running on my Windows 10 computer and i have a one for all library in it that holds every images i've taken. Every images with a certain rating goes either in a "saving" dynamic collection or in a "portfolio" dynamic collection based on the stars given. In my case the saving collection has something around 500 images and 100+ for the portfolio one. Then i have a folder that has 2 copies of the dynamic collections but not dynamic to sync them with my cloud in order to find them in Lr on my other devices (iphone/ipad). The thing is that since they are not dynamic at all unlike the 2 that they are meant to stricly copy/paste, whenever i make a change in my ratings or add images, to save me some time, i just clean out the collection completly and select all images in the refering dynamic collection (Ctrl+A) and clic and drag in the normal synced collection. It's important to note that when i do this, i

Please add 'Snap to Document Bounds, just like in Photoshop.Even with Smart Guides switched on, Ai does not snap to the corners and edges of an Artboard, which is a must have for accurate work.

I have a PDF that has over a thousand pages worth of highlighted text. When I open up the comments section, I can see all of the highlighted comments but I cannot select all the comments at once - I can only select the highlighted comments page by page. I am currently running reader DC and I recall in earlier versions being able to select all the comments and deleting them all at once. Can I still do that in reader DC or do I have to go page by page selecting all the comments and deleting them? Any help would be greatly appreciated - thanks in advance!
