I need a phone number for Adobe.  I had an education account, which no longer exists.  I am being billed for it.   I need to talk with someone; the virtual help is not helpful. Thank you!

Hello everyone. I'm a new Adobe Firefly user. First, let me tell you what happened to me.A few months ago, I purchased Adobe Firefly from a seller on "S" marketplace. Before purchasing, I asked the seller about the product. The seller said the service duration was for 1 month which automatically stops after 1 month, get 7000 credits + 4000 bonus credits that would expire if not used. After my purchase, the seller gave me an Adobe Firefly account and email. He also told me to visit https://firefly.adobe.com to start using it. I tried it, and Firefly worked fine. I used it although not every day and stopped using it before 30 days due to taking care of my family.A few months later when I checked my account again, I was surprised because there were 11000 credits that shouldn't have been in my account. Then I looked for information in my account and found two "Annual plan, paid monthly" statuses for Adobe Firefly Pro and Creative Cloud Pro even though I never purchased those annual plans. At

I have been getting an error message when trying to export my project out of premier. The rendering progresses to about 50% then the error message appears. I know I have enough disk space as i have tried exporting to several different places, all that have more than enough space. I was able to successfully export the project once as a rough cut but after making changes have not been able to export it. The only major change from the original export is that i applied warp stabilizer to several clips. There seems to be one clip that is causing the prolem. I am able to export clips before and after the clip in question but if i try to export this clip, the progress bar does not show and change even if I let it render for a whole day. Ive tried removing the warp stabilizer from the clip, changing export settings, deleting and adding the clip back to the sequence, and opening the sequence in a new project but nothing has worked. Short of scrapping the whole project and starting from scratch

I'm currently rendering a shot. Tons of FXs so it is taking a while. I accidentally pressed the spacebar and AE switched from the Render Queue panel to a Comp Timeline. EA is still rendering but I can't see the progress bar or the time remaining. How can I switch back to the Render Queue panel? I tried hitting the spacebar but it does nothing. Help, please. I'm using After Effects v18.4.1 because of some compatibility issues.

Hi all!  I have a script that automatically renames artboards based on their dimensions, adding 'jpg.100%' and enables generator.  I'm looking to take this one step further and add an 'IF' clause. For example if the dimensions are 1080x1080, then I'd like to rename the artboard 'InstagramSquare' Could anyone help me achieve this? Below is the current script:  function main() { app.activeDocument.activeLayer = app.activeDocument.layerSets[app.activeDocument.layerSets.length - 1]; // Loop forward over top level layer sets // for (var i = 0; i < app.activeDocument.layerSets.length; i++) { // Loop backward over top level layer sets for (var i = app.activeDocument.layerSets.length - 1; i >= 0; i--) { try { app.activeDocument.activeLayer = app.activeDocument.layerSets[i]; var originalRulerUnits = app.preferences.rulerUnits; app.preferences.rulerUnits = Units.PIXELS; // Active Artboard Dimensions, by Rune L-H var ref = new ActionReference(); ref.p

Hi, When I import SVG files into Illustrator (saved from R), they get completely messed up.  Random portions of the figure are missing.  Any suggestions? Best wishes,Lucy

Buenas, he empezado una prueba gratuita de Adobe Pro por la tienda de Google pero no aparece entre mis subscripciones. ¿Cómo puedo cancelarla antes de que terminen los 7 días? Gracias por su tiempo Julio

For some time I've been unable to save a picture from Photoshop back to Lightroom.  The popup message says, "Unable to save.....because write access was not granted.  Adobe Support Remote Agents have worked on my computer remotely several times with no success.  Tonight another agent seemed to get things working right.  He went to some 'page' and set everything to 'read & write' and I hit the command key and the 's' key and the photo saved.  After signing off I worked on another photo and tried to save it and got the same popup, "Unable to save....".  Can someone tell me how to get to the page where I can set everything to 'read & write'?  I would be most appreciative.

omg your tips and tutorials are soooooooo annoying, if i wanted to learn i would seek out information for myself, its sooooooo annoying tyring to work with your products pop ups everywhere like spam.

As the title suggests, I'm curious to know if Privileged Locations configured via the Acrobat Customization Wizard DC supports environment variables. For example, will it work correctly/as expected if one uses pathing such as, but not limited to:%AppData%\Some\LocationC:\Users\%UserName%\Some\Location%UserProfile%\SomeOther\LocationMany thanks in advance.

so it may be my memory is faulty but I remember being able to set it so each artboard in a document had a distinct ruler which in my mind would be artboard vs global rulers.  From reading the documentation artboard rulers are supposed to be the default and the option is greyed out in my view menu so I am assuming that artboard rulers are enabled but....  I just see the global ruler.  If I move the point of origin with one artboard active the point of origin is still shifted when I switch back to the other artboard.  What I want to do is be able to set it so each separate artboard has a ruler with its own independent point of origin.  I often make sets of graphics all in one ie 1080px x 1080px for Instagram and 800px X 600px for the blog post image and sometimes a google my business post image size too.  Is mine not working or it how I think this is supposed to work wrong? Thanks in advance,Leslie

In LrC I click on the Mask icon ... when I click on the brush and go to paint everythings seems fine.  When I want to lighten/darken that area there is no eposure (etc) slider ... I know it's somewhere!  An easy fix for sure but I've tried all I know ... Thanks for your help!

This happened last year same time and they fixed it after many months.  THEY FIXED IT.  Now with update on May 3, it is back with all footage types.  No other issues with other programs or with computer.  Cannot waste time with months of their excuses. need it to work, prior to May 3 no such issues this year. Same footgaes/media should not be doing this. Thank you.

Hello Everybody, I'm worrying about my generative credits, I had 1000 Credits after an annual plan since 2 months ago, now they're 900/1000 and it's not reseting or renewing since my annual subscription. So when should it renew or reset to 1000 Credits again? I'm just worrying if it never resets forever.

I created a custom stamp that needs text to be edited on top. It's an approval stamp (replicated from a rubber stamp) that we are trying to use digitally. There are spaces for codes and job numbers and approval initials that need to be filled in but the text doesn't show when I "edit text" > "add text". Any suggestions on how I can do this? It kind of defeats the purpose if it needs to be printed, hand written then scanned. Screenshot attached. The red "stamp" is where I need to be able to add text. Thanks for any help!I am using Adobe Acrobat 2020 on Windows 10

I've been publishing online magazines for an organisation that I volunteer for for some time now and it works well, but on the latest issue I've had a query about someone who wants to download a PDF version.  I have never really bothered about this because I don't see the point as it's a digital online edition and why would you want to download as a PDF.  Anyway, this person is pointed out that when they download the PDF version none of the interactive elements work and they are presented with blank pages where the interactive elements should be.My missing something obvious or is this not supported.https://indd.adobe.com/view/c40714f7-7326-459d-a375-f6a5d1985f2c

Hello, I signed up for Adobe Creative Cloud in June 2025. The email address I used was "22296894@baskent.edu.tr," but the university deactivated it and it's no longer available. In August, I couldn't access my account or use Adobe programs. I signed up again with a new email address: "22296894@mail.baskent.edu.tr." You can see that I registered with this email address. The account membership associated with this email address, "22296894@baskent.edu.tr," is still active, but I can't use it, and the membership fee continues to be deducted from my account. Please help me cancel my membership associated with this email address: "22296894@baskent.edu.tr."

Hi,I am attempting to transcribe videos. With every video done through a soundboard it's the same issue. It will not transcribe. It just produces the odd word. Has anyone had that issue? Is there a way to fix the current video and/or are there special settings within the soundboard? See attached screenshot.

I’m on version 25.4 and was able to import QuickTime (MP4) videos from a coworker yesterday,  they screen recorded them on their iPad. But when I try to import MP4s recorded on my own iPad, After Effects gives me the error: “The source compression type is not supported and this ‘MooV’ file is damaged or unsupported." The videos aren’t corrupted, they play fine in QuickTime and Preview.  When I tested the same files in After Effects 24, they imported without any issues. Does anyone know what’s causing this and how to fix it?

Hola! ¿Saben cómo puedo descargar la fuentes de adobe a fuentes de windows 10?Gracias.

I am nearly finished making a photobook, but now I need to add an extra picture. I import it to the library and it sits there, I can use Develop on it,  but I cannot get it to appear in the photobook - even if I designate it a cover page in the Library!Deleting is easy but how do I add an extra picture to a photobook in progress? There are hours of work involved already, so I don't want to just clear the book and start again as each page always needs a lot of manual adjustment and captioning!

Hi, Dear Friends! My ID is getting a little sluggish (which is the main reason I left MS Word for page layout. Yes, I have a lot of scripts, but I am not running them all at once, so why should this be happening? I am a super fast system, Windows 11 with plenty of RAM -

In the past, when I have wanted to change the scale ratio in Acrobat Reader, I would select the measuring tool and then right-click on my document to get a menu from which I would select "change scale ratio."Starting this week, the "change scale ratio" option disappeared from the right-click menu. Screenshot below of the menu I get when I right-click.Is anyone else running into this problem? MacOS Sonoma 14.4.1, Acrobat Reader v2024.002.20736.
