Solved

I added a single rectangle mask to a video (no other masks). I could see the video inside the rectangle, but not outside (expected). I want this mask to fade in, so I set keyframes, then set the first keyframe to 0% opacity. The video inside the mask  disappeared. As if I was changing the actual video opacity. I double-checked. I was changing the mask opacity. What am I doing wrong?

Hey InDesign World, Cannot create a NEW DOCUMENT. Either through key command or the main FILE drop down. From Main FILE, I'm greeted with this: Command N is no longer offered as an option. I can still open old projects, but apparently can't start new ones. Any ideas? Working with version 20.2 Thank you, jen

Lost Photoshop CS6 due to SSD wipe.. from what I ve read however, I would have to deactivate Photoshop on my old SSD (which I tried to recover the files off of, but could not), so that I won't get the error message of 'invalid license' if I try to reinstall on my new device. Is there any solution to this? Thanks for any advice, cheers.

When I click on my image. I get this strage mask that prevents me from editing it. Closing the program and opening it back doesn't work. It still comes up with this mask covering everything. Does anyone know how to remove it?

Hello everyone,I want to get a set of icons related to business and health to incorporate into some images that I want to share via Adobe Stock. However, I am concerned about intellectual property issues, as I do not want to infringe on anyone's rights and want my work to be ethical. Please tell me where I can find icons without encountering these problems. I find that many photographers incorporate icons into their images on Adobe Stock, but I don't know where they get them from because most websites that provide icons stipulate that they cannot be used in works intended for sale.Thank you in advance for your answers, opinions, and suggestions.

Replace without formatting not working....

HelloI'm having this problem where Lightroom never stops syncing, even though there is no photos syncing (as seen with the filter on image attached). Also as you can see in the screenshot there is like 101MB occupied (and I have deleted every sigle photo trying to fix it..).This issue first started when I downloaded Lightroom Classic and tried out the collections. I have tried stoping Lightroom Classic Sync, removing Lightroom Classic, stopping Lightroom sync and starting it again, re-installing Lightroom and waiting for hours but nothing seems to work. Also I have checked if there is some problem on Lightroom Mobile (android) but nothing strange there.I think that maybe some photos got stuck on cloud so that is the reason why I cant see them from any of the Adobe products. As further information, I can upload new photos and those I can see from anywhere, but I can notice that is really slow (it is not internet speed problem).Lightroom Version: Lightroom 7.2OS: Windows 10 Thank

I am publishing a print and an ebook version of a book about music. I have occasion to present analytical representations of song lyrics - example attached. I know nothing about InDesign, but that is the tool my book designer is using. She/we are having difficulty getting the alignment to come out right in the EPUB file InDesign exports. I have looked at the html and stylesheet in the EPUB file (using Calibre), and I can see she is flailing. I believe if someone were doing this for a web page, they would use a CSS grid layout. My understanding is that InDesign has equivalent grid functionality, and my instinct is that is what we should be using, but the designer doesn't seem familiar with the grid functionality in InDesign, at least for this purpose. I am posting this to ask what would be the appropriate tool/functionality in InDesign to get the alignment right in the EPUB output. (Feel free to answer using InDesign specific terminology, as I will be passing this on to her anyway.)

HelloHere is a very simple script:$.writeln("aaa"); var aFile = new File($.fileName).parent.fsName + "/aaa.wav"; var jsx = proj.importFiles([aFile]); $.writeln("aaa2"); var startTime = new Date(); $.writeln("aa3"); I am running it, but nothing is happening? It was working yesterday:Screenshots: The folder where visual code is open: You can see the file is there. And finally PPRO right after running the code (and seeing no prints for the first time it happen to me)nothing happened: Please tell me what is wrong! At visual code level I see the usual eval, but only for a split second then it disapears and as i said nothing happened, no prints inside terminal/debug console (from $.writeln() lines) and no effect on current opened ppro project:(This dissapears in seconds)  I need PPRO scripting thought ExtendScript, I have been working on this workflow for 1-2 years (you might recognize my name from last year), everything was working fine up to today.&nbsp

I'm logged in with the same account on both systems, but despite claims I've seen to the contrary, a workspace I created and saved on my Windows computer does not appear on my Mac. Presumably there's a workspace file I can manually copy between the two computers, but where do these reside under these OSes? And are workspaces supposed to sync?

Hello! I created a project using layers from illustrator as I have done multiple times before. In After Effects everything seems to be in the right place, but when I send to Media Encoder to export, the sahdow layers change position and get clipped. Is there a setting i need to change when exporting that may be causing this? I've tried multiple presets and it looks like this with any of them.Layers:On After effects:On Media Encoder / exported videoThank you!

I've been having this issue where my opacity mask doesn't align and it becomes a nightmare when I jump ahead on the timeline because the mask just keeps moving further and further away from the blue outline. Sometimes the lines align perfectly, but then other times it's just awful.

After effects warning: Audio conforming failed for thefollowing file:___________.cfa. Perhaps due to disk space.I am working on a project for an internship and I am editing a video I had the video files working and then I started doing some editing and animations for the video  and now for some reason when I open the file into AE I get this message so I tried starting over same message when I import the video files.

Hello.  My first post on Adobe forums. I am using PhotoShop CC 2025 V 26.1 on a PC running W1indows 11. When placing text on an image, I am accustomed to seeing a small text dialog box just under my inserted text with options for size, color, font selection, etc.  It no longer appears. It was so handy not having to go to the options bar at the top of the screen to modify text options. I am baffled.  I tried "Edit>Toolbar>Restore Defaults" and "Window>Workspace>Essectials" with no luck. Suggestions requested. Thanks in advance

I had no issue with expanding the top of the image with CAS, but I'm having trouble with expanding the bottom. I did the smaller left portion as you can see from the screenshot because of different objects in the shot. I'm on macOS Sequoia 15.5

The Text to Vector fuction is completely missing from my ai. I am taking a course where using this tool is necessary to complete a project and I am unable to complete this task due to this issue. How do I gain access to the AI tools in Illustrator?  For reference, there is no sign of this feature in my properties panel or in the window drop down. I have the most up to date version and the full creative cloud plan subscription..

I have created several bits of artwork in a project I have set up. I now can't access the files, I am logged in correctly and have cleared cache, restarted, tried in 2 browsers. Nothing is working, any ideas?
