Hi, I have about a 10 minute-long video in Premier Pro (I'm editing on MacBook Pro with external hard drive - MyPassport ultra is the brand). The program monitor is completely black no matter where I am in the timeline. I still have audio, but no graphics or video.  I saw clearing my cache could help but will clearing it effect/erase my project? Is the external hard drive a factor?  Some things I've already tried:- Reducing playback resolution- checked playback renderer in file > project settings > general. (for some reason I can't change the renderer, like its grayed out so I can't click drop down)- checked systems compatibility report (no issues showing up) I'm 60 hours deep into these projects, I really can't lose them. Any help would be immensely appreciated.

Picking up from our conversation last fall @MeredithStotzner , is choosing the "Firefly Image 1" in 26.9.0 equivalent to jumping back to Photoshop 2024 and using gen fill there? If so I am very grateful to Adobe for providing this choice. Opening an image temporarily in 2024 for certain gen fill tasks is a big part of my current workflow as I find it still to be superior for textures and a few other things. I would be happy to learn that this is a shortcut to exactly that. Thank you for all your hard work on this and accomodating the widely varied utility of Gen Fill.

when I updated photoshop to the latest Windows Patch 26.8..1, now my  contextual task bars are only  partially showing. I have attached a photo below. Nothing else in the environment has chganged. Is there a way to reset it or roll back to an earlier version. Anyone else having this same issue. I am running Windows 11 Pro on a Lenovo Laptop and an Ultra 7 165U processor. Suggestions and Help would be appreciated.

Since updating to Photoshop 26.9.0 20250724.r.15 today I've got a problem with Generative Fill. I can select an area, right click on it and choose generative fill, type in a prompt and I get three variations offered - however, the prompt box is then blank and unselectable  so I can't modify the prompt or indeed even generate futher variations from the same prompt the 'Generate' button remains active, but with a blank and un-selectable prompt box.     Photoshop 26.9.0 20250724.r.15 on Windows 11 24H2

For some odd reason I never get any updates of any of the apps on my system. I've tried the suggested options in this community including removing the .db file from the library/OOBE folder and uninstalling and re-installing Creative Cloud alltogether but to no avail. Even though I am several versions behind for Photoshop the updates page within CC keeps showing 'You're up to date!'.  Only thing that seems to work is uninstalling and re-installing each app, something I really don't want to do every single time I find out online there's a newer version out..  Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I suppose this is a general bug in the way Firefly 4 interprets prompts that specify exaggerated objects, and I find it almost impossible to use with this type of generative image. For example, generating a guitar with an unusually short neck; a baseball bat as long as a flagpole, or an extremely large sundae dessert compared to the person holding it. I've tried using some help from Chat GPT and Perplexity, for example, in getting suggestions (which are good) but still Firefly 4 fails to render them with any noticeable exaggeration. Almost as if it cannot understand how to generate unrealistic-style images. Rather it conforms to normalcy as much as possible. Now with Imagen 4 or GPT Image, I get a generated image that much more closely aligns with the details of my prompt. Both have consistent results. But I think overall they are proving to be more accurate than Firefly 4. I've used up hundreds of credits with Firefly 4, but after just one or a few trials with the others, I am ge

Hi, I’m working with a pdf form, the first page is an input page with fields for various info like Employee Name, Title,  Telephone Number, and Cell Phone Number. The second page is a business card with the information entered from the first page. On the second page, I have a text field named Employee Block which combines the employee name, title, telephone number, FAX number, cell phone number and email address. The telephone and FAX number fields are drop-downs with numbers to choose from, (in this format: (xxx) xxx-xxxx), the cell phone number field is completed by the user. The Format properties of the CellPhone field is set to Special under the Select formatting category and Phone Number is chosen for Special Options so when the user types in the number in the CellPhone field it is formatted as (xxx) xxx-xxxx. However, the cell phone number shows as 10 numbers all together, no () and no – in the Employee Block field. I need assistance in the coding that wo

I'm trying to increase the Maximum number of POST request parameters field in the CF Administrator console above 100 to accomodate a legacy app that can have over 100 form fields.  The developer edition will let me set any value I want.  The standard edition gives me an error: when I try to increase the POST request parameters above 100.   I suspect CF Administrator is displaying the wrong error message and this is not related to Maximum Pool Size.  That aside is there anyway to increase the POST limit beyond 100 with Standard Edition?  If not, will upgrading our license to Enterprise edition remove this limit?

I have installed Lightroom (NOT LR Classic) on my computer.  I am organizing my photos and created smart albums in Lightroom. On my iPad, the smart albums are not appearing.  I tried clearing cache as well. There is not stuck or paused sync status on either devices. Photos are saved in the Cloud.  All photos exist, but the organizational folders and albums are not syncing at all.   I am new to Lightroom non-classic. Thanks for your help.

Hello, in the new PPRO version my Intuos Pro tablet does not pan/scroll only partially (on the timeline not, in the bin lists it works), I mention that I am using the driver from 2021 which so far has worked ok, with new drivers the function does not work on any version of Premiere. I asked for support from wacom but without success, and they directed me to adobe, because in the other applications the pan/scroll function works properly.here is a screen record with the problemhttps://www.dropbox.com/s/gvezrvnxh396hqu/Adobe%20Premiere%20Pro%202023%20-%20D__Premier%20Projects_2022-08-28%20-%20WEDD%20-%20Giulio%20si%20Alessia%20-%20Baia%20Mare_2022-08-28%20-%20WEDD%20-%20Giulio%20si%20Alessia%20-%20Baia%20Mare.prproj%202023-05-12%2008-41-14.mp4?dl=0

Hi!If I create a portfolio website using Adobe portfolio (I’ve already purchased a domain), will the site still remain accessible if I cancel my subscription? And if I want to make edits later, how would that work? Thanks for your help!

I've seen some art streams where the digital artists are zoomed in on their canvas and they have the full picture view, typically in the top left corner of the screen. I'm wondering if I can do the same, or if I just mistook that feature for another digital program? Thanks for the help!

I am creating a participant workbook. Each page includes a column that is 70% of the page AND a second column that is the remaining 30%. This 30% "galley" column is dedicated to summary information, notes, lines, and other "quick" items. This 30% column should always be on the OUTSIDE of Left and Right pages. Issue: When I need to INSERT a new page somewhere in the middle of the document, that galley column switches from LEFT to RIGHT and all my quick items are in the wrong place. Is there ANY way to avoid having to move all of the information back and forth every time I adjust the number of pages? Thanks for any advice."Lost New User"

I'm trying to figure out why the Dyatlov Mountain Icon.psd image is not being grouped in the Links Panel, even though it's the same image. I want to use this file as a template and I want to be able to replace that image quickly and efficiently in other documents. I'd love to be able to group those images now or failing that, figure out how to place the image so that it is grouped in the document.

How can I dynamically display or not display a section in my word document template. My current markup in the template is... {{!IF(account:billingCity = "Calgary", account:billingCity, "")}}but that doesnt seem to work. I am using Adobe Sign Templates for Salesforce.

How do I get rid of the vertical side bar where 'comment' and 'fill and sign' are shown, so I don't have to click the arrow to hide, everytime I click on a new page of a pdf document?

Hi, i am having 900 + images scanned as shown in the attachment. Is there a easy script or action that would just straighten the layers. and also crop single single frames as images or sequence at a desired size or aspect ratio. pFA

Hi, i'm literally just trying to move a gif to a still image. I've copied and pasted the frames of the gif into the still image i'm trying to paste it into, now to have the images actually be over the background. But when I select match layer across frames, the gifs are still transparent, and I end up creating a gif that flashes from background to gif 1, to gif 2, etc.How do I fix this?

Hello,     1.) Lightroom 14.4 German / Camera Raw17.4   I am able to synchronise the KI Denoise over several pictures. If I  remove the Ki Denoise on several pictures I must go to each picture to unselect the Denoise button. Could you get me hints.   Wkr Eberhard   [Moved from ‘Bugs’ to ‘Discussions’ by moderator, according to forum rules.]
