Hola. El 21 de agosto se realizo un cargo en mi tarjeta por una suscripción que no cancele. Ese mismo día que se me hizo el cargo hable con un agente y me prometio un reembolso y cancelación de la suscripción. Lo unico que recibi fue un correo de Adobe demostrando que esta habia sido cancelada. Aclaro que mencionaron que el reembolso se haria en un plazo de 5-7 días hábiles, pero ya pasaron los 7 días y todavia nada sobre el reembolso. Me dicen que no hay plan asociado a mi cuenta (lo cual si es verdad, porque lo cancele) y no se me da un reembolso, pero ese ya había sido solicitado el mismo día en que se me cobro, solo que nunca me lo dieron.

I used Adobe Acrobat AI about a year ago, and cancelled before the free trial was over. Then I noticed that there were still payments coming out of my account despite the cancellation. On March 14, 2026, I created an Adobe account to use the Photoshop free trial for a short-term need. I cancelled it the next day (March 15) as I didn’t need it anymore.Despite this, I was later charged CAD $44.83. When I checked my account, I saw that an Adobe Stock subscription was still active. I do not recall knowingly subscribing to Adobe Stock, and I genuinely believed that cancelling the trial would end everything.When I tried to cancel the Adobe Stock subscription, I was prompted with a CAD $194 cancellation fee. I can see that there are terms related to cancellation fees, but the way this was set up and presented feels extremely misleading. Having to cancel multiple subscriptions separately without it being made clear upfront is very confusing. The interface makes it far too easy to miss this, and it honestly feels like it is designed that way.At this point, I feel taken advantage of. I’m currenlty logged in on my Son’s account. I have my own Subscription, And my Son had a student subscription. He’s no longer a student and does not require Creative cloud any more. I only noticed when I got charged yesterday for his subscription. I’ve been in and turned off autorenewal so it will not happen again. However I have a student account that has a year to run. And no students in the house. How can I get this fee refunded?

Hi!I wish to cancel my adobe membership but can't seem to do it. I was unaware that my prepaid plan would auto-renew, so I didn't worry about cancelling it prior to the end of my plan. Adobe tried to take money out of my bank account (which is still my current bank account, so payment details are correct), but it failed due to insufficient funds. Now, when I try to cancel the plan by clicking "Manage Plan", there is no option to cancel or renew the plan: only to update my details. I cannot update my details, because they are correct (I guess when I click SAVE it doesn't update because there is still insufficient funds in the account), but I cannot cancel the plan either. I love these programs and want to continue using them, but the price my plan auto renewed to is $300 more than what I paid last year, and I feel like that might be an incorrect price and I can't afford it. My subscription renewal time has come for the account registered with REMOVED, but due to the economic conditions in Turkey, the annual fee of 10,000 TL is too expensive for me. I urgently need help canceling my Adobe trial. Every time I try, the system forces me to update my password.
