I purchased the Adobe Creative Cloud plan on 13th Jan, 2026 with invoice number 3335834474 and purchase order number AD04651202742CIN and got charged 17988 INR.It was in the trial period, and I cancelled the plan on the same date while I was eligible for a refund.From above, a credit invoice was generated with invoice number 3335840617 and purchase order number AD04651202742CIN. The payment mode was UPI.It’s been around one month, and I haven’t received a refund in my bank account. Whenever I am talking with useless Adobe chat support, they always share the credit invoice PDF and end the chat. I did a high level of escalation on my financial institution (bank account), and they shared that they haven’t received any refund from Adobe. They also raised a chargeback request to Adobe for my escalation dispute, which Adobe denied. I want the Adobe Finance team to look into this and share any transaction reference number (that you received when doing a bank-to-bank transaction). Please again

Hi,i have problem with my subscription. Yesterday I received mail from adobe about canceling my subscription because of fraudulent activity. Previously I was paying my subscription the official way, directly through adobe, but allegedly i was scammed by some unknown salesman. Previously i was paying 20€/month and it was too much for me and this salesman offered me lower price, assuring me that it was legit. Now i want to have legit subscription, but its still high price for me. is there change for some discount, please? Thank you!

Hello! My old credit card expired recently, and of course I got the notification to update the payment method or my plan would cancel. When I went to update the information I saw that it said that the next payment would be 79€, which is the normal individual plan price here in Spain. I re-applied for the student discount as it had also finished and it got updated and accepted, but the price stayed the same and I don’t want to update the card information because 79€/month is quite a lot for me right now. What can I do? Do I need to just let it cancel itself and buy it again? Or just wait a couple more days for the discount to show up? Theoretically my student discount is already accepted but I don’t know why it doesn’t show in the price.

I closed my business by the end of 2025 and want to remove the VAT ID in my Adobe account. This is apparently impossible: (I try to translate the Adobe UI in German to English.)Selected my plan, selected Manage payment, selected the currently used credit card and selected “edit”: removed the VAT ID (earmarked as Option in the UI) and saved the changed setting. (The price of the plan did not change - as I expected.) The January 2026 invoice showed my old VAT ID and no VAT was applied. I had a look into Manage payment with the credit card - edited above - and it showed a VAT ID - I had removed it ?!?!? I got into Manage payment and selected “new credit card”, entered all required data about the credit card and did NOT fill in the VAT ID - and saved this new payment. The February 2026 invoice showed my old VAT ID and no VAT was applied. I had a look into Manage payment of the recently entered new credit card: a VAT ID was shown. Your ridiculous subscription agreement is designed to steal people's money like thieves, which is why you blocked my account and reactivated my subscription as soon as money was credited to my account. This happened without my request or consent. You don't have a customer service phone number or support email address; it's a joke that I have to try to explain the situation to amateur, incompetent people like you through this ridiculous support panel.
