I cancelled my free trial before its end. Does that mean I also cancelled my monthly plan? The Plan section says I have no paid Plan.

I'm trying to cancel my plan - i'm currently on the annual billed monthly subscription and when I went to cancel it said there would be a £100 cancellation fee because i'm leaving my annual commitment early. How do I find out when my annual commitment is due to end or how do I navigate this issue?   

I just realised i have been paying adobe subscription since may 2024, which means i have been paying 6 months worth of subscription, because i didnt cancel my free trial, and i didnt touch the adobe acrobat pro at all. now i want to cancel it, it says i have to pay another extra $80. Please help me as i am only just a student studying in university.. i can't afford to pay another $80, and i have already paid $165.24 for the 6 months, i dont even earn an income.. Could i get a refund for that 6 months too, i really didnt use adobe. Customer support kept offering me a discounted price of the next few months for the plan. I dont even use it so why does he keep offering me the discount price?? Why does a big company like adobe want money so badly from poor students who dont even earn an income???

Hi . In Algeria it's not possible to have a banking card to pay Adobe products.  Why Adobe don't do like Kaspersky, i can bay Kaspersky key of one year in my country for store and pay with Dinar not dollar.  If Adobe do this to it will be good many people want to bay but they can't.  The second thing is that Adobe products are very expensive for us . If for example the key will be for 7 products 150$/year it will be good. I couldn't text Adobe to tell them this i hope if any one can send them my message,  thanks 

Quick question - Ive paid for my account for the past 3 or 4 years but recently I have missed the last 4 months payment since Ive been out of work. Do I have to pay the last 4 months plus the current month to get access again, or will they let me just pay the current month? I have the Annual - Paid Monthly plan.

I signed up for the 7-day free trial of Adobe Acrobat, but I was charged immediately upon subscribing. This is misleading and feels like fraud. I did not authorize any payment before the trial period ended. I want an immediate refund and a clear explanation of why this happened. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Hello, I am a loyal user of the Creative Cloud Photography Plan in China. I have been using this plan for almost a decade and have stored tens of thousands of photos in the cloud storage. However, when I recently logged in, the system notified me that I can no longer subscribe to the plan in the China region. I would like to know how I can back up the photos from my cloud storage. Additionally, if I wish to continue using Adobe software, what should I do?

I was trying to make a refund for this subscription, my payment was made on the 23rd of this month and I just canceled it this morning.

So, it looks like to keep some of the key features we love like generative fill and have a reasonable amount of credits we have to upgrade to Pro at our next renewal.  A $15 a month price hike right now really hurts Adobe. Agencies and freelancers are getting squeezed with clients taking longer to decide on projects, wanting to pay less and less. We are investigating if most of our team except for one member will move to Affinity.Seriously, the mindset of AI means you can make tons more money isn't a 1:1. I’m locked out of my Adobe account (linked to davidchait@hotmail.com) because I no longer have access to the email used for verification. The account has an active Photography Plan (20GB) and important Lightroom/Creative Cloud files I need to recover. Support has acknowledged the subscription but refuses to help me verify identity through alternate methods or escalate the issue. I’ve been told that “only I can access the data,” but I’m being blocked by a verification process tied to a dead email address. I’m not asking for a refund. I’m asking for access to my creative work. If this isn’t resolved, Adobe will be knowingly deleting a paying customer’s files without offering any recovery support. How can I escalate this before my work is permanently lost?

Estou com problemas em efetuar o pagamento da fatura e utilizar os aplicativos. O pagamento apresentou falha das duas primeiras vezes por falta de limite no cartão de crédito, porém agora tenho limite, atualizei os meus dados de cartão tudo conforme os suportes diziam. Porém a fatura não foi cobrada novamente, já tentei de todas as formas e a fatura não está sendo descontada e portanto, não consigo usar os aplicativos, como posso pagar a fatura atrasada?

Hi, I just downloaded the 7 day trial out of curiosity. I had to log into my Adobe account to download the trial. I tried to find the trial in my account but it doesn't show up. Only my subscription to Photoshop and all the other apps is shown. What happens after the 7 day trial? I hope it doesn't charge my account? There doesn't seem a way to cancel the trial like you can normally with other Adobe products.Thanks for any advice. 

I have attempted to try the free trial for Adobe InCopy and every time I go to check out, it says there was a problem with my payment information. I've tried 3 separate cards (that each go through separate banks), I've checked the information (it's all up to date), I've tried to download in the app and also in the browser, and I also have done this on two different days, as well as having done so after restarting my computer. I need this application for 5 seconds, and I can't even download it for that long. Apparently this is the only way that you can get support anymore as well, and you can't even contact Adobe directly?? Wondering if anyone has had this issue themselves and if so how to fix it.

Inicialmente me dijeron que se me cobraría S/ 68.35 soles pero finalmente me cobraron S/ 80.65 soles (16 dic. 2024)  Pasan 20 días y me debitan S/ 443.60 soles adicionales (06.01.2025) No entiendo que pasó y porque sin autorización del cliente se hace este cobro excesivo. This is driving me nuts.My current plan is:  Creative Cloud Photography plan with 1TB.  My plan is prepaid.  I purchase 12 month/1 year subscription codes and apply them to my account.  When these codes/cards go on sale I buy one and add it to my account to extend my subscription by 1 year.  This has not preiously been a problem. My current subscription ends in August 2026. I just recently purcahsed a new 12 month/1 year subscription card through an authorized retailer.  I went into my Adobe account and clicked the "Redeem New Code" button and entered in the new code. This created a new 2nd subscription for the same type of plan instead of extending my current plan. Both plans say:  Creative Cloud Photography plan with 1TB. I went through chat support and the rep told me my old plan is considered "monthly" and my new plan is considered "annual". The rep canceled my new plan and issued me a new code a few days la

I've seen others post about this but have not seen this situation solved. I have a computer at work and one at home. I am constantly being logged out and forced to change my password. I do not have anyone else using my product or computers. I had a case opened. He logged into my computer did work on both and told me it would never happen again. One week later it is happening and worse- forcing me out of the program. The programs are closed on the alternate computer (for example, if I am on work computer, the home computer has shut down the adobe apps).  I really need to fix this as it's killing my day and I use adobe all day long.

Hello, I wanted to ask if anyone knows more about buying the 1 YR Photography plan from stores such as Amazon since I do not want to add a credit card to my Adobe account or use Paypal through Adobe directly.   In the following scenario, Adobe Account (Current) - no payment method on file, nor has there ever been A) If I were to purchase the 1 YR Photography plan  from Amazon Canada, what is the process to link that plan to my adobe account and ; B) does Adobe force you to add a payment method onto your existing adobe account to use this Amazon Photography Plan code? If NO to question B), does the subscription automatically expire at the end of the 12 month term? If NO to question B), does your account remain in a suspended state or "deactivated" state? Hi everyone,I urgently need help. I’ve lost access to the Hotmail account linked to my Adobe Photography Plan (20GB). The email is permanently deleted, so I can’t get verification codes or manage the account.Has anyone here successfully transferred their subscription to a new email? I recently received an email stating that my student subscription will expire soon. However, I did not have a student subscription, nor have I ever. My account was created via TechSoup way back in 2016. I expect the explanation is that someone did something in the account database that added a student flag or something because the plan hasn't changed (that I can tell at least), and while I don't regularly look through my account information, I don't recall ever seeing the Education Information section before I got the email. The reason I expect it to be an error is because it says "Student until January 1900" which is preposterous and such a value should naturally be prevented through conditional checks and verification measures. The School field is also blank, which probably also shouldn't be possible if the account was created through a normal process. Since my account is nearing 9 years of age, maybe TechSoup was originally giving "special" student accounts?
