I have PS (normal, v26.6) open. Now I also wish to open PS Beta v26.7. But I cannot open it. If I close normal PS and then open Beta, I can. Similarly, if my PS Beta is open, I cannot open normal PS. I can open only one PS at a time from LRC also. Deepending on what I set in preferences. Is this the normal behaviour of PS & PS Beta? How do I enable both to run simultaneously? This is the Sytem Info from my normal PS Help-> System Info...Adobe Photoshop Version: 26.6.0 20250414.r.14 f1f3569 x64Number of Launches: 99Operating System: Windows 11 64-bitVersion: 11 or greater 10.0.22621.4317System architecture: Intel CPU Family:6, Model:14, Stepping:10, AVX2, HyperThreadingPhysical processor count: 6Logical processor count: 12Processor speed: 3192 MHzBuilt-in memory: 16297 MBFree memory: 10436 MBMemory available to Photoshop: 12014 MBMemory used by Photoshop: 70 %Crash Handler: AdobeDCX Version: 8.20.0SAM SDK Version: 12.1.1ACP.local Status:- SDK Version: 5.3.0- Core Sync Status: Reac
Hi to everyone, I would like to know and assure if you have already experienced any problems throughout the whole Creative Suite, but in concrete with Photoshop, running the apps under the MAC OS ecosystem of Sequoia. Do you know if it runs better under Sonoma rather than the Sequoia ops? Many thanks
Hey Everyone - Serious question. Why are gifs so difficult to deal with in 2025?My current workflow - to which i am unable to find an easier solution - is as follows for this given project: 1. Create 3D animation in Cinema 4D. Export as PNG sequence.2. Import the PNG sequence into After Effects, duplicate sequence and time reverse to create perfect loop.3. Export as .MOV (rgb+alpha).4. Import MOV into Photoshop.5. Export to Legacy GIF. It seems like a huge amount of effort to have a GIF with a transparent BG. But even now, as I do this, I am getting silly white artifacting around the element. When i remove the matte, the artifacting is gone, but the animation looks pixeled and not super smooth. The whole point of these animations are that they can go on a website and they are overlayed over 2 different colored blocks. I feel like in 2025 there has to be an easier solution to creating a transparent BG gif that isn't 15MB that looks smooth and has no edge artifa
My eyesight is getting worse so I was wondering if there was a way to make the font inside "Actions" larger? I am using windows 11 and the most up to date version of PS CC. Thank you
Just as it says. I draw a path using the pen tool, right-click to stroke it. Rather than bringing up the "how do you want this stroked" box, it immediately switches to the eyedropper tool and won't let me leave the eyedropper tool, even after selecting a color or clicking on other tool bars. In effect, it freezes the application.Other path options, such as fill path, don't trigger this. Just the stroke path option.
I have multiple copies of an artboard to create variations of an idea. There is a gradient fill layer acting as a background for the artboards. Each artboard is supposed to have full gradient range but its acting as if the gradient is shared across all the artboards, thus each artboard getting a part of the gradient. Also moving the artboards is further screwing up the gradient where it seems to be re-sharing the gradient based on the new locations of the artboards. I am attaching the psd file as well as a video of how moving the artboards is behaving.
Pinch to Zoom in Photoshop never recognises pinch to zoom. It always works on other apps like Paint.I have already tried all the troubleshooting steps (like toggling "Enable Gestures" or resetting preferences) that I could find via LLM's Adobe Photoshop 26.5.0Acer Nitro ANV 15-5113th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-13420H 2.10 GHzSystem type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processorWindows 11 Version 24H2
Does anyone run both PS and LR Classic? I'm running both on a Dell laptop with only 4gb vram, so I'm looking to upgrade to something that has either 8gb or 16gb vram. I also play videos at the same time. Would like to know if someone out there does something similar and the setup he/she has and of course what the performance is like...
I was using Photoshop fine until a few hours ago (on my Mac). I was just editing an image, nothing unusual from what I often do. I tried to open it a short while ago, and it made me log in again, which is weird, because I'm logged into all other Adobe applications on my computer. I logged in, then a window came up which read, "Sorry, Photoshop CC has encountered an error and needs to close. "You will not be able to use Photoshop CC at this time. Please contact Customer Support and use the reference code 213 for more information on how to resolve this issue." Then it had me click "Quit Photoshop CC", and it shut down the application. Trying to use the application just causes this process to repeat. I don't know what I've done to cause this, or what could've changed. I was using Fuse to make a character, and I was going to take that character into Photoshop and play around with it a bit. I like to illustrate, and I'm experimenting with Fuse as an inspiration tool. I s
Printing from Photoshop had been going fine but now when the print setup window comes up the "canvas" (the white rectangle on the diagonal lined background) is itself off center. And sure enough my prints are, too. What can I do to fix this?In the screenshot is my attempt to print a 7.5" x 10" image on a 8.5" x 11" paper.
Ciao, in camera Raw (ultima versione e anche photoshop ultima versione al 06.05.2025) le sfumature (sia circolare che lineare) non funzionano più. Cosa possso fare? Grazie
In the last two versions of Photoshop - currently on v24.7 - there's been a really irritating issue where zooming one window when it's on top of another causes the underlying document to flip to higher priority. To reproduce, have separate windows per document. Expand one so it fills the main Photoshop view. Get the other document over the top in it's window and zoom it. The underlying one will flip to highest priority, hiding the one you're trying to zoom. Attached video shows this in action.
I got this error message while trying to remove a background
is there a way to call photoshop as a widget inside a website ?
Hi everyone and first of all I apologise if this is a duplicate post!As per the title, I updated to Photoshop 2025 version 26.6 yesterday morning, but now it will not launch. I am running Windows 11 pro and from the Task Manager (see attached screenshot) I can see that Photoshop is running as a background process, but that is all I can get. I have tried all options that I can find in previous posts on here, including uninstalling all Adobe apps and then reinstalling them, with no result. And yes I have ended the task in Task Manager each time. I have even tried installing the Photoshop Beta app, but the same thing happens. If anybody can help, I would be eternally grateful.Thank youClive
Hello, I have a problem with Adobe on one of my computers. I can't generate AI in Photoshop at all, and I get an error saying, "Check your internet connection," even though my connection is fine.Another issue is that when I go to the browser and try to access "Manage Account," instead of showing my plan, I get a message saying, "Unable to load plans." However, everything works perfectly on another computer. Please help.

I can't seem to figure out how to make more than 1 gradient in the same layer. I used to able to that, and now when I apply a second gradient, the one before disappeards. It is very frustrating, especially in you are working on a mask layer and need gradients to come from different directions. What can I do???
I'm at my wit's end you guys. I need help. Every time I export this file to a PNG, the nice, fun, curved edges become straight edged and I have no idea why. And it's not just when exporting. If I were to rasterize or make into smart object this happens. If I do save as instead of export this happens. I've been to Reddit and several forums online and I can't find an answer that works. Someone just please save me lol
Hi folks - how can I change the profile pic in the top right corner, visible on all adobe desktop apps. I have recently updated the public profile on my adobe account page, but the change is not reflected when I launch the desktop apps. How can I fix this!Any insights!!Thanks,Bonnie
If I use the heal tool on a smart object layer and for some reason need to go back and adjust the smart object settings, the whole image shows where the healing tool was used. I use a layer over the smart object for the heal tool.
I need to create a mockup for a printed hardcover book with reflective gold foil titles. All the tutorials I've found use heavy fonts that don't translate well to 36 pt Adobe Jensen Caption.Does anyone have a suggestion? Thanks.I'm in Psd v. 26 on Windows 11 pro.
When I size an image in photoshop to 10MB, it reads as 1.5 MB when I save it to a folder. Why? Which is the true size? This has always been a problem, but I am using Photoshop 26.6.0 on my MAC PowerBook Pro. 2024
I am unable to download Photoshop. I used to belong to a network but bought my current Photoshop as an individual. It won't let me get past the page that says I need to log in as the administrator.
How do I change the background in Photoshop back to the default color? Don't now what I hit to get blue. I've attached an image.
