I was charged 4 time at 21.95 and have not received my refund
Hello, Conditions: 1. The device is a Samsung smartphone. 2. I'm viewing a PDF document in Adobe PDF Reader. 3. I'm taking a screenshot using the Samsung hotkeys (Power + Volume Down). 4. At the same time, the Samsung screenshot toolbar opens, along with an automatic pop-up from Adobe PDF Reader, which allows you to "Share screenshot and full document link." 5. The automatic pop-up from Adobe PDF Reader prevents me from enlarging the screenshot as usual using the Samsung screenshot toolbar's scroll-down function. My question is: How can I prevent Adobe PDF Reader from automatically popping up so that I can take screenshots of PDF documents using the scroll-down function again? Thanks in advance!

I unsubscribed 2 months ago but was charged twice after cancelling. I only got refunded for the first charge. I’m still waiting on the second refund. Please process it now

Hi, I tried to apply for 7 day free trial but my phone froze and charged me the monthly charge today instead of doing the 7 day free trial I wanted. I paid for the subscription after the trial because the service worked properly on my iPhone 15 Pro during the trial period. However, only a few days after being charged, it stopped working completely. This is extremely misleading.I will be filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau and other consumer protection agencies regarding these business practices.

Requesting refund! Was charged for a month, when I selected the one month option it said 7 day free trial included. I canceled my subscription within the hour and I got an email from my bank that I was changed.
