Currently on a monthly creative cloud pro plan and wanted to switch to a creative cloud standard monthly plan but it isn't allowing a monthly option? 

I register trial plan for ST and Premiere, but at the end of trial period, I cannot do anything to cancel them. They continue trying to charge my bank account, I CANNOT DO ANYTHING!!! And now they successfully charge 23$ from my bank account, I don't want to use it anymore, after that, I cancel Premiere, my money do not goes back. Can someone explain it, help  

Ive used photoshop my entire life but after being charged a cancelation fee for something that shouldnt be subscription based anyway I will never use it again.   I know this will fall on def ears its just really [Abuse removed by moderator] me off. They already show how little they care about art with AI bs so good ridance.   Just wanted to give you a big [Abuse removed by moderator] before I never used your greedy companies product ever again. There are plenty of alternatives.

Hello! Unfortunately,  I lost both the email and password of my Adobe account (another account than the one I'm writing from now), and have been unable to recover it after many hours of attempts. Normally, I would just make a new account, but the problem is that Adobe is still pulling money from my credit card associated with this lost Adobe account. Is there any way I can cancel the subscription associated with this lost account? For instance, if I provide you with my credit card details, can you locate which accounts are currently charging that card? I have tried to reach Adobe support desperately, but there seems to be no phone number or email available anywhere. Thank you in advance for your help. Bests,Henrik

Hello there! I have exactly the same problem: This morning, when starting Photoshop, I received exactly the same message that all available (2) licenses are occupied. I also had to sign out of ALL my active accounts to get it back working again.When checking my Adobe Account, I also realized that none of my 2 computers are listed as "Active Devices", though I am pretty sure they had been listed in the past...

Hello, if I'm taking a gap year (in between 10th and 11th year) and my school has revoked my Adobe account until I come back. (I do plan to keep attending the school). Can I still use the student discount with my school email until I come back?

Olá, pessoal.Estou passando por uma situação bem difícil no momento e preciso de orientação ou ajuda de quem já passou por algo parecido.Recentemente fui demitido do meu trabalho como designer gráfico e, infelizmente, estou sem condições financeiras e sem crédito no cartão para continuar pagando minha assinatura da Adobe.Tentei cancelar, mas vi que pode haver uma taxa de cancelamento, e isso só pioraria minha situação atual, pois realmente não tenho como pagar.Gostaria de saber se alguém aqui já conseguiu cancelar sem multa em casos de desemprego ou dificuldade financeira, ou se existe algum caminho mais acessível para não continuar acumulando dívidas.Mesmo estando com o plano mais básico e barato da Adobe, infelizmente a minha situação financeira atual não permite continuar com nenhum valor mensal.Agradeço muito qualquer ajuda ou experiência que puderem compartilhar.Muito obrigado desde já!

I was getting a message that stops my work in Adobe saying "it appears that more than one user is using my account".  I am the only person using my account. I am positive. With that said, I contacted Adobe support and their only options to fix this were to make me buy a family plan (NO!).  Or cancel my current personal subscription and start a new one which is what we did.   I have been using my Adobe for about a month just fine...and guess what.... Yep, the message is popping up again and impacting my business and it does not allow me to work in Adobe until I close out and clear the message.  I am afraid that soon it will shut me out completely.  I know if I call Adobe they will just try to get me to buy a family plan as that is what two different reps I have talked to have stated.Please help!!!!!!!! P.S. I am only logged into my two laptops.  Thank you

In February I signed up for the student plan for the entire Adobe Creative Suite. I was set to graduate in May but due to Covid I ended up deciding to stay for another semester. I just went to go start on some projects for the upcoming semester and my Creative Cloud says that I don't have a plan, and my account online says the same thing. However, I'm still being charged $21.59 by Adobe monthly. I can't cancel this fee because on my account it says I don't have a plan. I never cancelled the plan. Plus, I have no idea how long I've been being charged for this without having access to the programs since I haven't needed to use them since May. I can't contact support about this because it says that my school has an administrator who contacts Adobe for me but we absolutely do not have one of those. I was going to keep the subscription until I was completely done with school but now I would rather just get my money back and find an alternative because the fact that I'm unable to contact any

플랜 취소하려고 했는데, 학생 할인(?)으로 더 싼 플랜으로 변경을 했는데요. 기존 플랜에 대해서 21,200원 정도의 금액이 환불되는 걸로 안내되었는데, 언제 환불되나요?기존 플랜 환불 처리는 카드 부분 취소로 진행이 되는 건가요?

I am following up on my refund of ₹1,834.90 for a Photoshop subscription dated 24 Aug 2025 (Order AB05454105020CIN). My bank has declined the transaction as unauthorized. Support told me that the amount would be refunded to the original payment method, yet a full week has passed and the credit has not appeared.

Hi everyone! My daughter have an Adobe account and active plan but she cannot logging in into account because of some problem with the email: we can send any mails and they are get to recipient but we can not recive any mails. (Adobe sending mail with verification code but we cannot recive this mails and not only from adobe) Its a personal email adres of my daughter from school but for now admin from school cannot solve this problem. We can send an email from this original email adress to confirm that this is our email adress. And the best option will be to change it to another email adress. I kindly ask you for help, someone from assistance, real person who can help to solve the problem. Muy buenos dias, me acabo de comprar los dos planes de Photoshop , el primero en donde viene el PS cunto con el LR y el otro donde el PS viene solo y en ninguno de los dos la aplicacion me quiere instalar el PS y solamente me aparece prueba o compra ,¿que sucede? , a ¿que se debe eso? . Aqui les dejo las imagenes para que lo vean , no entiendo que es lo que esta pasando, espero que me ayuden y me den alguna solucion.

Hello, I wanted to sign in on my laptop to use adobe software, and i get activation limit reach message. There are many many devices with same name, look at the dots how many devices are connected...it looks weird.Is it some adobe software issue, or the acccount get hacked ? Im using 3 devices and switching between them. It worked normally last week... I Don´t know what happend.Thanks for help !
